three wins, and for this evening, a chance here to

turvy right now at the moment. Pittsburgh came back, of

course from their Sweden trip, splitting two games with Nashville,
but lost five nothing in a clunker last night against Minnesota,
their first of a home back to back situation. In
this evening, it'll be their second back to back, including
that they lost in their first occasion three to two
in overtime against Philadelphia. The Kraken got a look here

First off, Connor Bodard had a breakaway, Ryan lind Grinn
hustling back, broke it up on a clean play. It
was stick on contact at first there was no penalty,
but Dart took exception, then was issued an abuse of
officials penalty, giving the crack in the power play, and
what you know, they cashed in and that was the
eventual game winning goal that you just heard. But all

a part of this, the crack and shut down. Chicago
in period three outscored them, of course three nothing with
three unanswered goals, but also out shot the black Hawks
twelve three in that process. Nonetheless, there was always a
way to get better, right Well in this case is
Brandon Montour, who had two assists in period three, saying

compete hard, We close quick, and we were very competitive

you have to take that into account. What do the
Kraken have to do here tonight's you continue climbing the standings.

Well, first of all, I think you have to set
the physical tone early. Pittsburgh hates getting bullied on whole mice,
so the Krack you need to introduce themselves with some
perfectly legal, spiritually demoralizing hits. Finish every check, make every
battle of chore, and let the Pens know it's going
to be a long night. If they start looking over
their shoulders, it's working. Secondly, dominate below the goal line.

The Penguins get wobbly when forced to defend extended shifts
in their own end, especially in the second with that
long change cycle. The puck spin off checks and wear
out their defense until they start making bad decisions. Good
things happen when the Krack can own the trenches and
then third, quick clean zone exits. Pittsburgh feasts on sloppy clears,
(16:55):
so the Krack you need to make smart choices under pressure.
Support the puck, use the middle when it's open, and
avoid blind flips. Get out clean, get up ice, and
tilt the momentum with controlled transitions. Efficiency beats chaos here
and then in some hit them early, grind them late,
and don't give rap turnovers like it's a penguin Christmas.
If the Kracking can control the physical game, own the loyce,

I think that we're gonna go back to the well
of what Laine Lamber's been saying, you have to shoot
the buck more. Last night our last game out rather
the Cracking out shooting Chicago by a twelve three march
in the third period, but it was twenty one to
fifteen through the first forty minutes.

Yeah, absolutely, and you know you are facing a team
that's in their second one back to back. But you
said it yourself, they're probably a little angry. They're probably
coming to this game a little bit angry. They've got
the best power play in the league. I didn't include
stand out of the box and said as a key,
but you can throw that in there as well. But
the krack can have some success against this Penguins team.
They're three to one to zero against them, tied for

their best road record in this building. So coming into
the game with that confidence knowing they played last night,
as long as you don't overplay that hand cracking should
be able to come up with a win.

And for the Pittsburgh Penguins anytime you come into this building.
Sidney Crosby, Guinea, Malcolm Chris Letang, they've been together forever
as a trio and you cannot lose sight of them
on the ice. But what we're seeing from those three
guys is still special, especially at this point in their careers.

Yeah. Absolutely, those especially Crosby and Malcolm, they've connected so
many times. They've got more points in the first twenty
games for guys that are thirty eight and older than
anybody else in the history of the NHL, So say
what you want about their age. We got a couple
of gold guys on the cracking side that are leading
as well. Both both both every and Schwartz continue to

get it done on the cracket side. There's no reason
why Crosby and Moucolm can't get it done on their side.

Well, they you know, they've got speed, They play fast,
they play north, they try and stretch out and at
the end of the day, they don't need a lot
of opportunities to hurt you. You know, I didn't look
this morning, but you know there's well over two thousand
points between two of them, and you know, it's just

a situation where they're coming off of five nothing loss.
You know, they came back from you know, from the
Global Series time change, all that first came back. I
expect them to be a lot better than they were
last night, and we're gonna have to be good. We're
gonna have to stay above them, keep them off the
score sheet as best we possibly can, and stay out

of the penalty box. Their power play is first in
the league over thirty percent. There's just so many weapons
there that it's hard. It's hard to pick which one
to take away.

The defensive structure never changes from team the team. But
this team, the crackt, I mean, have had an ability
to shut down the badards, the McDavid's, the top players
in this league. What is it about this group that
sometimes can render these superstar players ineffective? And what do

They held Pittsburgh to two goals or less in all
three wins, and for this evening, a chance here to
really knock over the Penguins are a little bit topsy
turvy right now at the moment. Pittsburgh came back, of

course from their Sweden trip, splitting two games with Nashville,
but lost five nothing in a clunker last night against Minnesota,
their first of a home back to back situation. In
this evening, it'll be their second back to back, including
that they lost in their first occasion three to two
in overtime against Philadelphia. The Kraken got a look here

at first period is essentially to take advantage they They
have begun slow, but have picked up their game late
into period two and period three as well, and you
go back and track their first period goal differential, it
is not very impressive minus sight that's second lowess and

to win once again when trying to mount a comeback

Jaden Sward scoring with two minutes and eighteen seconds left
in regulation on the power play, But the timeline of
events was certainly crazy.

When you go back and think of it. It was
a chain reaction.

First off, Connor Bodard had a breakaway, Ryan lind Grinn
hustling back, broke it up on a clean play. It
was stick on contact at first there was no penalty,
but Dart took exception, then was issued an abuse of
officials penalty, giving the crack in the power play, and
what you know, they cashed in and that was the
eventual game winning goal that you just heard. But all

a part of this, the crack and shut down. Chicago
in period three outscored them, of course three nothing with
three unanswered goals, but also out shot the black Hawks
twelve three in that process. Nonetheless, there was always a
way to get better, right Well in this case is
Brandon Montour, who had two assists in period three, saying

period one.

Yeah, I think that's not idea. There's been obviously a

As far as Lindgren is concerned, he deserves a lot
of credit for his defensive game. He had a jarring

The big thing for both of us defensively is we
compete hard, We close quick, and we were very competitive
in our own and play physical and that just helps

get the pucks quick and try to get get our

you have to take that into account. What do the
Kraken have to do here tonight's you continue climbing the standings.

Well, first of all, I think you have to set
the physical tone early. Pittsburgh hates getting bullied on whole mice,
so the Krack you need to introduce themselves with some
perfectly legal, spiritually demoralizing hits. Finish every check, make every
battle of chore, and let the Pens know it's going
to be a long night. If they start looking over
their shoulders, it's working. Secondly, dominate below the goal line.
(16:35):
The Penguins get wobbly when forced to defend extended shifts
in their own end, especially in the second with that
long change cycle. The puck spin off checks and wear
out their defense until they start making bad decisions. Good
things happen when the Krack can own the trenches and
then third, quick clean zone exits. Pittsburgh feasts on sloppy clears,
(16:55):
so the Krack you need to make smart choices under pressure.
Support the puck, use the middle when it's open, and
avoid blind flips. Get out clean, get up ice, and
tilt the momentum with controlled transitions. Efficiency beats chaos here
and then in some hit them early, grind them late,
and don't give rap turnovers like it's a penguin Christmas.
If the Kracking can control the physical game, own the loyce,

and escape the zone with clean first passes, Pittsburgh will
be gasping for air and wondering who invited the Sea

they played last night. But for Seattle, they're two eight
and two since last season against teams on the second

I think that we're gonna go back to the well
of what Laine Lamber's been saying, you have to shoot
the buck more. Last night our last game out rather
the Cracking out shooting Chicago by a twelve three march
in the third period, but it was twenty one to
fifteen through the first forty minutes.

Yeah, absolutely, and you know you are facing a team
that's in their second one back to back. But you
said it yourself, they're probably a little angry. They're probably
coming to this game a little bit angry. They've got
the best power play in the league. I didn't include
stand out of the box and said as a key,
but you can throw that in there as well. But
the krack can have some success against this Penguins team.
They're three to one to zero against them, tied for

their best road record in this building. So coming into
the game with that confidence knowing they played last night,
as long as you don't overplay that hand cracking should
be able to come up with a win.

as a trio and you cannot lose sight of them
on the ice. But what we're seeing from those three
guys is still special, especially at this point in their careers.
