points tonight would have been super disheartening because we've been
in that situation, you know, the past couple of games.

But you know, we're in tight hockey games. It's the
way it is.

And you know, it's the fourth overtime game in a row,
so we expect to be in tight hockey games for
the most part, and we have to be comfortable playing
in those games. And it was nice to see our
guys get rewarded for what they've done.

How much do you kind of look at that when
it comes to, you know, last time, what you.

Know, what you need to adjust for this time with overtime.

Yeah, I mean you definitely take different looks at at overtime.
And there was a play in our first overtime game
where shafeied or got the pocket came down the ice
on Jordan Eber. They were trying to avoid those types
of situations, you know, so you you do some work
on it, but at the end of the day too,
I think our guys have done a really good job
of using their instincts and yuh on the three and

Done a real good job of uh controlling the puck.
You know. For me, it's probably the best I've seen
for a while way.

The uh five games you guys have played so far
this season, what have you liked about how you've approached games.

Yeah, I've enjoyed that a lot. Actually, I think our
team's competing. You know, there's there's things that happen out there,
but they're not for a lack of trying. And you know,
that's really the the number one first message we had
at training camp, and our guys have embraced that and
they're doing a great job of it.

What have you seen from Shane right, It's make him
so effective? Well, he's uh, he had a great game tonight.

I think for me, Uh, Shane, when he's moving his
feet right and when he's having confidence that he you
know that he can keep the puck and.

Uh, he's gonna continue to have more success.

You see the jersey you're wearing too.

We're just wearing our jersey after they won, you know,

our our fans and and our city.

Our city is a great sports town and we've had
you know, we have great fans uh in every uh

I have a lot of respect for the organization, the
people in the organization from top to bottom, the players

doesn't really matter who we're playing.

Tail jumping into the the role he did and getting
some powerfully time and kind of handling that role with money.

a little bit, and he I thought he handled that
very well. I thought he played well in exhibition. There's

What people don't see behind the scenes is his UH
work ethic on UH days off and days when you
know we're having games.
