gotten out of control. And Ilove what Governor Abbott did. I never
would have guessed when he started buzzingpeople up to New York and cargo in
LA I never would have guessed thathe would have had the impact that he's
had. I mean, these people, you know, those cities are hurting

and hurting that and they deserve itbecause they were willing to just sit back
and let Texas and Arizona take allthe brunt of this, and they were
going to be sanctuary city, sanctuarystate. M okay, fine, then

take that one additional step and say, uh, political adversaries get treated like
criminals. So I want to lookover to New York City today and I
want to get your take on this. I have not been able to discern
all the facts of the case.My understanding, though, is that the

of all, don't rust our estimateson values. You have to do that

Donald Trump inflated the prices of assets, and so there's two questions here and

to be counting their blessings tonight thatthey have qualified immunity, perhaps because they
inflate property values all the time andcertainly fudge them. But I don't see
so loans were taken, payments weremade. My understanding of American jurisprudence is

crime or a victim here. Whatdo you make of it? Does it
have traction? Donald Trump? Imean, that's the victim here, because

the worst case scenario for the Democratsis you start having these cases and he
starts getting off on on these chargesand then it really looks like it's a

political vendetta against Donald Well. Yeah, and not to mention the fact that
he did score a victory today,pretty nice one, actually, and the
fact that the judge is basically saying, yeah, yeah, I pretty much
agree with the Federal Pillot Court thatthe statute of limitations is, you know,

anything before to twenty fourteen doesn't count. So that's good. And he
said, he said, that's abouteighty percent of the individual cases of quote
alleged fraud they're trying to throw hisway. But he's still got that other
twenty percent to fight. So atleast there was a it was a positive

clear what they're doing. I don'tthink they don't. I don't think they
believe he's they're going to get anythingserious enough to stick. But there,

ever happened to that? Where isthat? Why has that not been resolved?
It started around the same time thatthey started investigating President Trump on those

it by giving a reasonable alternative.That's how you fight it. And we

trying to save his but you know, or the Democrats gonna save McCarthy's.
