those car pool lanes driving by themselves. I don't think

warning about a new scam targeting residents involving a fake
failure to appear citation. They're trying to trick you into
thinking you missed some sort of a court date and

you owe people hundreds of dollars. Just understand that these
are phony notices. They are not real, and they may
show up in your physical mail and your text messages
in your email. They're trying to look official. There are
spelling errors, they don't have the zip code right, and
the Clark the County Clerk does not issue citations on
top of all of that, so you are not required

to pay or show up in court for any reason.
So if you get one of these, don't panic, Just
ignore it and report it, all right, Sonny one of

called Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada. They just opened a brand
new affordable housing in North Las Vegas around North fifth
and Centennial. And these are not average units. They're in
a gated community, updated appliances, accessible bathrooms, two car garages.
It's also not just about the homes themselves. They're offering

things like ac repairs, roof replacements, financial literacy classes to
help people stay housed long term. So three of these
are available right now, eight more are coming later this year.
So it's all part of a bigger effort to help
veterans here locally find safe, stable housing and actually stay here.
