in Calgary, as the Kraken fell for the tenth time
in their last eleven games. It was a promising start
for Seattle, who took a two to one lead into
the third, back by Chandlers Stevenson's third goal in as
many games and Coppocaco's second of the season. The Flames
turned up the heat, firing fourteen shots on goal and

The San Jose Sharks a team that has made no
secret and no bones about their rebuild over the past
couple of years, but now you're seeing those dividends start
to pay off. Currently holding down the second and final

in the Western Conference rather fifth in the Pacific and
Maclinze Labrini a huge reason for that. He has accounted

The Crack in one nine and one in that recent stretch,
as we said, But could a jolt on the roster
do the trick? As ever written now mentioned last night
Mason Marshman delta columb shortly before the holiday roster freeze
and the Cracking getting two picks back, including a second

can get more draft capital and if the trade could

as their mood, and they're trying to bounce back from
a four to two loss in Calgary where the Cracking
were rolling in the penalty kill, but then two penalties
in the span of two thirty three spun the game

three unanswered goals to a Crack and team missing Jerre McCann,

Jaden Schwartz and Brandon Montur who are all out of

It's just a matter of doing it. There's lots of

have games in hand, but at the end of the day,

is already a handful at his young age of nineteen. Secondly,
is handling San Jose's penalty kill. The Sharks take more

So the Kraken could potentially get looks and a challenger
to capitalize could certainly make a big difference if they

If you give him time and space, the krack and
have to close fast, angle smart, and make every touch

depends on the impact he had on you personally, professionally
on your line. Maybe you might be missing that, but
it also presents an opportunity as you said powerplay opportunity.
He was one of the flanks on the first power
play unit, so I'm guessing Tovenen moves into that spot
leaves an open spot for that second power play unit.

I'm guessing we're gonna see Yannie Newman more on that
second power play.

they hold onto these leads and push this thing over

I mean, it sounds silly, but it's score more. You've
got to find a way to lot games now, not
just by holding on to that one goal lead, by
going and getting that two goal lead, Not in the
last a couple of minutes of that third period.

Go ahead and get it in the first five of that.

Third period, because as soon as you do that, it
sends a message across the other teams they're not coming
back into this one. You get that second, when you
get that third one, you make a three to two
game into a five to two game. All of a sudden,
the other team, you know, lowers the tenths and they
get ready for heading out of town. So you've got
to get that next lead on the goal and make
a one goal game into a two or a three
goal game.

The San Jose Sharks a team that has made no
secret and no bones about their rebuild over the past
couple of years, but now you're seeing those dividends start
to pay off. Currently holding down the second and final
wildcard spot in the Pacific Division, they are fifth or
in the Western Conference rather fifth in the Pacific and
Maclinze Labrini a huge reason for that. He has accounted

for over half fifty point five percent of the offense
this year for San Jose one hundred and four goals
for them.

The Crack in one nine and one in that recent stretch,
as we said, But could a jolt on the roster
do the trick? As ever written now mentioned last night
Mason Marshman delta columb shortly before the holiday roster freeze
and the Cracking getting two picks back, including a second

can get more draft capital and if the trade could

be in the works here sooner than later, there's more

You also can't blend them a Thursday, they felt pretty
downcast despite a four to two loss in Calgary. But
yet we're told morning Skate today the Krake in turning

a bit of a one point eighty here as far
as their mood, and they're trying to bounce back from
a four to two loss in Calgary where the Cracking
were rolling in the penalty kill, but then two penalties
in the span of two thirty three spun the game
out of control. Nazem Kadri, Matt Coronado, Michael Backlin scoring
three unanswered goals to a Crack and team missing Jerre McCann,

Jaden Schwartz and Brandon Montur who are all out of
the lineup, and that night nineteen goals combined the Crack

a big chunk missing with those trio on the shelf.
But the Cracking right now doing a few good things

look at all of them. I think we've been tighter

decisions at the blue line, that has costed us games
and goals. I think I look early in the year,
you know, we were detailed and we were doing the
right things, and we're on the other side of that
right now we're not. So we got to figure out
I mean, the recipes there. We know what we have
to do to get on the other side of that.
It's just a matter of doing it. There's lots of

season off. You look at the standings, you know we
have games in hand, but at the end of the day,
we have to we have to find a way to
There's no more moral victories. We got to find a
way to get a win.

number of players that have been frustrated as well.

They've played in six consecutive what I'll call quote unquote
one goal games.

They beat La by a four to three score in overtime.

Their other five losses have all come with empty net
goals against. So for all intents and purposes, the Kracking
are losing one goal games and they're in it to
the third period. On this current eleven game stretch, they've
been outscored twenty to five in third periods. How can
they hold onto these leads and push this thing over
the finish line.

I mean, it sounds silly, but it's score more. You've
got to find a way to lot games now, not
just by holding on to that one goal lead, by
going and getting that two goal lead, Not in the
last a couple of minutes of that third period.

Go ahead and get it in the first five of that.

Third period, because as soon as you do that, it
sends a message across the other teams they're not coming
back into this one. You get that second, when you
get that third one, you make a three to two
game into a five to two game. All of a sudden,
the other team, you know, lowers the tenths and they
get ready for heading out of town. So you've got
to get that next lead on the goal and make
a one goal game into a two or a three
goal game.
