perhaps they were in a stolen. Car themselves they didn't
catch them at, the time BUT eventually i think the
police departments did good detective works and they found out

be for, pure vandalism because what can you steal from

can get away with it in the juvenile court system

something that's that's a. MINOR misdemeanor i can understand the
courts if you only did it once or twice in,
YOUR life i can understand the courts keeping your name

they did and they should be financially responsible for the
