Speaker 1 (00:00):
Doj maybe releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients, Well,
that really happen.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
It's sitting on my desk right now to review that's
been a directive by President Trump.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
I'm reviewing that.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the
process of being reviewed because that was done at the
directive of the President from all of these agencies.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
That was then this is now back with you, Ryan
Schuling Live, happy to return from my sojourn to Michigan
and jumping right into the middle of this Epstein Files scandal.
And I don't like any of it, not one bit.
And I don't care who gets in the way of
(00:41):
it or who's trying to obstruct it, what they're trying
to protect, or who they're trying to protect. For as
long as I can remember, since being aware of this case,
I believe the following things about it that Donald Trump,
before he became president, did have some kind of crossing
(01:01):
of paths with Jeffrey Epstein. But what we do know
also is that upon finding out that Jeffrey Epstein was
in the business of trafficking miners for sex, to some
of the biggest names on the planet. Epstein was summarily
(01:21):
banned from mar A Lago by Donald Trump. I believe that,
but my faith has been shaken in what we have
observed over these last forty eight to seventy two hours.
None of it adds up. And you must look at
these things with a jaundice diye, and be prepared to
(01:43):
take a step back, put aside all you think you know,
and follow the facts and the evidence wherever they lead.
Some sound that I have right here is telling to me,
and not in a good way. And I take no
joy or comfort in any of this. But something that
got my attention, and I'll try to grab this sound.
(02:04):
I haven't gotten to it yet. Maybe an hour number two.
Caroline Levitt, She was confronted on this topic by two reporters,
including Peter Doocey Fox News, who did an admirable job,
I will say, of holding her feet to the fire
on this topic. And what we're watching is some distraction, deflection, subterfuge, obfuscation.
(02:29):
This smells and it goes to the top. Caroline Levitt
is the mouthpiece for the Trump administration and for the
President himself. They're using two different distraction techniques here that
do not set well with me at all, and that
is she kept going shifting back to the general broad
(02:51):
theme of this is a great DOJFBI. They're making record
numbers of arrests. They're doing their job. She's like avoiding
the specifics of the subject and deferring, say, you'll have
to ask DJ about this. This was like a KJP
type performance that obviously is not a compliment. It bothers me,
(03:13):
and I know it bothers a lot of you. She
was sidestepping ham hawing, You'll need to talk to Pam Bondi.
Where is Pam Bondi? Why did we get a memo
in the what was the middle of the night, Kelly.
This was happening on Sunday night of a holiday weekend,
and this was right before the visit by Benjamin Nettan
(03:34):
Yahoo Prime Minister of Israel for the third time this year,
already to the White House. Now, there have been some suggestions,
albeit I don't believe confirmed, not necessarily anyway, but Dan Bongino,
Deputy Director of the FBI, was one of those bringing
this up that Jeffrey Epstein had a role in Israeli
(03:58):
intelligence for the mesade. So why would there be such
a coincidence that Kelly on the Sunday before that Yahoo
comes to the United States, they released this mealy mouthed
memo that is just insulting to the intelligence It truly is.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
What is your take on that it? I will agree
with you, it's not a great look. Caroline Lovett did
what she could, but it just ended up being worse
than it could be. So I just think, and in
the spirit of Dan Bongino, I think we need to
use the Dan Bongino rule of waiting forty eight hours
(04:39):
before we actually, you know, believe some of the stuff
that has come out. So I'm trying to be as
positive as possible, but I don't like it.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
No, and Bongino himself did the classic kind of bait
and switch. He did attempt on X and he got
ratioed into the sun. He did. He's the one on
the most disappointed in I love Dan. I was a
faithful listener to his podcast. He was the one raising
questions about Epstein going way back when in fact, let's
go back to one of those right now.
Speaker 4 (05:11):
Listen that Jeffrey Epstein's story is a big deal. Please
do not let that story go. Keep your eye on this,
Catherine Rummler, I want you we need to keep the.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
Heat on this case. Folks.
Speaker 4 (05:23):
There are a lot of people who are knee deep
in the Washingtons swamp who are not telling you the
truth about serious allegations out there that Epstein may have
had video and audio of people out there.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
Doing things they shouldn't have been doing.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
And you should be asking yourself the question, how is
it that all these people, the CIA director, the Obama
fixer Bill Clinton, all intersected.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
Passed with Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaker 4 (05:48):
Jeffrey Epstein isn't with us anymore, and nobody seems to
want to talk about it outside of a few entrepreneurial
media outlet's saying hey, this is a big deal.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
Those are great questions. Twenty two, twenty three version of
Dan Bongino. What changed? What changed?
Speaker 3 (06:05):
Well, he became deputy director of the FBI.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
Shell out.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
I don't know if I would go that far in
saying that he would that he has sold out.
Speaker 1 (06:15):
No, no here, hold on, hold on, break break. Dan
Bongino riled up listeners like you and me, like people
in our audience, the Dan Bongino army, to stay focused,
to stay ready, to put their feet to the fire
on the Epstein files that something didn't add up here.
He said that, then he did, Is he an authentic,
(06:37):
genuine person in your estimation? Is he? I would say yes,
I would hope yes, definitely.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
I've always believed in Dan Bonto Like you, I was
a loyal listener to his podcast and really enjoyed what
he had to say.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
I don't know what's going on right now. So what
is in the Epstein files. Well, here's what he had
to say. This is an evolution of Dan Bongino about
releasing the Epstein video that we just saw, which wasn't
didn't really show us anything.
Speaker 5 (07:08):
And there's going to be a disclosure on this coming shortly.
We are working through some There is video that is something.
Speaker 4 (07:15):
The public does, a video of him killing himself.
Speaker 5 (07:17):
No, no, not not the actual act, but there the
entire mcc bay. It was only one camera, there were
other there's video that when you look at the video,
and we will release.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
That's what's taken a while on this.
Speaker 5 (07:31):
We are working on cleaning it up to make sure
you have an enhanced liiber and we're going to give
the original so you don't think there were any Shenanigans,
you're going to see there's no one there but him.
Speaker 1 (07:39):
There's just nobody there.
Speaker 5 (07:40):
So I say to people, will tell if you have a.
Speaker 1 (07:42):
Tip, let us know.
Speaker 5 (07:43):
But there's no DNA, there's no audio, there's no fingerprints,
there's no suspects, there's no accomplices, there's no tips, there
is nothing.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
If you have it, I'm happy to see it. There's
video clear as day.
Speaker 5 (07:54):
He's the only person in there and the only person
coming out.
Speaker 1 (07:58):
You can see it. Well, I'm less concerned about did
Epstein kill himself? Where's the video? Was he murdered? Rather
than the details of the case. The list that we
know exists that there are higher ups across the globe
that were affiliated with this guy, Jeffrey Epstein. Jase and
Maxwell is serving prison time because of her illicit activities
(08:19):
with Epstein. Bill Gates, his wife Melinda, divorced him largely
I think she pointed out because of his affiliation with
Jeffrey Epstein. We've seen the photos of Bill Clinton, of
Prince Andrew, of other world leaders, and we'll get to
some of that commentary. If you haven't heard now, I
know I've had my differences with Tucker Carlson of late
(08:41):
and I certainly maintain those He just interviewed the president
of Iran. Why whatever. But Tucker sits down with Sagar
and Jetty, who does in a magnificent job of completely
breaking this down and tearing it apart about the details
of this case that we know, the stuff that we
know that we know, and now they're trying to gaslight
(09:02):
us into thinking that it doesn't exist or we don't
know it. And now the other part of this that
really does not set well with me is Cash Patel's
role in what he is citing. Now, we had the
whole bait and switch thing with Caroline Levitt and President
Trump himself on truth Social trying to displace the attention
say hey, we're doing a great job over here. Don't
(09:24):
look at that stuff over there. And we'll get to
that comment in just a moment. But let's go back
to twenty twenty three once again, like we did with
Dan Bongino, and here's Cash Patel. Why is the FBI
protecting the greatest pederist, the largest scale peederist in human history?
Simple because of who's on that list.
Speaker 6 (09:40):
You don't think that Bill Gates is lobbying Congress. We're
night and day to prevent the disclosure of that list.
And why is it that the Senate?
Speaker 7 (09:48):
You know?
Speaker 6 (09:48):
And good for Senator Blackburn to try to get it out.
But then Dick Turbin comes over the top and says, no,
we're not going to release the names. I don't care
about the list itself. But he released the names right right?
Speaker 1 (09:59):
What change? Now? He's joining the likes of Dick Durbin
trying to cover this up. Go for twenty twenty three
to twenty twenty five. Here's Cash Bettel. I BEI director
with Joe Rogan.
Speaker 8 (10:10):
I've said it, Dan Bongino said it. We've reviewed all
the information and the American public is going to get
as much as we can release.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
Are you he killed yourself?
Speaker 8 (10:17):
Do you think let's play out the logical conclusion of this.
Do you think that myself, Bongino and others would participate
in hiding information about Epstein's crow test activities or do
you think we would also participate in not prosecuting people
we had evidence to prosecute people on where's the videotape
(10:40):
of a niften island of X, Y and Z committing
these frauds? Why haven't you given it to us? Do
you really think I wouldn't give that to you?
Speaker 1 (10:46):
That rhetorical technique and device of asking a question. Do
you really think if I had this, I wouldn't show
it to you that in and of itself is a
diversion type technique. The other thing, this is what really
set me off and why I'm leading the show with
it today and again, I take no joy in this,
and it gives me no comfort, and it keeps me
(11:08):
up at night, this sort of thing, because I want
to believe that President Trump didn't do anything wrong. But
like any good detective or somebody that's investigating a matter
like this, you can't rule anything in and you can't
rule anything out unless the facts and the evidence take
you there. This really bothered me. Today Pam Bondy finally
(11:28):
appears before the public. Didn't hold a press conference. This
is like a quasi cabinet meeting. I think Marco Rubio's
there too, and as a reporter doing his job, tries
to ask Pam Bondy, the Attorney General, about this lame
DOJ memo when it comes to there are no Epstein files.
You don't see any that they don't exist, Jedi mind Trickett,
(11:48):
just Jedi mind tricket out of existence. Listen to President
Trump jumping in trying to protect Pam Bondy and deflect
from the question. This is really curious to.
Speaker 9 (11:59):
Me and release yesterday Jeffreysteine less than leadering mysteries of
One of the biggest ones is whether he ever worked
for an American or foreign intelligence agency. The former Leaker secretary,
who was Miami US attorney Alex Casai a leisurely said
that he did for intelligence agency.
Speaker 1 (12:20):
So could you resolve whether or not you did?
Speaker 9 (12:22):
And also can you see why there was a minute
missing for the jail houses he dominated?
Speaker 10 (12:27):
So yeah, sure, but I just sent you up a
little lot of it. Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein?
This guy's been talked about for years. You're asking we
have Texas, we have this, we have all of the
things which and are people still talking about this guy
that's creative?
Speaker 1 (12:45):
That is unbelievable?
Speaker 10 (12:47):
Do you want to waste the time?
Speaker 1 (12:49):
And then you feel like answered, I don't mind answering.
Speaker 10 (12:51):
I mean, I can't believe you're asking a question on
at Epstein at a time like this where we're having
some of the greatest success and also tragedy with.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
What happened in Texas.
Speaker 10 (13:02):
It just seems like a desecration.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
But you go ahead. Hmm. Thou dost protest too much?
I believe would apply here to President Trump. Why is
he so rankled about this?
Speaker 11 (13:15):
This is an.
Speaker 1 (13:15):
Important subject and topic. Girls and women were trafficked by
Jeffrey Epstein with the assistance of Jasey Maxwell. This was
a nefarious operation, This was important. This is not something
to be dismissed. This is not a distraction, as President
Trump is alleging. Pam BONDI does jump into answer, well,
(13:36):
I'll let you be the judge as to whether this
is a satisfying answer or not.
Speaker 11 (13:41):
First to back up on that, in February, I did
an interview on Fox and it's been getting a lot
of attention because I said, I was asked a question
about the client list, and my response was it's sitting
on my desk to be reviewed, meaning the file along
with the JFK MLK files as well.
Speaker 1 (14:03):
That's what I meant by that.
Speaker 11 (14:05):
Also, to the tens of thousands of video they turned
out to be child born downloaded by that disgusting Jeffrey Epstein,
child born is what they were never going to be released,
never going to see the lighted day to him being
an agent. I have no knowledge about that. We can
get back to you on that. And the minute missing
from the video. We released the video showing definitively the
(14:30):
video was not conclusive, but the evidence prior to it
was showing he committed suicide. And what was on that
there was a minute that was off the counter. And
what we learned from euro of Prisons was every year,
every night they redo that videos old from like nineteen
ninety nine, so every night the video is reset and
(14:53):
every night should have the same minute missing. So we're
looking for that video to release that as well, showing
that a minute is missing every night, and that's.
Speaker 1 (15:01):
It on Epstein. That is not yet on Epstein. Don't
distract and do not insult our intelligence out here. Yeah,
maga world, they're saying there, we're not pleased with this.
We're not pleased with this, and we're completely justified in
being outraged over this and being played for fools and
lied to. That's the only explanation for this and this
(15:23):
distraction going. Well, the video of him killing himself, the
minute that's missing for the men do not care at
this point. Set that aside. Don't care if he killed
himself or somebody murdered him, that's immaterial. Oh we downloaded
all this child porn. We're not going to revictimize these girls.
Don't set that aside. That's not that issue. Who's on
the list, There was a list, There is a list.
(15:45):
There are people who are associated with Epstein, very powerful people.
I might add, why are you clouding that issue and
protecting those names? To what end? What is the motivation?
We'll start at the back here, Sagar and Jetty. He's
an American journalist, Bright young Man on with Tucker Carlson.
You gotta watch or listen to this podcast. It's a
(16:06):
fascinating interview. He makes so many great points, this being
one of them about the DOJ memo that has a
portion right here that says, quote, the systematic review revealed
no incriminating client list. There was also no credible evidence
found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions.
We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation
(16:28):
against uncharged third parties. Why then, if we take you
at your word that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself Why would
he kill himself if none of that happened, if there
was no client list, what possible motivation would Epstein have
to kill himself? Further to that point, why is his
(16:50):
name Maxwell in prison?
Speaker 5 (16:51):
For what.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
Here he is?
Speaker 12 (16:54):
And Jedty and in particular in that document, I think
it's one of the most disgusting documents ever released the
government because it said there was no blackmail.
Speaker 1 (17:03):
We're not releasing this information.
Speaker 12 (17:04):
Cash Betel has this new line about how we're not
going to revictimize women. Ask the Epstein victims themselves. They
have been begging for this information to come to light,
specifically to implicate the powerful men that victimized them and
through which they were, you know, and they were basically
used for trafficking purposes to ensnare them in this high
(17:27):
level US intelligence Israeli Israeli intelligence operation probably run in conjunction.
And you know, the trail of this entire thing just
it enrages me. It actually enrages me, isn't it don't same?
Speaker 1 (17:40):
And whether it's the systemic abuse of young girls and
women in the Harvey Weinstein case, in the Bill Cosby case,
in the Larry Nasser case that I covered from ground zero.
When there is strength in numbers, these girls and women,
they want to come forward. They want this out in
the public square. I want to sort this out and
(18:01):
hold those who did this accountable. It's not revictimizing them.
Lose me, miss me with that. That's erroneous and irrelevant.
These young women deserve justice, and yeah, part of that,
the difficult part of that is coming forward the way
that Simone Biles reluctantly did, the way that Jordan Weber
reluctantly did, the way that Jamie Dansher, a bronze medallist
(18:24):
who I've interviewed, reluctantly did. But they noticed that as
soon as one girl comes forward, then another, then another,
they get strength in numbers, they get more confidence, more
security in that. The accusers of Harvey Weinstein same thing.
You don't want to downplay them and say, oh, we
have to infantalize them. We don't want to revictimize They've
(18:44):
already been victimized. That happened, and in order to pursue justice,
they want, in need the truth to come out. We want,
in need the truth to come out on Jeffrey Epstein.
And I'm not buying any of this, and none of
it is setting well with me over these last forty
eight to seventy two hours. A timeout when we come
(19:05):
back to new Minority Whip and the Colorado House Representative
Carlos Baron joins us on Ryan shuling live well with
Independence Day in the rear view mirror. You got the
dog days of summer straight ahead. That doesn't mean you
have to have the dog days of investment and opportunities.
This is the time to start that journey. And I've
(19:25):
got at rand in my calendar. I'm looking at it,
Trajan Wealth, Andy Justice. He is going to direct me
to a personal consultant and advisor to handle my portfolio
going forward. In this third meeting, you can set up
your first for free in person consultation one of three
locations in the Denver Metro Broomfield Greenwood Village in Loveland
at seven two oh four zero five thirty three hundred
(19:48):
that's seven two oh four zero five thirty three hundred,
or online at Trajanwealth dot com. And what happens in
that first meeting is an information gathering session. You ask
any questions that you might have and Andy, your one
one of his cohorts, will ask you about what your
goals are in retirement, wealth building stock portfolios. If you
choose to enter at that level, or as I did,
(20:09):
a little bit lower level, and you can start at
any level. Get in with an IRA, build that wealth,
maybe have a percentage taken out of your paycheck every
so often, every two weeks, every month, however you want
to define or deliver that, and they will guide you
through the process of optimizing your wealth over the long haul.
(20:30):
And what does that mean. It means as you're working
as I am right now, contributing to that wealth building program,
toward that retirement account, and then of course collecting on it.
That's the second phase of this. Once you do choose
to enter retirement, adding to whatever you withdraw on Social
Security and having enough to live on for the rest
of your days, and then once your days are over,
what you leave behind for your heirs as your legacy.
(20:53):
All of that comes together at Trade and Wealth and
I could not recommend them more strongly based on my
personally experience in dealing with and they make it so easy.
They take that load right off your shoulders, and they
give you that peace of mind knowing that you've got
secure investments all pulling in the same direction one more
time online Trajanwealth dot com. It's just that simple or
(21:14):
by phone set up that consultation seven to two oh
four zero five thirty three hundred. That's seven two zero
four zero five thirty three hundred for Trajan Wealth, a
proud sponsor of Ryan Sholing Live. Advisory service is offered
through Trajan Wealth LLC and SEC Registered Investment advisor. Paid
advertisement back here on Ryan Schuling Live. Thanks for tuning
(21:40):
in on this Tuesday edition. Zach Siegers alongside appreciate his
health today. Kellyicacerra as well. Well, it's kind of a
good news bad news, and I guess the latter would
be disturbing news on the Colorado GOP front when it
comes to the House and the General Assembly. We'll save
the ladder for a little bit later on. But the
(22:00):
good news that I'd like to touch on with you
right now surrounds a fast riser within the party. A
freshman state Representative, Carlos Baron, first generation America, moved here,
his parents came here to Colorado. He represents Fort Lupton
up there, and he was selected as the House Minority
whip among a very competitive field of candidates, including Representative
(22:21):
Brandy Bradley, who will join us coming up in hour
number two on that matter that I spoke about just
a moment ago, but he has served in this capacity
now in getting to that spot has been I think,
really a commendation for his brief, but again very successful
stints so far in representing Coloradden's in a shorthanded chamber
(22:43):
for the Republicans. He joins us now on Ryan Schuling Live.
Representative Baron, thank you for joining us in congratulations.
Speaker 7 (22:51):
Thank you Ryan, Thank you for having me on again.
Speaker 1 (22:53):
Always enjoy our conversations. And I want to start with
the fact that you know a lot of things have
happened for you very fast here in the Republican Party
in Colorado. You know, you just get into the House
and now you've been honored with this post as the
minority Whip. Why do you think you were selected?
Speaker 13 (23:09):
Well?
Speaker 7 (23:09):
And first of all, I'd like to say that it
is an honor to have the confidence the the uh
uh from my party, for my caucus to be able
to rise up and be their next minority Whip. I
believe that I worked really hard this past session to
to gain the trust and to know every single one
of the members in the House. Uh. Not just that
(23:31):
the last session, while I was campaigning UH to to
take over my predecessor, now Congressman Gabe Evans, this is
a seat here in the State House. I was shadowing
Gabe at the State House during their their session and
their last special session that they had the previous year.
So I've got to known a lot of these people
(23:52):
during the campaign and during my time shadowing Gabe and
UH And and I believe that I I've earned the
trust from everybody, and I've actually shown it, and I've
proved myself, and I believe I am ready for this position.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
I'm a big fan of Representative Brandy Bradley, one of
your competitors in this race to replace Representative Ryan Armagous,
who is stepping aside and accepting a job in Arizona.
And I view her as a tremendous voice and warrior,
really a firebrand conservative for those values. And a lot
of people that supported her Carlos were disappointed that she
(24:27):
was not selected, And just because I think your track
record is so brief that maybe they're a little bit
nervous about your conservative bona fides. And I hate this,
but you see this bandied about on social media. Oh
he's a rhino. Everybody's a rhino, everybody's on rhino watch.
You know, what would you do to assure those people
that would have those concerns and who are disappointed that
Representative Bradley wasn't chosen.
Speaker 7 (24:50):
Well, First of all, I like to speak on Represented Bradley.
She really is a really good representative for her district.
She she has some very strong qualities. She fights a
good fight to down up the well, fighting for her
constituents and the state of Colorado. There's nothing negative I
would say about Representative Brandy and and that she she
(25:10):
truly does show that that enthusiasm to move Colorado forward
and conservative values. As for the rhino thing, I really
don't get involved with that. My focus is the people
of Colorado, the people of my district and District forty eight,
and the right thing, the right conservative moves for the
state of Colorado. Everything else is just noise to me.
(25:32):
I do see it. I'm not saying I don't, but
I don't get involved. I don't. I don't engage. It
doesn't do any good to engage. As somebody comes forward
to me with the question about actual legislation, about actual
problems and that we have in the state. I will engage,
I will answer the questions, and I will I will
(25:54):
come forward and tell them, hey, we're working on this.
This is what we're trying to do. Other than that,
I'm not getting involved in any of it.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
Probably for the best representative Carlos Baron joining US Republican
and he mentioned he represents that district in Fort Lupton
that Congressman Gabe Evans once represented, and big shoes to
fill because Gabe has become a tremendous member of the
House at the federal level, and Carlos in his own right,
getting off to a really fast start here and he's
been named as the minority whip for the Colorado Republican Party.
(26:25):
One of the things I like about what our minority
position is Republicans Carlos are cooking up for the general
assemblies you head into that next session is the leadership
and what that synergy looks like between the leader Rose Paglici,
who's done a phenomenal job as you well know, Ty
Winner is the assistant minority leader, and I'm a big
fan of his as well, and he served our country
(26:47):
and now you kind of come into that triumvirate of
power with those two. How would you describe your relationship
with Rose and Tye and why do you think it'll
work going forward?
Speaker 7 (27:00):
Rose and Tire great. I love both of them. They
They've been great leaders to our caucus. I followed them
throughout this last session, and like I said, well, I
was well, I was shadowing game. I've got to know
them very well, and and they've always had my back.
They've always helped me with every every question I had.
I'm one of those that if I don't know it,
I ask questions and I learned fast. I take it
(27:22):
up like a sponge. And I believe that I've learned
a lot from from Rose and tie Great people, great
sense of humor, great leaders. They they buckle down when
need to and uh and I do respect that very
very much. And I'm looking forward to working with them
in the in the leadership aspect. And we do share
the same the same viewpoints. Even though we might have
(27:46):
a little disagreement here and there, we come to the
final conclusion that you know what what's best for the caucus,
what's best for the people of Colorado, and most of all,
what's best for our distinguished districts ourselves. So as you know,
we have different districts of Colorado. Each district is different,
so we have to understand that as well. And I
believe Rose and Ty they have that understanding as do I.
Speaker 1 (28:09):
Representative Carlos Baron now the minority whip for the Colorado
Republicans in the House representing District forty eight. You can
follow him on X at Rep. Carlos Brown. That's two
ours right there, b A R r oh, and you
know Carlos. Former Broncos quarterback Peyton Mannings said he learned
the most between his first year in the NFL and
his second. His rookie year was kind of rough with
(28:31):
the Indianapolis Colts, and then he kind of got things
into gear a lot more in that second year. You've
been a freshman in the Assembly. You mentioned you kind
of shadowed these other people that had more experienced great
advice for you when you had questions, what do you
know now going into year two and now being the
minority whip that maybe you didn't know coming into the House,
that will serve you, well, Well.
Speaker 7 (28:52):
There's really a lot that I learned my first year
apart from what I listened to and what I learned
while shadowing gave that I believe that, yeah, you're your
one hundred percent right. Freshman year sophomore year are the
toughest for sure, But I did learn a lot to
how the process goes, how how communications are with with
(29:15):
our caucus, how we how we can move forward with
our bills, uh, strategically putting those bills in certain areas
during the session to where we can move them forward
and get the votes to to pass some of these bills.
So I know there's still a lot to learn, but
like I said, I'm a sponge. I take it all
in really fast and uh, and I'm looking forward to
(29:38):
working a lot more with with leadership in our caucus
and everybody. Like I said, every single one of the
members of the Republican Caucus has their strengths and and
I believe I can I can make those strengths stronger,
uh with giving them the right push.
Speaker 1 (29:53):
Well, Carlos, I've always been very impressed in our conversations
with what you bring to the table. Thank you so
much for your service. I know it's under difficult circumstances
as part of the Republican minority in the House, but
I know you'll do a great job as minority whip,
well earned in that regard, and thank you so much
for joining us here today. I'm sure we'll talk again soon.
Speaker 7 (30:12):
Appreciate it. Ryan, Thank you have a great day, buddy.
Speaker 1 (30:14):
All right. Representative Carlos barone solid choice I think as
the minority whip for the Colorado Republicans in the House
in the General Assembly. We'll get some of your texts,
a lot of them coming in on the Jeffrey Epstein
case and the memo we were served up over the
weekend as a news dump on a Sunday after Independence
Day didn't sit well with me, and it's not sitting
well with a lot of you, and I understand that.
(30:36):
So we'll conclude our number one when we come back
with your text five seven seven three nine after this
on Ryan Schuling Live. So damn hot milk was a
bad choice, but Ashley Key is the right choice for
these hot summer months and the housing market that's heating
up along with it. And you can find out more
(30:56):
at Keyfront range homes dot com. Ashley's been in studio
with me a couple of times talking about the housing
market both nationally locally statewide. Here in Colorado. What are
the driving factors behind home purchases? Who's staying, who's going,
who's moving in, who's moving out. Ashley Key has her
ear to the ground on everything going on in that
(31:18):
housing market, and nobody is more plugged in than she
is about all things Colorado, all along the Front Range,
and you can find out more at Keyfrontrangehomes dot com.
In fact, here's a testimonial from the Schneider family quote.
Ashley brings an impressive blend of professionalism, tenacity, and a
personal touch to everything she does. Her vast experience and
residential real estate, combined with her keen understanding of the
(31:40):
unique dynamics of the Foothills market, make her an invaluable
asset for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
Beyond her technical expertise, Ashley is warm, approachable, and deeply
committed to her client success and I will vouch for
that as well. Ashley's good people. She supports the causes
that we believe in here on this program, and that's
why she's sponsoring this show. So check out her website
(32:04):
right now, get it started. Keyfrontrangehomes dot com, k e
Y Front Range Hoomes All one word dot com for
Ashley Key full Service real Estate Elevated. We've got a
whole another pile of topics to get into for hour
number two, including a conversation with Congresswoman Lauren Bobert. Looking
(32:27):
forward to that. And I'm gonna have to ask her
right about this Jeffrey Epstein stuff. It bothers me one
of these texts, Ryan, here's a theory I've heard that
makes sense given Axios is the one who leaked the
memo from the DOJ, saying, oh, there's nothing to see,
here's no Epstein client files. What are you talking about?
I think it was a fake to draw leakers and
(32:47):
bring more attention to the case. All the media is
talking about it now it has legs. I'm open to whatever,
But what I'm not open to is what we're seeing,
the blatant obfuscation deflection. If I'm I'm gonna call KJP
and the Biden administration out for it. I've got to
hold the Trump administration Caroline love it to the same standard.
Listen to her dance. You don't even have to see
(33:09):
her hear her dancing on this question about the Epstein
client list.
Speaker 11 (33:14):
The DOJNFI have now concluded there was no Jeffrey Epstein
client lists.
Speaker 6 (33:18):
And what do you tell Maggas supporters who say they
want anyone involved in Jeffrey Epstein's alleged crimes to be
aled accountable.
Speaker 13 (33:25):
This administration wants anyone who has ever committed a crime
to be onled accountable. And I would argue this administration
has done more up bad guys than certainly the previous administration.
And the Trump administration is committed to truth and to transparency.
That's why the Attorney General and the FBI Director pledged,
at the President's direction, to do an exhaustive review of
(33:46):
all of the files related to Jeffrey Epstein's crimes and
his death, and they put out a memo in conclusion
of that review. There was material they did not release
because frankly, it was incredibly graphic and it contained the
child pornography, which is not some thing that's appropriate public consumption.
But they committed to an exhaustive investigation. That's what they did,
(34:07):
and they provided the results of that. That's transparency.
Speaker 1 (34:10):
Pee down my leg and tell me it's raining. Don't
insult our intelligence. This is really pissing me off. She continues,
as Peter Doocey just goes right in on it.
Speaker 7 (34:23):
Okay.
Speaker 12 (34:23):
So the FBI looks at the circumstances rounding the debt
of Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaker 1 (34:29):
According to the report, this systematic review revealed no incriminating
client list. So what happened to the Epstein client list
that the Attorney General said she had on her desk?
Speaker 13 (34:42):
Well, I think if you go back and look at
what the Attorney General said in that interview which was
on your network on Fox News, go ahead, and.
Speaker 1 (34:48):
Robert said, doj maybe releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients?
Will that really happen? And she said, it's sitting on
my desk right now to review.
Speaker 13 (34:57):
Yes, she was saying the entirety of all of the paperwork,
all of the paper in relation to Jeffrey Epstein's crimes.
That's what the Attorney General was referring to. And I'll
let her speak for that. But again, when it comes
to the FBI and the Department of Justice, they are
more than committed to ensuring that bad.
Speaker 1 (35:13):
People are put behind bars.
Speaker 13 (35:15):
They have an operation going on right now called Summer Heats,
which has a murder rate trending in the lowest direction.
In United States history. Their emphasis on violent crime in
locking up violent criminals has led to the arrest of
fourteen thousand violent criminals. That's a sixty two percent increase
from the same time period last year. So this Attorney
General and the FBI director are committed to putting bad
(35:37):
people behind bars where they belong. They promised an exhaustive review.
Speaker 7 (35:42):
That's what they did.
Speaker 13 (35:43):
For any further details, I would refer you to the Department.
Speaker 1 (35:45):
Of Justice, Kelly. True or false. That is the weakest, lamest,
worst answer Caroline Lovett has given on any topic during
her time as Press secretary.
Speaker 3 (35:54):
Do you think she actually watched film of KJP.
Speaker 1 (35:57):
That's what that sounded like, That's what that felt like.
It's not a good look all the way around. And
that is complete and utter bs And I'm just not
going to buy into that, and I'm not going to
sell any of you out there listening anything like that.
We have an obligation, as Dan Bongino once told us
twenty twenty three, Dan Bongino, to hold people in power
(36:19):
and their feet to the fire and hold them accountable.
They have disappointed us, they have let us down. On
Epstein
