Speaker 1 (00:00):
So many high school graduations coming up the remainder of
this month, So.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
We want to hear from you.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
What's that one real world piece of advice you'd offer
graduates this year? Seven oh two, seven nine six, one
oh six' five mamager extraordinary, raising multi, billionaires multi multi,
millionaires and everything in. Between Chris jenner was on a podcast,
recently The Burnouts, podcast and she offered some real world

(00:27):
advice to upcoming high school, graduates WHICH i think surprise
a lot of.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
People, yes, WELL i think one of the biggest criticisms
of that family is that they are a little out of, touch,
Right but the advice she offered WAS i think pretty
relatable to a lot of, people and that was she,
said to keep your car. Clean here's how she talked about.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
It go look at the inside of the, car and
how does that? Look because it just kind of represents
organizational skills and discipline and you, know just the way
that you feel about yourself and that you, know it's,
like you, know going out out into the, world how
do you want to present yourself when you go out
into the.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
World, SEE i think this is similar to Advice i've
heard from people that say to make your bed every. Day,
yeah because it's like it's a great way to Keep
it sets the tone for the. Day the organizational makes.
You it gives you a. Purpose it's not just the
act of making your, bed so it sets the tone
for the. Day, NO i agree with.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
That and WHAT i also agree with because at First i'm,
like clean out your, car but THEN i take a
minute AND i think about my car and when it
is a hot mess in, There i'm a hot mess
from the SECOND i get out of that. CAR i
feel stressed getting, IN i feel stressed leaving. It and
so she's, right this is a simple reminder anybody can
do and make a priority to really set the tone

(01:40):
for the day and make yourself more discipline.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
It, Also i'll tell YOU i do probably AND i
feel guilty saying, this But i'll just be real about.
IT i think people can be a little, judgy including,
myself when you get into someone's car and it's an absolute.
Mess and To Chris jander's point is that the image
that you want to invade it people that you don't
care about the spaces you. Occupy this IS i feel
like your car should be a, sanctuary, Right, Yes, yes.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
YEAH i, mean And i'm thinking back to this past.
WEEKEND i got my, car you, know just washed for
like the first time in a long, time and even
just like getting the outside of my car, WASH i
just felt.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
Better, yeah like it just made you feel.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Better, great, honest simple advice from a billionaire Like Chris.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
Jenner let's let's see if anyone else has some good
advice out. There seven oh two seven, nine, six one
oh six, five and we'll start With. Kim, Hey, kim good,
morning you're down In. Henderson what's going? On what kind
of advice do you have for graduates this?

Speaker 4 (02:34):
YEAR i THINK i could pass on some. INFO i
think they just get up every day and get dressed
and show, up and then one step leads you to
the next, step and then you set YOUR gps in
your head and you get yourself to the finish. Line that,
way one step to the next.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Step just show up as a powerful message in, ITSELF
i think that can't be applied in so many different
ways throughout a person, life right.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Exactly, YEAH i get it up and show, up. Right.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Yeah SO i think that's just about finding, motivation. Right
there's a lot of times you don't want to get
up off of the, couch or we don't want to
leave where our comfort. Zone, Right so it's about showing
up for whatever's next in. Life that's really.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
Cool, yes even if there's something to, do get up
and wash your face and put your makeup on and
feel good about yourself and that'll really you, know it's
all about your. Mind if you believe you're a money,
magnet you will be so sing YOUR gps and say
you're a money magnet and money will.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Come, Okay, kim now you're.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
Not you're not just inspiring high school.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Students you're inspiring to grown adults here in the sunny
studio this.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Morning so thank you for. That all, right, perfect thank You.
Kim that was. Awesome all, right have a good.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
