year old son Justin tragically to suicide, and after that happened,
her boss, Charles Brignall, reached out because he had lost
his sister in a similarly tragic manner, and together they
decided to create the J and J Foundation to help
turn their pain into purpose. The foundation provides direct funding
for sober living and rehabs in Nevada, as well as

support for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and worse. Their
goal is to help others so that other families do
not have to go through that same excruciating pain of losing.

I feel like the hype and excitement around the iPhone
releases has just really dropped exponentially over the last couple
of decades. So days ago, Apple announced their new iPhone
seventeen lineup. It includes the iPhone Air, the thinnest smartphone yet.
It's going to be in stores on the nineteenth. But
if you're on social media, gen Z doesn't care. They've
got this whole movement. They're going back to old basic,

you know, dumb phones, and sales are up one hundred
and forty eight percent. We're talking about old blackberries going
for just one hundred bucks on eBay. Remember the Motorola Razor,
the T Mobile Sidekick, those are back. The Samsung Galaxy
flip phone is selling. Those flip phones are popular. People
miss their Razor. Twenty somethings just have screen fatigue and
notification overload like all of us. They're just I think

better at acknowledging it and handling it, and they're ready
to keep it simple. I mean I want to throw
my iPhone out the windows sometimes give me back my
Nokia thirty three to ten that break. I just want
