oh seven point nine.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
Stream live every afternoon from three to seven on me
Always Free, iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 5 (02:05):
Okay, Strawberry, have a question for you because I'm seeing
a little bit of both sides on social media.
Speaker 4 (02:11):
The other day we talked about Taylor Frankie Paul.
Speaker 5 (02:14):
She's on the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Hulu show.
She's going to be the next bachelorette. She was doing
some podcast and mentioned that her ex slash Son's father,
he also was on the show. She hadn't told him
that she was going to be the next bachelorette, so
he's just going to find out at the same time
(02:34):
everyone else finds out. Oh so, I'm seeing a lot
of discussion as to whether or not she should have
let him know.
Speaker 6 (02:44):
Yeah, absolutely, she should have.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
Really you think so? Yeah, they're not together, Ned was
never married, nothing.
Speaker 6 (02:50):
But they have a baby together. They have a kid together.
Speaker 7 (02:52):
Baby.
Speaker 6 (02:53):
How old is a kid, Not that it matters, but
how old is the kid that they have together?
Speaker 4 (02:56):
It can't be more than two.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it doesn't matter if they're not together,
they have a kid together.
Speaker 4 (03:02):
Are you saying that she should have asked permission?
Speaker 3 (03:05):
Not permission, but like give him a heads up, Like, Hey,
I'm about to be the new Bachelorette, I'm about to
be on this show. My personal life is gonna get
breaked through the national spotlight in public media.
Speaker 4 (03:16):
It already is. That's not news.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
Yeah, but I think I think because they have a
kid together, you have to have that communication.
Speaker 6 (03:26):
No, I think you do.
Speaker 4 (03:27):
You are tripping.
Speaker 3 (03:30):
I'm not saying she had to ask permission, but she
needs to give the baby daddy heads up so the
baby daddy can prepare the kid.
Speaker 6 (03:36):
Whoever, I don't even know who has custody.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
I don't.
Speaker 5 (03:38):
I think she does, or maybe it's split, I don't know.
I don't think she should have needed to let him
know anything. It's her life. It has nothing to do
with the baby. It's not like she's taking the baby
on the show with her. He's not gonna be on camera,
doesn't involve him.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
Yeah, but once you have a kid with somebody, everything
you do involves the kid.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
Really, the full show every afternoon, whatever you want It's
Strawberry and Lizette on Sacramento's New Kiss one oh seven
point nine.
Speaker 5 (04:06):
We were just talking about Secret Lives of Mormon Wives
star Taylor Frankie being the next bachelorette and whether or
not she should have told her ex Dakota time out.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
The only reason I say that she had to have
told her ex is because they share a kid together.
That's your partner for life. Now you're connected for life
because you have a kid. You have to tell the partner,
the ex partner, Hey, uh.
Speaker 6 (04:30):
The baby mama is about to be on TV.
Speaker 5 (04:32):
So if I was going on a dating show, I
have to text my son's dad, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
Hey, you're a tripping. It is not their business. Oh
we're gonna talk back. Message in right here. Okay.
Speaker 6 (04:46):
So I don't watch none of them shows.
Speaker 8 (04:47):
So what I will say is this, that's your baby mama.
Speaker 4 (04:51):
She's not your girlfriend. You guys aren't together.
Speaker 8 (04:53):
That's like not your business.
Speaker 4 (04:54):
What she does is she goes on a show and
it's not like including your child.
Speaker 8 (04:59):
I just see that's a hat.
Speaker 3 (05:02):
I think that women are just going to naturally side
with other women, and that's why, like, oh well.
Speaker 5 (05:06):
That's right, that's right, it's not about siding with women.
It's about common sense, Okay, it's about right and wrong.
Speaker 6 (05:12):
Well, here's a guy. A talk back from a guy.
He's obviously going to side with me because I'm right.
Speaker 8 (05:16):
Hey, you know that Mormon Wives girl that's going to
be on the Bachelorette. I don't think she should have
to tell him anything. She's not with him anymore, she
isn't all anything. I'm sure he's not happy with it,
but you know, he has no right to tell her
what she can or cannot do.
Speaker 6 (05:32):
Okay, maybe he didn't agree with me, he's going to
side with who. I'm not saying that she had to
ask permission. I'm not saying that.
Speaker 3 (05:38):
Yeah, we're not even talking about that. I'm just saying
because you share a kid with somebody, that don't mean
you let him like, hey man, no, you know, public scrutiny,
you may you.
Speaker 5 (05:49):
Know, not really mind you. He cheated on her. That's
why they're not even together.
Speaker 6 (05:55):
I didn't even know that. I don't know when does
the Bachelorette start.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
I don't know. I don't watch that show.
Speaker 6 (05:59):
It's all already controversial. Thank you for talkback messages. I
want to join the conversation.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
Send Strawberry and Lizette a talkback message while you stream
The New Kiss.
Speaker 4 (06:08):
When I was seven point nine on the always Free iHeartRadio.
Speaker 5 (06:11):
A critically acclaimed movies that redditors are revealing they hate.
Sacramento's New Kiss. When I was seven point nine, Strawberry
lesset in the afternoon. I haven't seen a lot of these,
uh huh, but I know that they're classics.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
Sure, so I want to see which ones ruffle your
feathers a little bit.
Speaker 3 (06:27):
Okay, so these are ones that they're popular movies, but
people on Reddit say, Nope, they suck, don't like them, overhyped?
Speaker 4 (06:33):
Yes, okay, all right. Number one La La Land.
Speaker 6 (06:38):
Didn't see La La Land. I know it won a
bunch of stuff.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
Though, so that doesn't ruffle your feathers at all. No,
The Big Lebowski Labowski, The Big Lebowski.
Speaker 3 (06:46):
I mean it's a cult classic. It's not for everybody,
but it's a huge movie. Again, The Shining.
Speaker 5 (06:56):
These are all movies that they were like, I can't
stand it or I tried to watch it, fell asleep.
Speaker 4 (07:01):
Super boring.
Speaker 6 (07:02):
I like it. I liked The Shining, The Revenant. The
Revenant was the.
Speaker 3 (07:06):
One where the bear like destroyed Leonardo DiCaprio.
Speaker 4 (07:10):
Right, they said it was just two hours of Leo crawling.
Speaker 6 (07:13):
Yeah, they got a point. All agree with the redditors
on that one.
Speaker 4 (07:17):
Joker, the first No Joker.
Speaker 6 (07:20):
Movie, Joker was good. Are they talking about the one
with Lady Gaga, the musical Joker?
Speaker 4 (07:25):
I don't think so. I think the first one.
Speaker 6 (07:28):
No, the first one was great.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
This one ruffled my feathers a little bit. Wolf of
Wall Street.
Speaker 6 (07:32):
It's a great movie. I know, it's one of the
it was.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
Actually it's the only movie that Leonardo DiCaprio wants to
do a sequel to, because Leo never does sequels. Oh,
he's like, I would love to do some more Jordan
Belfort stuff. He just said that, like earlier this week.
Speaker 5 (07:47):
Also on this list, critically acclaimed movies that redditors are
reveal they hate Oppenheimer. I didn't watch it, so I
don't really care about that one. Oppenheimer Once upon a
Time in Hollywood.
Speaker 3 (07:56):
That was a good movie. But it's Quentin Tarantino, so
it's a little quirky.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
Avatar.
Speaker 6 (08:02):
Avatar was great when it came out.
Speaker 5 (08:04):
Both movies I watched on a plane ride and thought
the story was predictable and boring.
Speaker 4 (08:09):
Their words, not mine?
Speaker 6 (08:10):
How dare that person?
Speaker 1 (08:12):
Never miss admitted with Strawberry and Lazette on Kiss one
oh seven point nine.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
Stream live every afternoon from three to seven on me
Always Free, iHeartRadio app calling out.
Speaker 5 (08:22):

I was seven point nine Strawberry and Lisette.
Speaker 4 (08:28):
And who does that?
Speaker 6 (08:30):
Who does that? Okay?
Speaker 4 (08:32):
Follow along closely following musing secret language.
Speaker 6 (08:35):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (08:36):
A doctor in the UK is in hot water after
admittedly taking a break during surgery to go operate with
the nurse in another room.
Speaker 6 (08:46):
Oh, with his special scalpel. Yes, okay.
Speaker 5 (08:50):
The doctor was in charge of the anesthetic on a patient.
Uh huh, he took a break that listed eight minutes
a and during the break was in another room performing
with the nurse.
Speaker 6 (09:04):
Uh huh.
Speaker 4 (09:04):
Okay, yeah, at which point they got caught by another nurse.
It was a whole mess.
Speaker 5 (09:09):
He took accountability and blamed his myrdal problems, and the
General Medical Council is still deciding whether or not to
let him continue practicing.
Speaker 4 (09:16):
But who does that like in the middle of a surgery?
Speaker 6 (09:20):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (09:20):
And you just gonna wait.
Speaker 5 (09:22):
For that patient to be anesthesia out, No, so you
could sneak off and go in the next room.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
And from every episode of Grey's Anatomy that I've seen,
the anesthesiologist sits right there and monitors the patient the
entire time, the.
Speaker 4 (09:35):
Most important job of literally making sure the patient doesn't die.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
Yeah, if anybody can't get up and leave the operating room,
it's probably the surgeon.
Speaker 6 (09:44):
And then secondly the anology. Yeah, like, there's no way
who does that?
Speaker 4 (09:50):
Oo does that?
Speaker 7 (09:52):
Kiss?
Speaker 4 (09:53):
When I'm seven point nine?
Speaker 2 (09:54):

Speaker 5 (10:44):
Mariah Carey is headlining a special concert in the Amazon It's.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
Strawberry and Lazette on.
Speaker 1 (10:51):
Sacramento's New Kiss one oh seven point nine.
Speaker 5 (10:53):
Rya Carrey is putting on a special show to raise
awareness for protecting the Amazon rainforw by headlighting a concert
on a floating stage in the Amazon rainforest. That's crazy
on my son's birthday September seventeenth.
Speaker 6 (11:09):
That's why she's doing it all for him. A big
year for.
Speaker 5 (11:12):
Her with this concert, her sixteenth studio album dropping September
twenty sixth, her major lifetime achievement awards that she's had
this year.
Speaker 4 (11:19):
This is like her big comeback year.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
She's going to be at the iHeartRadio Music Festival that too,
to be floating in the rainforest doing a show.
Speaker 6 (11:28):
That's next.
Speaker 5 (11:28):
Love Do you think she requested to be like on
a floating stage, so she doesn't have to move as much.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
I mean, let's be honest.
Speaker 3 (11:37):
Hold on, all right, give me your honest take. What's
more epic going to outer space like Katy Perry did,
or doing a concert from the rainforest like Mariah Carey's
about to do. What's more braggadocious? What's more epic?
Speaker 5 (11:53):
I think if Mariah went to space that would have
been more epic.
Speaker 3 (11:57):
Yeah, but Katy Perry went to space and she sung
while she was up there, so technically that was a concert.
Speaker 6 (12:01):
There's no proof, uh, Gail King said, She sang.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
There's no proof.
Speaker 6 (12:05):
All right, Katie Perry, it is then I did say
that I see it in your in your eyes.
Speaker 5 (12:09):
Everything Mariah does is epic and legendary, except dance.
Speaker 4 (12:14):
She can't do that no more. Let's you got strawberry.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
Well, locally, there's a lot to do this weekend in Sack.
There's a Mexican Independence Day celebration tomorrow at Cesar Chavez Plaza.
Speaker 6 (12:24):
There's the Hellmaker's Market.
Speaker 3 (12:26):
What was that Saturday at Doco you're waiting for? And
this weekend is Butterfly Fest at the Secret Garden in
elk Grove. Oh, by the way, Apple Hill is open,
So go pick some apples and get some pies. Yeah,
that's what to do this weekend in Sack. I'm hungry
hell headlines on Sacramento's New Kiss one oh seven point nine.
Speaker 4 (12:44):
Full show every afternoon. Whatever you want.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
It's Strawberry and Lizette on Sacramento's New Kiss one oh
seven point nine.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
Got Carrie from Sacramento on the phone. Carrie, it's a
random caller quiz you versus Lizette. Are you ready?
Speaker 4 (12:59):
I'm ready?
Speaker 6 (13:00):
First off, do you have any kids who are back
in school now? Oh?
Speaker 4 (13:03):
Yeah, I got four kids.
Speaker 6 (13:04):
How stressful is your morning routine with four kids?
Speaker 5 (13:08):
Oh my god, you're so stressful, you guys like my
oldest is sixteen and my youngest is four.
Speaker 4 (13:15):
That's a lot.
Speaker 6 (13:16):
Was that? How stressful is your morning routine with all
your kids?
Speaker 4 (13:18):
Very stressful at all? I only have one child rites
routine Okay.
Speaker 3 (13:24):
According to a new survey, what is the most stressful
time in the morning. Scientists found the exact hour, the
exact minute where parents have their stress level go through
the roof.
Speaker 6 (13:36):
Hmm, Carrie, seven THIRTI am no, that's too late. Earlier
than that.
Speaker 4 (13:42):
I was also thinking about seven thirty.
Speaker 6 (13:44):
Bring it back a little more earlier.
Speaker 4 (13:45):
Seven to twenty.
Speaker 6 (13:48):
Nope, that's still too late. Go a little earlier.
Speaker 8 (13:51):
Let's say six twenty five.
Speaker 6 (13:53):
That's too early.
Speaker 7 (13:54):
Seven fifteen very close. Seven sixteen in the morning. That's
when parents have their stress levels specific bite, very specific.
Speaker 6 (14:06):
How did they figure that out science?
Speaker 3 (14:10):
That's typically the point when kids don't want to get dressed,
they won't eat their breakfast, they can't find their shoes.
Speaker 6 (14:16):
The school bus is coming, the carpool's coming. You gotta
get them out the door.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
Seven sixteen seems to be the time in the morning
where stress levels are at their highest.
Speaker 6 (14:25):
I'm still in bed.
Speaker 5 (14:26):
At seven sixteen, so I wish I'm perfectly really hot
to join the conversation.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
Send Strawberry and lysette a talkback message while you stream
the new Kiss when O seven point nine on the
always free iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 5 (14:40):
Giving you your daily dose of good news stories. Here
Sacramento's New Kiss one O seven point nine Strawberry list
in the afternoon. Eleven year old Acidon in Utah just
received a brand's new electric wheelchair, just one week after
his previous one got stolen.
Speaker 4 (14:57):
What now.
Speaker 5 (14:58):
Axton has a rare genetic condition that causes weak muscles
and stiffness in the joints, and is completely dependent on
his wheelchair to get him around. So imagine the devastation
from him and his parents, his whole family when his
wheelchair just went missing one day.
Speaker 6 (15:11):
Mm hmmm hmm.
Speaker 4 (15:12):
They took the.
Speaker 5 (15:12):
Story to the local news, where it caught the attention
of Mike Felise of Disabled Outdoorsman Utah. He reached out
to Compassion Mobility for help, and within days, a brand
new wheelchair was ordered and presented to Axton. The family
also received additional support from the community, with twenty five
hundred dollars raised special hunting gear and hiking equipment to
(15:34):
make outdoor activities more accessible for action.
Speaker 6 (15:37):
Love when they come together.
Speaker 3 (15:38):
And who's out there stealing wheelchairs at all, whether they're
electric or not.
Speaker 5 (15:42):
Like, that's what I was thinking too. Who sees a
wheelchair and just takes it?
Speaker 3 (15:46):
Yeah, because you know that the person that you're stealing
it from is needs it inoperable.
Speaker 6 (15:52):
Yees.
Speaker 4 (15:53):
Yeah, I thought that too, Like what a d bag?
Speaker 6 (15:57):
Yes, sucks?
Speaker 4 (15:58):
What are words that I can't say on the radio?
Speaker 6 (16:00):
The We're glad the community came together and to support it.
Speaker 4 (16:03):
And that's what's good.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
Streaming live Strawberry and Lazette every afternoon from three till seven.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
On Sacramento's new Kiss one O seven point nine and
Kiss one O seven point nine.
Speaker 4 (16:13):
Got Kiss Strawberry.
Speaker 5 (16:13):
What's the longest you ever kept up a lie with
your mom just to avoid getting in trouble? Like, nothing
super serious, just something that you knew you'd get in
trouble over.
Speaker 6 (16:23):
Off the top of my head, probably like a week
or two.
Speaker 4 (16:27):
Kids one of seven point nine Strawberry and Liz.
Speaker 5 (16:30):
I think my son has been keeping up a lie
with me to avoid getting in trouble for losing his
water bottle. It is notorious for losing his lunch box,
his water bottle. I don't buy him those things anymore
because he'll leave it at school, he'll leave it on
the bus and we never see it again.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
Is it a fancy water bottle, an expensive one, or
just it's the principle, the fact that he's.
Speaker 5 (16:51):
I bought him the Gatorade water bottle that come with
the little Gatorade like juice packets that you put in
the lid and you pop it clothes.
Speaker 6 (16:59):
Yeah, yeah, it sounds expensive.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
They're like twenty thirty bucks.
Speaker 6 (17:01):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (17:02):
I bought him one one year for school.
Speaker 5 (17:04):
He lost it the first week of school was gone,
so I said, I'm not buying you no more water bottles.
Speaker 4 (17:08):
Right then, when I was.
Speaker 5 (17:09):
Back to school shopping, I thought, I'm gonna buy him
another water bottle. So I bought him another Gatorade water bottle.
I haven't seen it for weeks.
Speaker 6 (17:17):
It's gone, and I keep.
Speaker 4 (17:19):
Asking him, where's your water bottle?
Speaker 6 (17:20):
Huh?
Speaker 5 (17:21):
And he'd go, oh, it's up in my room. Why
an't you taking it to school? That's what I bought
it for you for huh. Okay, yeah, I do take
it to school. And then asked him the other day,
where's your water bottle? And he's like, oh, it's at
school in my gym locker. So I told him, okay,
we'll bring it home from Pe tomorrow so we can
wash it.
Speaker 6 (17:38):
Uh huh.
Speaker 4 (17:38):
But I truly feel like it's lost.
Speaker 6 (17:41):
And it's today the day he's supposed to bring it home.
Speaker 4 (17:43):
Today's the days he's supposed to bring it home.
Speaker 5 (17:44):
To the test, I texted him and said, don't forget
your water bottle.
Speaker 3 (17:48):
He's been lying you for the last couple of weeks,
I know, right. You got to get him to admit
how long ago he lost it, and then you tell
him how disappointed you are in him for lying to
you that long.
Speaker 6 (17:59):
You're gonna lie to your own mother.
Speaker 4 (18:01):
For week for week for water bottle.
Speaker 3 (18:03):
Yeah, you got to lay into him today when you
get home. It's crazy like he just he just rode it.
Speaker 1 (18:09):
Strawberry and Lazette on Sacramento's New Kiss one O seven
point nine
