Ryan is sick of the talk by snobs in the mainstream media and Democrat elite about removing President Biden from the ticket. Enough! The DNC made its bed by rigging its own primary, and they deserve to lie in it. Democrats DESERVE Joe Biden at this point, and all that comes with him and his damaged campaign and candidacy for re-election. Therefore, with the Obamas orchestrating subterfuge against him behind the scenes, Ryan is now openly ROOTING for Joe Biden to stick it out and stay in the race. And Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) deserves credit for his open support of Biden, though misguided, demonstrating his unvarnished loyalty and authenticity. That deserves respect.

(00:00):
If you're reacting, you're losing.If you're explaining, you're losing. If
you're playing defense, you're losing. These are the rules of politics. They
are tried and true. They goback to when Jefferson and Adams were loggerheads
in eighteen hundred, and they havebeen true through the years. There is

(00:24):
historical precedent for everything, even whatwe're watching unfold right now to a certain
extent, although to boot Biden againsthis will, that to my knowledge,
has never been done to a sittingpresident of the United States running for reelection.
Very quick history recap of modern Americanpolitics, which I don't know how

(00:47):
modern you were considered nineteen fifty twoanymore, being that that was going on
seventy two years ago. Harry S. Truman give them hell. Harry took
over for Frank Lendello Roosevelt to roundout World War Two. He made the
decision to drop the bomb on Hiroshima, Nagasaki, a very controversial decision to

(01:08):
this day, but one that Isupport one hundred percent. It probably saved
at least a million American soldiers' lives. A mainland invasion of Japan would have
been catastrophic. The Japanese were preparedto fight to the last man. We
didn't need any more bloodshed in WorldWar two. The Nazis had been defeated.

(01:29):
Hitler was dead, but the Japaneseemperor would not give up. And
so Harry Truman decided to send amessage and then another one. And if
you've seen oppenheimer tremendous film, pleasego see it. James Woods, by
the way, as an executive producerof that film, one of them.
It tells that story. And itwas not an easy decision for President Truman

(01:49):
at that time, but he madethe right one. Because you fight a
war to win it with overwhelming force, with a very specific strategy to get
in and a very specific strategy toget out. How do you declare victory?
What does victory look like? Sometimesthere are necessary wars. I don't
know that there are ever any goodwars. But World War II was a
necessary war. Any in every warthat we have fought since. There have

(02:14):
been some doubts about whether it wasKorea, Vietnam. Desert Storm was justified
in a sense only because we hada clearly defined mission. General Norman Schwartzkoff
accomplished that mission. We got thehell out Powell doctrine. And I have
my differences with Colin Powell on manythings, but not that one. The

(02:34):
war in Afghanistan, the war inIraq or in Afghanistan initially, again,
what is the mode of the motive? What is the objective? Ghet Osama
bin lad get him get out?We got dragged into a quagmire there.
And look how that ended. Thewar in Iraq, same thing. It
didn't end the way we thought itwould. We be greeted as liberators,
said Dick Cheney, were we anyway? Harry Truman, I don't know that

(02:57):
Korea was a popular war. Ididn't live through it. My dad didn't.
My dad I was a little boywhen that was going on. I
don't even know if you would rememberit. But if I had a chance
talk to my grandfather. We hadjust come out of World War two and
we're going to war in Korea. From nineteen fifty to fifty three, and
his popularity took a real nosedive, and he eventually declared that he was not
running for reelection in nineteen fifty two. He stepped out of the race.

(03:20):
As a sitting president, he couldhave run again, he did not.
Atli Stevenson steps in and Dwight DavidEisenhower, American hero that he was and
is, cleaned his clock not oncebut twice, and served eight years as
President of the United States. Throughoutthe nineteen fifties, a glorious decade in
American history, a renaissance decade inAmerican history. Suburbs developed housing developments,

(03:43):
the baby boomer generation. My grandfatherwas able to buy a home. He
was able to make a good living. Nineteen fifties were idyllic in many ways
to many people. And then thenineteen sixties came along, and Vietnam and
the assassinations and totally different decame thereand through it all. Lyndon Baines Johnson
nineteen sixty eight, after an overwhelmingvictory in nineteen sixty four against Berry Goldwater,

(04:05):
saw his popularity decline tremendously dramatically. He was not performing well early on
in the primaries. Bobby Kennedy wasthis much younger force of nature and trying
to pick up the torch from hisolder brother, and he had won primaries
in South Dakota in California, andLyndon bains Johnson had made the decision even

(04:28):
prior to that that he was notgoing to run again, so Bobby Kennedy
looked to be the clear favorite, and then sadly, he was assassinated by
Sir Hans Sirhan in nineteen sixty eight, right after that California primary in Los
Angeles, California, and then theDemocratic primary was thrown into chaos, and
then there was a battle on theconvention floor in of all places, Chicago.

(04:50):
Dan Kaplis's father was a police officer. During that convention in Chicago,
there was violence in the streets, the weather underground. Some of the mentors
of Barack Obama were there try todrive forward a more leftist candidate who was
anti Vietnam but also probably in manyways a borderline pro communist. And eventually

(05:14):
coming out of that incredibly chaotic nominationprocess was the Vice President of the United
States, Hubert Humphrey, and heran a pretty good race. National popular
vote was close, but it wasan electoral college landslide for Richard Nixon,
and like Dwight David Eisenhower before him, he won overwhelmingly re election. He

(05:34):
would have served eight years in office, two terms, but of course was
short circuited by Watergate. All tosay, that when this happens to the
Democrats, historically, it does notgo well for them. It does not
turn into some kind of victory pulledout of the fire. So if they
want to go down this road, and many are and they're being very vocal

(05:56):
about it, you'd better be carefulwhat you wish for the King. You
best not miss And I know JoeBiden is a puppet and all these things
that we say about him, buthe is the sitting president of the United
States. With that comes the powerof incumbency. With that comes perception,
knowledge, awareness, name recognition. These are things that money can't buy.
And Dan can sit here as althoughjust raise one hundred million more dollars.

(06:19):
If it's Gretcha Whitmer and a workingclass person at a casino in Las Vegas,
Nevada has no clue who she is, do you think that that person's
going to vote for Gretchen Whitmer. We're two online. I include myself in
this. We are plugged in.You are a high information voter. If
you're listening to this show, toDan's show, if you're watching cable news,

(06:40):
you're your own best discerner of truthand you need to do that on
your own. But you are pluggedin, you are informed, you make
the effort to inform yourself on adaily basis. A lot of people who
vote, whose vote counts as justas much as yours or mine, they
don't plug in as much as wedo. They don't know. Gretchen Whitmer

(07:02):
from Kamala Harris and Kamala Harris. Here's this poll today, let's start there.
Don't tell me this didn't have somemotivation behind it. ABC News,
Washington Post. Pole magically comes outof thin air and in it in a
five way race, Trump plus oneover Biden, with Kennedy at nine,
Trump forty three, forty two,Steining West with two had to head tiede

(07:25):
Trump and Biden. I think that'sa strong argument to keep Joe in the
race. And in this same poll, Oh, wouldn't you know, Kamala
Harris plus two over Trump had tohead forty nine to forty seven. Do
you buy that or believe that forone instant? This poll was based on
data accumulated from a sample size thatincluded adults, so eighteen plus not necessarily

(07:49):
registered voters, and within that poolnot likely voters. So when you do
a poll like this sample size matters, and how you come at that sample
matters in terms of percentages. Isit a representative of what the electorate would
be? And you pare down fromadults, many of who might not vote,

(08:09):
to registered voters. They're on theroles. That's how you obtain their
information. Oh, this is aregistered voter. I'm going to check with
them and further digging into likely voters. These are people who are high perpensity
voters like myself that with a littlebit of digging in information from reputable pollsters,
they can see that, oh,you voted in the last eight consecutive
elections, Well, your participation ina poll matters quite a bit more because

(08:33):
you are the ones that are likelyto vote and have a say in this
thing. This was adults, andI don't know that I'm buying Harris plus
two. There are many other pollsin succession that have shown that Kamala Harris
does even worse than Joe Biden. All this to say that this has become
really a fissure with Team Biden onone side and the Democratic establishment power brokers

(08:58):
elites on the other side. AndI'm not rooting for them. I am
rooting for Joe Biden tonight. I'mrooting for Joe Biden to do just well
enough in this press conference which wewill have for you during the Dan Kaplis
Show. We're going to have tomanage it in segments because of our affiliates
on that program. It's scheduled tostart at four to thirty PM. Our

(09:18):
time will probably come at you withthe very beginning of it, right about
four thirty six, we'll have totake a break. I'll pause it in
real time. We'll come back toit, and there may likely be a
third segment. We have been toldby Jackie Heinrich from Fox News that the
President Joe Biden is scheduled to gofor about half an hour tonight with that

(09:39):
press conference. I don't know ifthat's going to be long enough to really
calm the waters here for the Democrats, but it might be as long as
Joe Biden can go. And they'vealready delayed it by a full hour.
It was supposed to be during thisprogram coming up in about fifteen minutes at
five thirty pm Eastern, but forwhatever reason, they decided to delay it.
And we know the later that Joebid goes the worst that he gets

(10:01):
so he's going to be holding thispress conference at six point thirty. The
debate was at what nine pm?Eastern time? And he was a disaster,
So what are we going to get? He shuts down, He starts
sundowning around four o'clock Eastern. Thisis two and a half hours after that.
We'll see how it goes. Butagain, I am rooting for him
to do just well enough so thatthey can't quite push him over the ledge

(10:22):
and say, eh, you know, he's still got a little bit left
in the tank, because this isthe guy that Democrats deserve. This is
the guy that Democratic voters selected intheir primary, no matter how they got
there. I'm not a Democrat.I don't know they wanted him. They
get him, that's what you get. Major Garrett explains the process, and

(10:43):
this is what I'm hung up on. What is the mechanism for removing Biden?
What does that look like? Howdoes it get done? How does
it come out in the wash, all neat and tidy and folded with fabric
softener so that the average voter, and I'm not talking the hardcore left.
I've been our with some of thesetwerps on Twitter x whatever. Well,
I'll vote for a dead body overDoronald Trump. Okay, you're not the

(11:05):
ones that are going to select thenext president. It is not I'm not
going to. I am hardcore Trumpsupporter. That's not changing, that's not
wavering. I know why. Andsame for a lot of you and those
that support Biden or hate Trump orTDS or whatever. That is a faction
that is not a majority. Wherethis election tips is right in the middle

(11:28):
with undecided, unaffiliated, moderate independentvoters, we really kind of gone either
way in their voting habits, andthey're deciding that they're going to choose Donald
Trump over Joe Biden, because thisis an election about strength versus weakness.
But before we get to that partof it, here's major Garrett CBS News.

(11:50):
A lot of questions about President Biden, whether or not he's going to
remain the Democratic Party nominee. Somemembers of Congress have said he should step
aside. All right, basic issue, President Biden has three and ninety four
delegates. He needs one thousand, nine hundred and sixty eight. He's got
more than enough. Unless he stepsaside. There is no mechanism for the
Democratic National Committee to eject him asthe nominee. But if he does decide

(12:13):
to step down, he's a coupleof choices. He could turn to the
Democratic National Convention schedule for August nineteenthto twenty two in Chicago and say it's
an open convention. Or he cansay I want to endorse Vice President Kamala
Harris and ask my delegates to backher in the convention. One thing to
understand, the delegates for President Bidenare not legally bound to vote for him.

(12:35):
The DNC rules say that they should, in all good conscience, reflect
the sentiments expressed in their primaries andcaucuses. They're not handcuffed to Biden.
That is an orientation. One ofthe most important things I understand about the
moment we're in now is that forthe last couple of weeks, through all
this Democratic Party anxiety, the Bidencampaign has been talking to those delegates to

(12:56):
nail them down, to make surethat they are still supportive of the president,
because that's the key to renomination. If these delegates show up to Chicago
and they defy the will of thevoters who sent them there, you wire
a delegate. That word literally meansthe power has been delegated to you to

(13:18):
enforce at said convention that these pledgeddelegates are dedicated to the President of the
United States, Joe Biden, becausethe voters that I am representing sent me
here to cast that ballot. Ifthese delegates go rogue and start doing things
willy nilly on their own, thenyou defeat the entire purpose of having a

(13:39):
primary in the first place. Thenwhy have a primary. Don't eject Biden,
eject the primary. Just have powerbrokers with cigars and darklit rooms,
you know, behind the scenes.Just let them select the candidates from now
on, because that's in effect whatthey would be doing, and they would
be disenfranchising every day Democrat voter whobothered to turn up and cast a ballot

(14:03):
for Joe Biden in the Democratic primary. And they do this, they circumvent
those voters at their own peril. And I'm telling you right now, the
average American is not going to likethat. They're not going to like the
look of that. They're not goingto like the feel of that. It's
going to feel wrong. It's goingto feel icky and dirty and shady and

(14:24):
suspect. And the average voter whodecides these races, they're not going to
go along with this crap. I'mtelling you right now, they are not
going to go along with this crap. Michael Bennett is hedging, and he
was caught by reporters again today. And I've changed my mind on Michael Bennett.
I don't think he came forward assome brave, good soldier with you

(14:48):
know, I'm gonna cop to thefact that I'm the one that said that
Joe Biden was going to lose toTrump in November. Here's what I believe
happened in that meeting that Dana Bashcited for CE. Then go back and
listen to this interview that Senator Bennetthad with Caitlin Collins CNN. They got
found out, the three of them, Michael Bennett, John Tester, Senator

(15:09):
Montana, and Shared Brown, SenatorOhio. And I asked you yesterday,
which of these things is not likethe other? Those three Tester and Brown
are in the fights of their livesas this is a sinking ship. The
entire Democratic Party right now is asinking ship. Tester's probably going to lose
in Montana, Shared Brown could verywell lose, should lose in Ohio,

(15:30):
a red state. It couldn't comeout that these were the two making waves
and making that statement. So Bennettsaid, don't worry, guys, I've
got you covered. I'll take theheat. I'm not running for reelection.
I'll do it. This theory ofmine was confirmed today by Michael Bennett,
again taking the time to set asidewith reporters and answer a couple of questions.

(15:54):
I don't want to appreciate what they'regoing to say. Well, oh
say it, thank you. What'son everybody's mind is is is there a
clear path to victory here? Andcan we honestly say that we're on a
path to defeating Donald Trump and holdingunder the Senate and holding under the House

(16:15):
to representatives? Is there a clearpath to victory here? It's what's on
everybody's mind. He's not so sure. Then he's asked, if things stay
as they are, what will happen? Do you believe that there is one?
With President Biden on the Democratic ticket. That was a three second pause,

(16:36):
by the way, after he wasasked that what I've said is that
I think that that that I thinkif things stay as they are, it's
likely that Donald Trump will win theelection. Then it will lose the Senate
and will lose the House. See, he's stopping just short of saying Biden's
gotta go. He's just saying,if things stay as they are, meaning

(16:56):
Joe Biden stays in the race,Trump's gonna win. Republicans are going to
win. They're gonna win the Senate, They're gonna win the House. I
think he's right, But why notjust stand up and say it? Scream
it from the mountaintops. You're almostall the way there, Senator Bennett.
Are you watching the press conference tonight? Does that matter? Oh? Yeah,
everything matters. Everything matters. Areyou at a decision point here where

(17:17):
you're you might make the move insteadof just saying that you think that he'll
lose, but that he should withdraw. This is not a decision for me
to make. But if you could, if you called him, that would
be that would be a notable.Well think, Rick, let's have a
I'm looking forward to the conversation we'regoing to have it. I appreciate,
I appreciate that we're going to havethis coure. That is the same answer
that Nancy Pelosi gave, which againis damning with faint praise. It's a

(17:40):
half hearted kind of comment saying, well, it's up to Joe, and
it's the gas lighting by Pelosi ofwell, when Joe makes his decision,
Joe's made his decision. He's stayingin. He's in it to win it
like Eiserman. Okay, I'm notsaying that's a sane, rational, correct
decision, but it's his decision tomake. Michael Bennett is correct right there,

(18:00):
and Joe Biden has made it.And now again, just two weeks
after that disastrous debate performance to theday, he's holding a press conference tonight
and in about one hour's time duringthe Dan Kaplis Show, you will hear
it here live, so stay tunedfor that. We will flash back four
years to September twenty twenty when wecome back, as Jake Tapper was pressing

(18:22):
Joe Biden, then a candidate atthe time, as to whether he would
be transparent about his health. Hisanswer might surprise you. Here in the
heart of summer, as we approachthe very middle of it, and the
heat is on triple digit temperatures andthe housing market is getting even hotter.
Check him out. Frank Durant Holmesdot Com. Frank durand the real estate

(18:45):
man he joins me. Now Frank, Welcome back to it. Ryan,
good a toad you friend. Hopeyou had a great fourth I hope you
did as well. I certainly didmyself. And I love learning about the
various steps in this process. Andthere are so many. You make it
feel like there are a few withthe work that you and your team do.
But one of those steps buying orselling a home the inspection and who

(19:06):
comes in and who does that, and what are the loopholes, what are
the pitfalls you're looking for, andespecially for home sellers that are trying to
get the best price for their homebefore that process starts, where do you
begin with the seller and where doyou take them? Well, you know
right, I'll tell you. Wedraw in our years of experience, and
I could tell you this in amarket like this where we're starting to see

(19:26):
more inventory, it's not uncommon. We're seeing more fallout of inspections now that
we've seen in a long time.So buyers get a little finicky sometimes with
rates being high, and they havekind of get into a situation they decide,
well, maybe I don't want togo forward on this deal. And
you see a lot of these propertiesfall out of inspection that's where usually the
deal falls apart. So what Ialways tell my sellers is a good idea,
especially on older homes, to havethe home pre inspected, if not

(19:49):
a full inspection, to at leastget the major things looked out, like
the roof with all the recent hellwe've had, or the sewer line,
or the electric those kind of things. I'll tell you, I have a
client right now I'm helping. He'sa good client of mine, get ready
to put us home on the marketnext week. And I strongly suggested you
get that sewer line checked out. That's the unknowns that come up sometimes.
And sure enough he had a cracksewer line. So we're taking care of
this ahead of time, because Ryan, I'm telling you, there's nothing worse

(20:11):
than going under contract, having thatbuyer terminate on you. Now you've lost
time in days on the market. And following up on that. Frank Duran,
of course, our guest, youtalked about spotlighting and spotting out a
problem before the fact of the matter, and that's great. I mean,
what is it. An ounce ofprevention is worth a pound of cure.
But can you take us through anexample of Frank either one you can think

(20:33):
of or one you've experienced personally firsthandwhere there was a problem during the inspection
and you were able to clear thatup and not lose that time and crucial
kind of bargaining power in selling ahome. Sure, I had a property.
I'm gonna say it was Kingsburg. It was a little bit down there
east and we had a situation wherea roof come up. But I'll tell

(20:53):
you something, We got that negotiatedwhere it worked out. We were able
to still sell the property, stillgot top dollar the home. In fact,
we got the price over the askingprice. So there's a little bit
of room to negotiate there. Everythingworked out, got it to the closing
table. Sometimes you can work itout where it goes to escrow as well,
where money's held out where the workcan be done, maybe after closing,
so it still comes out of theproceeds. But I'll tell you another

(21:15):
thing too, Ryan, we havea free report. Call us any time
for this report. It's the eleventhings you need to know to pass your
home inspection. It's actually comes tothe report and a video so you can
watch it on demand. We'll showyou how to have access to it.
It's great information. Yeah, theinspection is such a critical mass point on
any sale of a home. Soif somebody's hearing you for the first time
here Frank, they go to FrankdurantHolmes dot com. What will they find

(21:36):
where they can where can they start? Well, right, there's a well
to free information. There's a tabfor seller. Seller start here, there's
a tab for buyers. Buyers starthere. So it's really easy to follow.
Just a ton of information on there. And here's the great thing.
Even though I have a top team, thank god, we do, I'm
personally with you every step of theway, so we're not one of these
teams where you hear the name andthen you end up dealing with a team
member. I'm actually with you witha personal touch every step of the way,

(21:59):
all the way to the finish line. He's the top so the charts,
and you can find him at Frankduran Holmes dot com. Frank Durand
the real estate man. Frank, thank you so much for your time.
As always, we'll talk again nextweek. Thanks Ryan, God bless you
have a great date. God blessyou as well. And once again,
that's Frank Durand Holmes dot com forFrank durand the real estate man. Will
you pledge that if you're elected, you will be transparent about your health,

(22:22):
all facets of your health with urgency, so that we know, yes,
when it occurs, when anything occurs, anything can happen, Any can happen.
That's what I did. I laidout my health records, more detail,
pages and pages of it. WhenI became vice president, I laid
it all out everything, my entirebackground relating to my health. I've laid
out my health records in terms ofthis time around and the investigations of my

(22:47):
health made when I was in theat Walter Reed, in terms of by
Walter Reed docs, by my docsright now, and thank god, I
am in good health. That wasSeptember twenty twenty. That was almost four
years ago. And that was withJake Tapper when asked if Joe Biden would
be transparent about his health. Noticethe decline you can hear just in the

(23:12):
syncopation of his voice, how ablehe is to retrieve a word he's looking
for, and how quickly he isable to do that. There's some stumbling,
there's some decline, you can tell, but it is drastic when you
compare what you just heard September twentytwenty to what he sounds like now,

(23:33):
whether it was the debate, whetherit was the interview with George Stephanopolis,
whether it was the phoner with MorningJoe, or whether it's the press conference
tonight, and again, as muchas I enjoy watching him fail, because
he's a horrible person, and wealways have to start there. He's a
bad guy and he always has been, I'm rooting for him, but I

(23:55):
have very ulterior motives about my rootinginterests here. I want him to be
propped up just enough. The Democrat, the Left, the party, the
apparatus. They have earned this moment. They so deserve this moment, and
I don't want them to weasel theirway out of it. I want Joe

(24:17):
Biden to do just well enough toget by that there's a plausible case to
be made that he should stay inthe race. He continues in this quote,
again from September twenty twenty. Buthere's the deal, here's the deal.
Anything can happen. I become agreat respector of faith, A great
respector of faith. I've seen toomuch of it and my family related to
accidents alone, and so I guaranteeyou I guarantee you I will be totally

(24:44):
transparent in terms of my health andall aspects of my health. And when
it comes to Donald Trump versus me, just look at us. Okay,
okay, just look at us.I am who seems to be in shape,
him, who's able to move aroundTrump? Who's I mean this idea
of you know flow Joe. Anyway, I shouldn't laugh about it. He

(25:07):
shouldn't laugh about it. Because thisjust sent to me by Alexa from Charlie
Kirk. He posts the following CNN. Yes, CNN is now reporting that
Joe Biden's entire presidency is a carefullystage managed sham, where Biden walks,
what questions he takes from reporters, and even how he interacts with cabinet members

(25:30):
coordinated in advance to hide the stateof Biden's decline. Quote. The entire
display is kind of an act.Unquote. That's not a source describing a
Biden's speech, It's a source describingBiden's private closed door meetings with his own
cabinet. And Charlie continues and concludeswith this is the behavior of a tinpot

(25:56):
dictatorship. I also have ants herein this studio. I have CNN on
the left. I have Fox Newson their right, and that's appropriately oriented.
And they had this Chiron on CNN, breaking news sources. Powerful Democrats
furious Biden's decline was hidden, folks, it wasn't hidden. They all knew,

(26:21):
They all know. They hoped thatthey could maintain this ruse, this
complete kind of smoking mirrors job throughthe election. But Biden's debate performance exposed
it all and why they ever agreedto have Joe debate, and he was
quite raggadocious about it. If youremember the social media posts, come on,

(26:42):
pal Ah, the bait y'all beatyou two times, just like I
did last time. They had thoseall rolled up and ready to go.
CNN Thursday, June twenty seventh,ABC News, September. They were ready
to go as soon as Joe announcedit. And Donald Trump did the absolute
right thing. He called Biden's bluff. Okay, I'll do it. CNN

(27:03):
doesn't matter. Moderators hate me,that's fine. You want rules, you
have your own rules. Okay,I can't interrupt. It made Trump look
better. That was the best debateperformance Donald Trump's ever had. He was
disciplined because he had to be.He colored within the lines. He stayed
on message, he hammered the border, He waited for Biden to run out
of steam. It was like aboxer fighting the perfect fight. And Trump

(27:26):
wasn't perfect in his own performance, you know whatever, He's Trump, but
the counter to Biden's performance, Yes, it was perfect and it was very
effective. Joe Biden again, pressconference in less than an hour. We
will have it for you here liveon six point thirty k out during the
Dan Kaplis Show. Let's get tosome texts. I don't want to serve
short shrift of these. Let's gohere, Ryan, go warriors. Oh,

(27:48):
it's supposed to be a grass lakefront of mine. I'm anticipating that
might be Derek wondering if they're tryingto burn it down. Civil war just
to thought, well, civil warin a very figurative text. Within the
Democratic Party, Yeah, there's alot of infighting right now. They can't
there is no true north star becausenobody has, in my opinion, the

(28:12):
gravitass within the party, not evenBarack Obama, not Bill Clinton, certainly
is withered and aged. There's notrue leader of that party right now.
Trump is the unquestioned alpha of theRepublican Party. A lot of people have
kind of closed the ranks, andmaybe they supported Haley or maybe they just
supported DeSantis. But I have rarelyseen a Republican party more unified, more

(28:36):
motivated, more spirited than I haveright now to get to the polls and
vote, and you drag every personwho's persuadable with you. We've got to
overwhelm this election. Too big torig. It is that important. And
we have the momentum on our side, and we have the facts on our
side, we have the issues onour side. We got to go out
there. We got to win it. And I know that everybody on our

(28:57):
side that I've talked to extremely motivated. I mean, it's like again that
mel Gibson meme, you know,me voting for Trump in twenty sixteen,
He's like, hey, he's gotthe kind of happy mel Gibson handsome face
on, and then me voting forTrump at twenty twenty four. It's Mel
Gibson from Braveheart as William Wallace bluepainted face, Like, yeah, that's

(29:17):
me, that's Shannon, that's Kelly, and that's a lot of you,
And yeah, that's what I'm doing. And this comes from a guy,
yours truly, I preferred Rond deSantis. You've never I'm never gonna say
anything overtly negative about Donald Trump becauseI like Donald Trump. I like the
idea of Donald Trump. But I'mvery pragmatic and I want to win,
and I just think DeSantis had alot more in his favor that would have

(29:41):
been harder to beat. But Trumphas this kind of intangible quality right that
he just motivates people. He hasa loyal, dedicated, passionate base.
De Santis didn't have that technically onpaper. I really liked Ron de Santis
and still do. I had plannedon voting for Ron DeSantis, but then

(30:02):
he dropped out of the race afterIowa and I was faced with a choice
on the Colorado ballot that there weretwo factors. One the whole regime that
tried to get Trump taken off theballot pissed me the blank off. That
was one factor, And the otherone was I didn't want Nikki Haley to
win and I don't like her.So it was that diet had cast and
instead of voting for DeSantis in theprimary, I voted enthusiastically for Donald Trump.

(30:26):
So that's how I kind of cameto my reorientation with Donald Trump.
I support him firmly one thousand percent, and I will tell anybody I know
that if they care to ask.Sarah says Ryan, if I'm reading it
correctly. According to just the Newsin Wisconsin, the only way Biden,
who has filed the proper paperwork, has been qualified to be on the ballot.

(30:48):
The only way he can be removedis if he were to pass away
God forbid. Damn. I lovewatching the Democrats acting like Monkey's playing with
the proverbial football or the Three Stoogesmini short that had them playing football.
It's a lot like that too.I encourage you to dig that one up.
But thank you, Sarah. Andyeah, there's a lot of ballot
access questions with a lot of thesestates and deadlines, and Dan just breezes

(31:11):
by these, and you know he'lladdress it on his own show. But
I'm just saying I don't think it'sas easy as he's making it out to
be, or those that would havetheir druthers are trying to make it out
to be that they could just gointo this convention. They can pull some
strings and they're magically Joe Biden disappearsand here's this new candidate. Uh,
there's a lot more in terms ofthe mechanisms. And we heard Major Garrett

(31:33):
talk about that Joe Biden other thandying, and I don't wish that upon
him at all. Hope he lives, you know, twenty more years,
but I hope he does it faraway from the White House in Rehoboth or
whatever. He would have to voluntarilysurrender his delegates and pledge them or endorse
let's say, a Kamala Harris. That's what Major Garrett was saying. I

(31:55):
don't think he's gonna do that, even though I don't think that the Biden
camp is that for real with KamalaHarris, I don't think that they feel
that she's brought much to the team, if you know what I mean.
She's been a drag on this administration. She's terrible, she was the borders
are, She's an idiot on thecampaign trail. There is no way in
this poll that ABC News Washington Postjust released that she got forty nine percent

(32:17):
of the respondents to vote for herforty seven for Trump. I don't think
Kamala could get forty nine percent ata family reunion to vote for her a
Kamala Harris like her own family reunion. No, I don't. I don't
see that that would happen. Takethis final break, come back, close
out the show with more of yourtexts again. That press conference coming up

(32:37):
a little over forty five minutes, will have it live for you on six
point thirty. K how you're listeningto Ryan shuling back after this. There's
a heat wave. There's a heatadvisory coming up, triple digit temperatures.
Keep your pets safe, by theway, roll those windows down, and
if you have to leave them inthe car, don't do it for very
long. That's my Bob Barker moment. But Master Services they're gonna help you

(32:58):
out. They're gonna help your petsout. Two. So then keep your
place air condition while you're away andthey're having to stay inside. Keep it
at a nice Chris cool, youknow, seventy degrees whatever. But you
need perhaps a brand new air conditioningsystem. It's an overwhelming thing to have
to consider. It's a cost,it's an expense, but look at it
more as an investment and call MasterServices seven to two oh four thirty four

(33:22):
thirty four oh six. That's seventwo zero four three four thirty four oh
six. And what they'll do,they'll come out, they'll give you a
free estimate. They'll get you startedresidential fully installed air conditioning units starting under
three thousand dollars. Now they're goingto come out and every house is different,
so they're going to give you thatestimate. What they're going to do
is give you that reliable service, give you the top quality products experienced master

(33:45):
technicians at the guaranteed lowest price.Where are you going to find that combo
meal anywhere else? Certainly not McDonald'sMaster Services. Go online Master router dot
Plumbing. It's just that simple MasterRouter Dot Plumbing for Master Services, and
tell them, please, Ryan sentyou. What Mar should he do to
shut this conversation down? Should he, as some people have suggested, just

(34:07):
go ahead and take a cognitive testand demand that Donald Trump do the same.
I don't think that it hurt tobe honest. At the end of
the day, you know, sayyou think that he should take a confident
I don't think it would hurt.But here's the thing that's enough, Governor
Gretchen Whitmer, that Michigan accent kicksand I'm like, oh, yeah,
I recognize that. Well, yougotta go fla it, and you know,

(34:27):
I think it would have hurt. She's not going to be the nominal.
I know that Steve, my goodfriend. Yesterday Steve Gruber said and
he thinks she might be the oneagain. I don't think the casino worker
in Las Vegas knows who that personhas. Governor Gretchen Whitmer, let's go
to your text closing out, Brian. You may have already talked about this,
but I'm curious if you've given anythought to the possibility that tonight will
be used for Biden to announce thathe is stepping down. I know you

(34:50):
think he's not going anywhere, butthey have enough on him to ruin him
if he doesn't do what they ask. Just my thoughts. I think Biden
believes he's in a bubble. Rememberthat he was surrounded by SIKA fans that
tell him what he wants to hear, not what he needs to hear.
He doesn't believe any bad news.Watch him in that interview George Stephanoppolois.
George presents him with some facts, some evidence, some data. He doesn't

(35:13):
believe any of it. He's worsethan Trump in this regard. He doesn't
believe any of the hype out thereagainst him. So no, I don't
think he's going to resign tonight.Patty says, is tonight the big boy
press conference? Do you think GrandpaJoe will do his goodest and answer all
the questions? Did doctor Jill prescribea chocolate chocolate chip ice green cone?

(35:34):
And could it be administered after thepress conference? Patty, yes to all
the above. It is the bigboy press conference. Now I part with
Dan on this too. When JohnKirby and Karine John Pierre were talking about
that, I believe they were mockinga reporter who asked, you know,
in a very sly way, likewas he going to do a big boy
press conference? And now they're Ithink it was their way of trying to

(35:57):
be humorous, but I don't knowthat they pulled it off off very well.
Ryan. Someone should demand Merritt Garlandappoint a special prosecutor to investigate what
should be called Biden Gate. He'snot going to do it. Merrett Garland
is you know, he's a stooge, He's a toady for the Biden administration.
He'll never do that. Well, you just suggested should it be done?
Sure? Will it be done?No way? And then finally this

(36:19):
one I got to edit this.Wow, Ryan, I one hundred percent
agree with you. I don't feelsorry for the Biden family or administration.
I want to see him go down. He's a gross, disgusting man.
His supporters get what they deserve.Four years ago I told my dem friends
that he has a mental problem. They asked me when I got my doctor's
degree. It didn't take much tosee that. Four years ago he's here's

(36:42):
their guy, and I want tosee him fall. And Bennett he's only
sucking up because he thinks Pole's Polisis going to be somewhere in the administration
that can do him a favor. He's well, he's not very manly.
I'm going to use that rephraseology forthe description of Bennett again. My theory
on that was Bennett was running coverfor Tester and shared Brown. It might

(37:06):
not have been Bennett alone that said, hey, I don't think that Joe
Biden can win. Okay, andif ted Cruise witch who that's even worse.
Just don't get him going on tenCruz. But counselor Mackie slash Senator
Bennett. I think he knew thatif that had come out, that Tester
and Brown were saying that that couldbe bad news for their campaigns. They're

(37:30):
embroiled in some rough campaigns right nowfor reelection. Bennett was going to take
that sword. He was going tocommit Harry carry with it, and he
was just gonna fall on that swordand take the heat. That's what he
did. He sat down, He'slike, oh, I'm talking for me,
okay, And I said it,and you know it's me, and
I thought it was important that Icome forward. Now I'm getting into like

(37:51):
Carl from Caddy shackle It. Maybethere's a little bit of that in Michael
Bennett too. So I'll leave youwith that humorous note. More comedy probably
coming up straight ahead in about fortyminutes, as Joe Biden goes live with
what is being termed as a makeor break press conference for his entire presidency.
Watch it, listen to it unfoldedwith Dan Caplis coming up next on
