Okay, so fans at Beyonce's final Cowboy Carter show in Vegas,
We're treated to a moment they'll never forget. A Destiny's
Child reunion. The iconic girl group reunited on stage Saturday

(01:42):
night to cap off Beyonce's massive world tour. It was
the last of her thirty two shows. They haven't performed
publicly since Beyonce's twenty eighteen Coachella set, when she brought
Kelly and Michelle on stage with her. So this was
a huge surprise for fans, really exciting.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
All the fans were thrilled, except for you know who,
my beautiful fiance. She was gonna go to Vegas for
that Saturday performance with her bestie for a birthday getaway.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
Weird.

Speaker 5 (02:11):
I don't remember being invited.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
Right last minute, they changed to the Friday concert.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
So they go to Beyonce on Friday, come home.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
And they're watching all of social media, like, wait a minute,
Destiny's Child is there? Wait a minute, Oprah is there,
Tyler Perry is there, Shaboozi's on stage.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
Jay Z.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
So she was supposed to be at the concert and
now is so mad that she switched the dates.

Speaker 6 (02:33):
But listen, you have to have known that it was
Beyonce's last show.

Speaker 5 (02:37):
Of course she was going to go all out and
do something.

Speaker 4 (02:40):
Yeah, you're right, she made a mistake. You're right. She
has to live with that.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Never miss amitute with Strawberry and Lazette on Kiss one
oh seven point nine.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Stream live every afternoon from three to seven on the

Speaker 3 (02:53):
App Sacramento's new Kiss one oh seven point nine. And
we're also giving away your passes to come out here,
which essentially are going to be the passage Lazette's not
using because I.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
Don't see her here with me.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
I had a little mishap.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
What happened?

Speaker 6 (03:08):
So I got to the airport on time. We were
supposed to fly out yesterday. My flight was yesterday morning.
I actually got there on time, but I couldn't find
any parking in the parking garage at the airport.

Speaker 5 (03:18):
I was still beling for like twenty minutes.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
They shut one of the garages down. So you're they're
down like one garage.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
Now, okay, that must have that must have been what happened.

Speaker 6 (03:27):
Anyways, long story short, I have to drive back to Roseville,
drop off my car, uber back to the airport. It's
like thirty minutes each way. So I missed my flight.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
I missed a flight. So let me tell you what happened.
While we're on the plane. You know, so you bored
the plane. Everyone sits down and they're like, hey, we're
about to take off, but we're waiting for some more people.
And so we're sitting there. We're sitting there, We're sitting there. Yeah,
and then one of the flight attendants comes on the intercom.
She goes, yes, if if Lizette is here, can someone
ring their their call button. We're waiting for Lizette. And

(03:57):
I go, uh oh, So I look up, I wave
at the flight attendant and I do one of those
like cut, you know, like the hand on the neck cut,
and I just shake my head and the flight attendant goes, oh,
she's not coming, and I shake my head and she goes, Okay,
we're ready to go. And I thought, Lizette, how many
times has a random person just taken that opportunity to

(04:20):
seize the power and be like, hey, I want to go.
We're not waiting for that person. I could have pretended
the flight attendant listened to me. She goes, oh, no, Lyzette, Okay,
let's take off right now. And I'm like, oh, I
could have totally lied. I could have been like, yeah, man,
let's just go. Let's just hey, wheels up.

Speaker 5 (04:34):
Wow, I'm here.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
It's power now.

Speaker 5 (04:36):
I'm offended. What if I was on my way?

Speaker 4 (04:40):
See, they had no idea.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
The full show every afternoon, whenever you want.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
It's Strawberry and Lizette on Sacramento's New Kiss one oh
seven point nine.

Speaker 5 (04:50):
Did you see what happened to j Low over the weekend?

Speaker 4 (04:53):
Did I?

Speaker 3 (04:53):
I may have watched that video a couple two three
thousand times.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
Okay, So she.

Speaker 6 (04:59):
Was performing on Student Poland on Friday night and she
had a little wardrobe malfunction. Her entire skirt like came
undone and just fell to the ground and she was like, Oh, Okay,
this isn't supposed to happen. I'm just on stage in
my underwear.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
Technically, Like from what I've seen from her concerts, she's
pretty much already in her underwear base.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
Right, Like she's right, she's half naked, no complaints.

Speaker 6 (05:22):
And then she took her broken skirt and threw it
into the crowd and just continues on with the show.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
Show must go on.

Speaker 6 (05:28):
So you think that was a real like wardrobe malfunction.

Speaker 4 (05:33):
You know what?

Speaker 3 (05:34):
I did it first, and then I saw so many
people online saying that she's been crying for attention and
this is another PR stunt to get attention.

Speaker 5 (05:44):
Okay, I'm so glad you brought this up.

Speaker 6 (05:46):
I one hundred percent. Also right away was like, with
this happening and then all the Katy Harry concert malfunctions,
I feel like everyone's trying to keep up with the
Beyonce malfunctions. She literally, I don't know when it was,
maybe the day before or a couple of days before.
Beyonce's chaps that she wears, those glittery ones also just

(06:06):
fell straight to the ground and we're hanging out around
her ankles and one of her dances had to come
and pull them back up and try to like snap
them back on, and.

Speaker 5 (06:14):
Then Jlo's skirt falls off. You're telling me that that's
a coincidence.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Okay, So you're saying that when Beyonce gets headlines for
something that happens on her stage show, people like Katy
Perry and j Lo also create some sort of malfunction
to also get headlines.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
Yeah, one hundred percent.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
Want to join the conversation.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
Send Strawberry and Lazette a talkback message while you stream
the new kiss when O seven point nine on the
always free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
Fascet to the Disneyland Resort.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
In case you missed the daily Disney keyword, send us
a talkback message on the iHeart app.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
The keyword is spooky and just a pro tip when
you win these.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
Tickets, don't miss your flight, like Lazette did. I mean,
that's a great that's great advice, right, Actually, yeah, it's
not bad.

Speaker 5 (06:56):
Don't drive your car. There's no parking at the airport.

Speaker 6 (07:00):
Those new kids win of seven point nine s Jobberry
and lynset.

Speaker 5 (07:02):
In the afternoon, parents are chiming in.

Speaker 6 (07:05):
Back to school season is upon us, and kids are
asking for crazy stuff for the back to school year,
like aside from school supplies and you know the regular
back to school clothes shopping and things like that. And
parents are blaming social media for kids wanting these expensive
trendy items, like the expensive water bottles like You're Stanley, right,

(07:29):
it's like fifty bucks for a Stanley.

Speaker 5 (07:31):
Kids have to have them for.

Speaker 6 (07:33):
Their back to school La boo boos are really popular now.

Speaker 4 (07:37):
Every kid wants a.

Speaker 6 (07:38):
La Boo boo.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
Guess what you're getting notebooks and some shoes and then
steal pens from the office five hundred dollars iPads.

Speaker 6 (07:48):
So just the back to school shopping list is getting
crazier and crazier as time goes on. My most expensive
back to school shopping items definitely We're clothes, Yeah, because
I was going to school in the baby fat and
like rock aware days.

Speaker 4 (08:06):
Oh okay, you treated like a fashion show.

Speaker 5 (08:08):
We had to have it.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
It had to have been the razor.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Like my school had a no cell phone policy, but
everybody still had to have.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
The Motorola razor and just to like, you know, show
it off. Okay, I got it, look at this. Yeah,
So absolutely the Motorole raser.

Speaker 5 (08:22):
My mom had the pink one.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
I was so deal streaming Love Strawberry Liz It every
afternoon from three till seven.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
On Sacramento's new Kiss one O seven point nine and
Kiss one O seven point nine dot com.

Speaker 5 (08:33):
Who does that?

Speaker 4 (08:35):
Who does that?

Speaker 5 (08:36):
Okay, sorry, I'm meeting.

Speaker 3 (08:40):
Hey, I'm gonna live broadcast. The kid gets hungry.

Speaker 6 (08:43):
So someone in Walnut Grove has been popping by the
Right Hotel and stealing their peacocks.

Speaker 5 (08:50):
So here's the story.

Speaker 6 (08:51):
The owner of the right hotel bought about five birds
fourteen years ago. They've since reproduced, obviously, and have since become.

Speaker 5 (08:59):
A signature of the hotel.

Speaker 6 (09:01):
It's the hotel with all the peacocks walking away like
that's what they're known for. There's about forty birds that
roam that property now, but now that number has been
slashed to just four birds remaining.

Speaker 5 (09:13):
What a customs.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
They've stolen thirty six peacocks.

Speaker 6 (09:16):
A customer report has seen two men quote grabbing one
of the birds and putting it inside a cage on
the bed of a pickup truck. Oh now, female peacocks
are valued in about one thousand dollars. It's two thousand
for males. So there's your motive right there. But literally,
who woke up one morning and was like, I know
what we're gonna do.

Speaker 5 (09:35):
Guys, We're gonna go steal these peacocks.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
Yeah, what do you do?

Speaker 3 (09:38):
Put them on a leash and walk them around the
neighborhood Like you're gonna be conspicuous. People are gonna know that,
all of a sudden, you have a peacock.

Speaker 6 (09:43):
Obviously they're selling him, but like, where are you storing
these people?

Speaker 5 (09:47):
Like what's the process here? Who does that?

Speaker 4 (09:51):
Who does that?

Speaker 5 (09:53):
It's Kiss one oh seven point nine.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
It's Strawberry and Lazette.

Speaker 1 (09:56):
On Sacramento's new Kiss one oh seven point nine Strawberry
And is that.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
With Hella headlines? Right now?

Speaker 1 (10:02):
So?

Speaker 6 (10:02):
Dinny apparently took the time to use his social media
over the weekend, tweeting then quickly deleting the.

Speaker 5 (10:10):
Side I emoji. He did this on Friday night.

Speaker 6 (10:13):
Now, it's been a while since he's shared anything on
social media for obvious reasons, and fans are like, why
would he tweet anything at all just to delete it
right after? So here are some sand theories as to
what this I emoji.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
Could possibly mean.

Speaker 6 (10:27):
Okay, one that he's teasing new music from behind bars.

Speaker 4 (10:33):
Great, okay, cool?

Speaker 6 (10:34):
How you can go?

Speaker 5 (10:35):
Can't turn out? Or two.

Speaker 6 (10:37):
Some fans think that he's hinting at some personal knowledge
of the government's recent meeting with Glaine Maxwell, during which
her lawyer says that she names one hundred people linked
to Jeffrey Epstein.

Speaker 3 (10:51):
Oh, does he have access to Twitter in jail?

Speaker 1 (10:55):
Like?

Speaker 3 (10:55):
I don't know all the different privileges different people have,
but I didn't think social media was one of them.

Speaker 5 (11:00):
I can't tell you.

Speaker 6 (11:00):
How many times I've been scrolling on TikTok and people
are live streaming from jail, Like, Okay, I don't think
that's like an approved privilege, but they.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Do it all right? So did he is tweeting from jail?
Whoever snuck that cell phone in?

Speaker 5 (11:14):
But let's you got strawberry?

Speaker 6 (11:15):
All right?

Speaker 3 (11:15):
Well? Locally, R and B group en Vogue closed out
the State Fair last night. And what a difference from
twenty twenty four. Last year we set a record for
the most triple digit temperatures at the fair. This year,
the weather was so much better that attendance was up,
sales was up. Organizers said that Saturday was one of
the largest days. They have had of the State Fair

(11:37):
in a long long time, so they're already planning and
booking for next year's California State Fair.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
Can't believe that came and went so hard.

Speaker 6 (11:45):
Fact.

Speaker 5 (11:45):
No, and it actually hasn't been too hot this summer.

Speaker 4 (11:49):
That's the best.

Speaker 5 (11:50):
Yeah, it's been pretty nice.

Speaker 4 (11:51):
Yeah. Did he missed out on the State Fair? He's
been live tweeting fro jail.

Speaker 5 (11:55):
We don't want Diddy from the stand at the State Fair.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
Never miss admitted with Strawberry and Lizette on Kiss one
oh seven point nine.

Speaker 2 (12:01):

Always Free, iHeartRadio.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
App Strawberry and lazedde on Sacramento's new Kiss one oh
seven point nine.

Speaker 4 (12:11):
No spoilers for Happy Gilmore too?

Speaker 3 (12:13):
Was that I know you and I both watched it
and started streaming on Netflix Friday. Yeah, the number I'm
hearing is seventy two. There are seventy two celebrity cameos
in there. There's a couple I caught, but there's so many,
like professional golfers that Adam Sandler had as characters.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
So the one thing I will say.

Speaker 3 (12:32):
The caddy that was in Happy Gilmore won and then
he you know, you think he comes back for the
second like, oh, now now that caddy is a is
a player? Yes, did you also think that was the
same character just recast as an older character in the
Happy Gilmore two?

Speaker 5 (12:46):
Was that not the same character?

Speaker 4 (12:48):
There?

Speaker 3 (12:48):
It is there, it is. Thank you to everybody on TikTok.
That was actually see I don't follow golf. That's a
professional golfer. His name is will Zalatoris or something like that. Oh,
he won a tournament recently. And because he looks like
Happy Gilmore's caddy in real life, Adam Sandler tweeted him
saying something like a good job, You've come a long

(13:10):
way since my caddy or whatever.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
So in the golf world.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
In the golf world, that's a running joke that Will
Zalatoris looks like Happy Gilmore's caddy. So they played into
that in the sequel. And that's a real life, like
professional golfer.

Speaker 5 (13:24):
I would have never known that.

Speaker 6 (13:26):
I caught onto the fact that there were a lot of.

Speaker 5 (13:30):
Cameos in those movies.

Speaker 6 (13:31):
I'm sorry in that movie, but I knew I didn't
know who anyone was other than like Bad Bunny and
Travis Kelsey, like the obvious ones that sure.

Speaker 5 (13:39):
Of course I would know.

Speaker 6 (13:40):
But I knew there was like a ton of athletes
and like sports newscasters, and I'm just like, I know
there's somebody, but I don't know who they are.

Speaker 3 (13:47):
This is what you're probably saying me saying this on
the podcast though. This is why we need to bring
back those those DVD commentaries. You know, like after you
watch it, you have the director saying, oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
Cut the full show every after whatever you want.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
It's Strawberry and Lizette on Sacramento's New Kiss one oh
seven point nine.

Speaker 6 (14:06):
Giving you your daily Dell's good news stories. Here on
Sacramento's New Kiss one oh seven point nine.

Speaker 5 (14:13):
This is super weird to do without our usual music
in the background.

Speaker 6 (14:18):
But Strawberry is broadcasting live from Disneyland, so there's a
lot a lot happening.

Speaker 4 (14:23):
Over there, a lot going on. Lizete's missing her flights.
I'm out here in Disneyland. What's good?

Speaker 5 (14:29):
But here's what's good.

Speaker 6 (14:30):
So before the concert at the Country Fair in Iowa,
Country Star Hardy stopped for a meal at the Blind Pig.
Their server, Carter came through with amazing service and when
Hardy shot him a compliment. Carter shared that he'd actually
been having a really tough week. Carter didn't even recognize
that Hardy was like this big country star and even

(14:51):
asked him and his friends if they were going to
the concert that night. Hardy was moved by Carter's good
attitude and decided to surprise him the only way he
knew how. Hardy invited Carter to his show, invited him backstage,
gave him side stage seats, not how to carry the
American flag on stage for his set for him, also

(15:12):
the full VIP experience. Carter was so happy he later
posted I'm trying not to cry, but you made my week.
I can only imagine his week totally got turned around.

Speaker 4 (15:23):
From no kidding, probably the.

Speaker 6 (15:25):
Worst week of his life to the best day he's
ever had.

Speaker 4 (15:29):
And that's all it text you a little kindness from
a stranger? Holy cow?

Speaker 5 (15:33):
Well is he really a stranger?

Speaker 3 (15:35):
See you're right, good point, good point, good point. Just
say like like as we can apply it to our
own lives. Sometimes we can be that hero.

Speaker 5 (15:42):
A little goes a long way.

Speaker 4 (15:43):
I can be on Here is.

Speaker 5 (15:46):
That song again?

Speaker 3 (15:47):
Mark Anthony and Strawberry en Rique Glasias, Sorry, Enrique Iglasias.

Speaker 5 (15:51):
Okay, let's let him sing it.

Speaker 2 (15:56):

Speaker 6 (16:01):
Quiz.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
Who do you think missed their flight to Disneyland?

Speaker 5 (16:05):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (16:07):
The listeners have to figure that out.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
But it's gonna pay off because we're giving out four
packs of passes to come to the Disneyland resort, and
with you not using yours, well that's just more tickets
for us to give out. So the listeners are gonna
benefit for one of us missing the flight.

Speaker 5 (16:20):
