Speaker 1 (00:59):
Yeah yeah, oh, let's all get fat together. All right.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
So Penny, like any other episode, I'm here to ask
you what are we doing today?

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Okay, Well, what we're doing today is, first of all,
I just love that we're so festive, and we decorated
the studio for you watching or tuning into social clips
because it's always you know, it's nice, it's branded, but
we're extra festive, that's right.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
We have a little decoration.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
We have a tree, we.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Have stockings, we have reindeer. It's great.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
But the best of all, we have some of our
podcast team and the studio. Yes, we have Victoria with us.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
Make sure you guys talk in the microphone, right, I
know Peter's probably gonna be talking to the microphone.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Please. So Victoria is our Berkeley College I account manager.
Shout out to Victoria. She does you know the drug
like emails. You know, she calls me at eleven pm, Penny,
did you get that stuff?

Speaker 2 (02:05):
And it's great.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
Victoria has been part of this like every email chain,
every conversation from the beginning.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
No, she really is.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
She's very hands on job.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Just don't ask her for power points.

Speaker 4 (02:15):
Toya is probably the only one getting paid. She's probably
the only one getting actually paid for all.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
She's the only one actually getting paid for this podcast.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Victoria do this on our spare times. We do not
get paid for this podcast.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
You gotta get back. You got to give back payment enough.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
To just spend quality time together.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Yeah sure, Yeah twenty twenty six, you guys are gonna
have to pay me to be next to paint.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Which brings us to our project manager, Jillian.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Ji.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Yeah all right, Jillian.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Before we get into the podcast, we just want to
jingle Ball, so shout out to that.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Wow right into one hundred.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
But Jill, you looked so nice at jingle Ball. She's
wearing this like black lacy thing. If you go to
our podcast page, we have the picture up of the
teach Me girls.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
They're so pretty. I loved it.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
She's always here for the real positive energy, like she's
just always she always smiles.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
I always think, like, what does Jill upset look like,
because I've never seen her upset, And.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
At jingle Ball, I'm like, hey, Jill, do you ever
act non jolly? She's like, yeah, totally.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
We're gonna go to it right now. Put the camera
right on her. Show us your mean face right now.
Once you go there, it is, show.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
Us your happy face there. It is awesome.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Oh my god. Victoria.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
However, on the other hand, yeah, Victoria.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
Victoria has a serious face of like yeah, yeah, what
we have to do?

Speaker 4 (03:54):
Victoria smile so are you guys gonna start recording or like,
what are we doing?

Speaker 2 (03:59):
She's like, we have twenty minutes.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
So, like I said, Victoria is the only one is
like time is money people.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
Exactly, and shout out to Liam, who's our avy. Liam
is unfortunately not here today. He was very bummed about it. Yeah,
but maybe we can edit in like a cutout or.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
Because this is what happens when you just want to
go on vacation. You know, the audacity of him, like
it's the holidays.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
I get it, you know, like you couldn't leave tomorrow.
I'm just saying, Liam, but it's okay because we have
Marisa today.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
It's a team. And y'all met Peter last week. So
Peter's in the booth, oh jolly and his bright green
Grinch sweater that he has on.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
We love it.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
So let's get into it. Joe, what do you do here?

Speaker 5 (04:48):
So basically what I do is we have a suvely
recording of the episode and then I work with Liam.
I'm getting the episode edited and then I send it
over to Penny and wait a very long time.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
I wasn't expecting shots.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
Jill.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
You know what we started it where Okay, the gloves
are coming off, Joe, let's go back to the launder pomatic.

Speaker 4 (05:17):
Okay, okay, So hey guys, So after Pennyfenny makes you wait.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
So after she makes you wait the whole time, then
what happens.

Speaker 6 (05:25):
She sends about five to ten reminder emails and text.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Who does now? Okay?

Speaker 2 (05:31):
Okay, okay, agree, yeah, you know what, Jill.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
I will counter that and say that I have to
send Jill many text messages on are multiple group texts
and emailscause things are paying incorrectly on the socials and
I have to be like, they misspelled my name, they
didn't pro can we change these things?

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Do you want to air out of it? At the
never stays in perfect and we're a family.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
Stays episode always. I don't know.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
Things happen right, and things are out of our control
sometimes with traveling, we've had a lot of conferences.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Liam has been on vacation.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
So this this is the time of the year for anybody,
anybody watching or listening right now, know, this is the
time of the year where everyone kind of like everyone's
already sinking about next year, you.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
Know, of editing really yeah, totally, I feel speaking of
our episode from last week, still not on socials.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
Jill, were working on it, you know, on.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
It, are waiting, are.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
Working on it. I go back to you, sending me.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
Multiple wow and this is supposed to be that.

Speaker 5 (06:45):
Priority at all to tell you that the social videos
are not ready yet, and I think I said I
was sorry, I do not recall this conversation I got.

Speaker 7 (06:54):
Do you totally understood in the moment?

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Did I Did I confirm this via in writing?

Speaker 7 (06:58):
No, this was in version.

Speaker 1 (06:59):
It was understand Yeah.

Speaker 7 (07:02):
She's like, oh yeah, I got it.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
Like that.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
Okay, great, this is great. I love So let's walk
through what you actually do in the episode.

Speaker 2 (07:11):
I think we've gone off on of.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
This is great. I love this episode, and we do
our recap. This is my favorite episode.

Speaker 7 (07:25):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
So once.

Speaker 7 (07:27):
Henny gets me, her edits.

Speaker 5 (07:30):
Back and her fashion such a timely fashion, and her
time code is for the social videos. Then I said
I said that over to Liam and he edits the
social videos, and then I go back to Penny and
I asked her if the social captions are approved, and

(07:50):
then I said that over to the social team to
post the social videos with the social captions, and I
tell Liam that we can publish the video on YouTube
on K twos YouTube with the title and description, all.

Speaker 3 (08:05):
The metadata across all digital platforms, all metadata.

Speaker 5 (08:10):
And then I talked to Tony and he gets up
the audio on streaming on Spotify, al music and iHeart.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
Just So what you're saying is is that everything does
all the work and you just communicate.

Speaker 5 (08:26):
Well, the project manage like I'm project manage.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
Yeah, like explaining right, but people don't know who Tony is,
like listeners, right, So you digital with the digital team
and you run the project management. Which what you were
alluding to before is if something's off schedule, it derails
the entire workflow.

Speaker 5 (08:44):
Yeah rightyeah, yeah it does.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
That's thirty minutes late today.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
Yeah, I walk in the studio two minutes after.

Speaker 4 (08:52):
You, but you were, so who got here first? This
is is a simple question. Every time it literally some
of your negative energy towards her, towards.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Energy I would never negative Christmas episode.

Speaker 4 (09:08):
Are those like, you know, antlers or are they horns?
There was booth this episode Christmas smoke.

Speaker 7 (09:27):
Christmas.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
All right, we're just playing. We're having a great text now.

Speaker 7 (09:32):
Jill makes it. Jill makes us go round, guys, make
me oh.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
Okay, Joe.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
I think Joe got into before this episode, and I
want to preface there is no alcohol in the studio.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
This is just our personality.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
Your every day Naturally, as.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
We represent a higher education institution, what do you do here?

Speaker 6 (09:57):
So I work with partners clients and help the create
and help them amplify their marketing, no.

Speaker 7 (10:03):
Matter if it's through schools, if.

Speaker 6 (10:06):
It's kind of different types of partners kind of work
around the.

Speaker 7 (10:12):
In a couple different ways.

Speaker 2 (10:13):
How many partners do you have under sales?

Speaker 6 (10:17):
You know, probably around like ten fifteen at a given time,
but everything changes, things happen, so it's just kind of
what makes sense during that time frame.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
Who's your favorite partner?

Speaker 7 (10:31):
Wowka favorite?

Speaker 1 (10:33):
Yeah, just one of the many, One of.

Speaker 6 (10:36):
The many of my favorites is Berkeley. It has been
very cool because I do work with other higher ed
clients and sometimes I think it's hard to break through
doing something new, especially in the higher education space. People
kind of stick to what they know and that's it.
So it's been fun to work with Penny and Pro

(10:57):
to make this campaign, this part your ship kind of
larger than life and letting us kind of do something new.
Me and Jill had never created a podcast before this,
so it was nice to yeah, kind of all do
this together and learn I love it.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
And an award winning post, an.

Speaker 7 (11:16):
Award winning podcast.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
Award winning we have to add that everything every single.

Speaker 4 (11:20):
Time, every single Now the pressure is off for twenty
twenty six.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
We made it.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
If you don't win, if you don't win an award
in twenty twenty six, then it's like.

Speaker 7 (11:28):
I can't say from twenty step.

Speaker 3 (11:30):
Well, speaking of we just submitted for two more different awards.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
So wow when you hear that happens.

Speaker 8 (11:39):
Okay, I was just like the entry, Victoria, okay, okay, okay.

Speaker 6 (11:44):
Well the last time it was a surprise, so we
wanted to be prepared this time to you know, celebrate
if it's possible or console so you.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Know, we're winners.

Speaker 4 (11:56):
So Victoria's so for the people watching and listening, So
at iHeart, what's your exact.

Speaker 7 (12:02):
Title at my Heart account executive.

Speaker 4 (12:04):
Now for And there's probably a lot of people who
are going to school for sales or business or something
like that who are listening right now and wondering, you know,
how do I get into that?

Speaker 1 (12:13):
How did you get into this business? Essentially?

Speaker 6 (12:16):
Yeah, I was a communication major, and I minored in
business down in Texas, and I always wanted to do sales,
but I just kind of didn't know how I was
going to get there. When I graduated, COVID happened, so
I was kind of trying to get any job that
I could just because of the job market.

Speaker 7 (12:33):
And then really it was through connections.

Speaker 6 (12:36):
I was kind of vocal of like I still liked
my old job, but maybe it was time for something new.
So it was really connections and helping me kind of
put my name out there to people and let them know, yes,
I do want to do sales. I don't know where
how that's going to look, but it all kind of
just fell into place. And I moved up here in

(12:56):
twenty twenty one, yeah, around that time, and I've been
here for almost four years now. So it's definitely been
a church Texas right, Yes, from Texas, it was a jump.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
Yeah yeah, but Texas or New York.

Speaker 7 (13:11):
It's so different.

Speaker 6 (13:12):
I mean, like my whole family's in Texas. But it
is warm there right now, not snowing.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
This time of the year.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
Everyone always thinks about the other places, like, oh, Florida
is great, I know, or it's fifty degrees right now.

Speaker 6 (13:24):
You know, usually when it snows, like Texas shuts down
because no one knows how to drive in it. And
so I'm like, oh, it's snowing, we don't go to
work today, but no we do.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
So it's just different out here. You're going to get
a snow date.

Speaker 6 (13:39):
We used to get like ice days all the time.
So yeah, but it's been nice and especially growing within
this space, and I know that the opinion have Now
we'red together for almost it will be a year and
a half now together.

Speaker 7 (13:53):
So it's been really nice and fun.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
That's awesome.

Speaker 6 (13:57):
I've taught you so much, you really have you Uh,
you've got me into shape a little bit.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
No, You're great, And it's it's always nice to work
with younger account executives and mentor in different ways, which
goes back to the teaching aspect of the podcast. It's
some beautiful for us to work together and create that
bond and learn from each other.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
So it's been really fun. And then Jill coming on
the team.

Speaker 1 (14:24):
We have to have Jill on, I know we have to.

Speaker 2 (14:26):
She should do like a segment.

Speaker 4 (14:30):
We should like we should like have a segment where
we say something. Every time we say something funny or entertained,
we just pant to her and she's like, we're gonna
be like a sound bite or something that we could
just add in every time.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (14:43):
What has been your favorite moment of the podcast, whether
it's pre production and creating or production.

Speaker 7 (14:52):
Oh, I love a live podcast.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
It was so much fun.

Speaker 7 (14:54):
That was It was a lot of work.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
I'm not going to.

Speaker 5 (14:56):
Lie, but it was so fun to plan that and
then I see it come on to light and the
audience is so excited. You guys, I had like Popper
Rodzie around you. I was like, oh, Petty bro out,
we can't get to you.

Speaker 2 (15:15):
It was so fun.

Speaker 7 (15:16):
It felt really cool that we made.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
It all happen.

Speaker 6 (15:23):
Okay, that was a really good point to make that happen.
It was a lot and a lot of Jill so
but well. And I think what's made it fun is
all four of us five, we were all in different departments,
so this podcast has really made us collaborate. I didn't
know Jill that much before this, so it was really
nice to and now she said I love you to me.

Speaker 7 (15:45):
Like a seven time sching the ball, and I feel
I really loved, love you chill.

Speaker 6 (15:52):
But then Pro, you know, it's fun to get to
see your side and your perspective, especially as you get
you know you're gonna promoted.

Speaker 7 (16:00):
Things are happening.

Speaker 6 (16:01):
And then Penny, I don't always get to see partners
all the time, so it's really fun that I do
get to see you as much as I do, and
we have created that bond.

Speaker 7 (16:09):
You come to all of our events and you have
a good time.

Speaker 6 (16:12):
But I think it's collaborating in a larger than just
kind of your day to day. It's a lot bigger
than like, none of us could do this by ourselves.

Speaker 7 (16:20):
We need each other.

Speaker 3 (16:21):
Yeah, it's a relationship building, Yes, cross collaboration and we
continue to grow. For all of us, it's been a
learning experience and we're all growing together and it's been
so cool to see Pro grow.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
Okay, yes, not only.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
You know, stepping out of your comfort zone and going
into this podcast, but really elevating this partnership and your
commitment that you put into this. The effort, the time,
it super exceeds anything that's on a contract. So we
can tell that you're passionate about what this is, why
you want to do it, and then you've been promoted,

(16:59):
so you continue to and seeing you shine is so cool,
like seeing you at events and everything. It's so cool
to have, you know, seen you from back in the
day and see where you are now.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
No, it's really dope, and it's growing.

Speaker 4 (17:10):
It's always about stepping outside of your comfort zone. That's
one thing we push on on all all our episodes,
and everyone has the same kind of story where they're
all trying to achieve, you know, growth and get to
the next level. And that takes stepping outside of your
comfort zone always and doing other things and being willing
to take on more responsibility and just put in more work.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
So this podcast is a lot of work, but it's
really worth it when you see a brand elevating and
being an innovative leader in this space. And this is
the first of its kind custom Curity postcasts and higher
education and it's been such a trip and so much fun.
But it really is an interesting way to uplift that

(17:53):
brand recognition. And we've been at many events, whether it's conferences,
Chamber of Commerce events, different concertsing like that, and people
recognize the podcast we just bumped into at Power Sessions. Congrats,
pro thank you and the Power one five team for
for doing that.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
It was really cool.

Speaker 3 (18:11):
But we bumped into one of our students there and
she was just raving about the podcast and she listens
and she asked when our next live episode was, and
I said, you got to ask pro.

Speaker 4 (18:23):
Well, I'm definitely working on. One of our goals for
twenty twenty six for me is definitely more live podcasts
with live guests, right and getting back to I want
to do more here, and I do want to go
travel other areas, don't get me wrong, but I definitely
want to take advantage of the fact that we have
this amazing space in the iHeart Headquarters building.

Speaker 2 (18:44):
Because Time Square is too cold.

Speaker 4 (18:45):
Now yeah, well, well yeah outside.

Speaker 1 (18:48):
I'm not even talking about being outside outside.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
But I have already whispered to a few of my
you know friends, some of the artists I know well,
and they're all kind of cool with it. So I
think I'm just going to wait to find out scheduling
when they're going to be in town and make sure
it works where we can invite everyone out there who's
watching and listening right now so that they could be
part of showing up and we can have some.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Great artists there where they could ask the.

Speaker 4 (19:10):
Artist questions and just make it. Yeah, just make it
really awesome, like so.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
Much, We're so excited and just like so much.

Speaker 1 (19:20):
Wow, live artists with questions from the audience. This is
going to be great.

Speaker 4 (19:26):
No, but so we're going to do We'll have a
few of those, I think next year for sure for exciting.

Speaker 7 (19:33):
Yeah, okay, I'll ask a question.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
Welcome to ask me something with Victoria.

Speaker 6 (19:40):
Well, we were talking about this, but do you guys
have one of personal New Year's resolution?

Speaker 1 (19:46):
Oh my god, you're just a swear.

Speaker 4 (19:48):
I was going to ask you guys this question next,
but in my head I was like, I'm going to
go through everybody else.

Speaker 6 (19:53):
Well, you talked about cutting out your goals for this podcast.

Speaker 7 (19:56):
I wanted to know more personally. There's one and then
for the.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
Podcast a New Year's resolution? What are you doing for
twenty twenty?

Speaker 3 (20:05):
So I do not believe in resolutions because those tend
to fall off.

Speaker 1 (20:11):
New Year's after three weeks, but goals.

Speaker 3 (20:14):
I do have aspirations, which is funny because I have
a little box don't look at me pro but I
have colored index cards and each index card has a theme,
whether you know, green, is for finance, Pink is for
personal different things, And I always look back at this
time and see what I planned for myself for the
year and when I'm going to plan next. But I

(20:36):
will say that this year has been beyond any expectations
that I had for myself. It's been crazy when you
look back and see everything you've accomplished and everything you've
done from you know, this podcast was a big part
of that, and a couple of things on the professional side.

Speaker 2 (20:54):
I was nominated for forty under forty this year.

Speaker 7 (20:57):
Wow, congratulations.

Speaker 3 (20:59):
So there's there's been a lot of cool not for you,
but there's been a lot of cool things.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
But honestly, for next year, I'm.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
Really excited about seeing what's coming. I feel that this
year has been a lot of elevation and planting seeds
to nourish for next year and continuing to expand. This
health journey has been amazing. We talked about it in
a previous episode, so that's really exciting. So I think
it's just you know, enjoying the journey, being present more

(21:33):
and going on for the roller coaster ride.

Speaker 6 (21:38):
You pick a word right to set your year, we do, okay,
I know Berkeley does but then you do personally as well.

Speaker 7 (21:47):
Right, yes, did we get a teaser?

Speaker 2 (21:50):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (21:52):
Have you thought about it?

Speaker 2 (21:53):
I have thought about it.

Speaker 7 (21:54):
What was your word this year?

Speaker 2 (21:56):
Elevation?

Speaker 7 (21:57):
Elevation?

Speaker 2 (21:59):
Last year was revelation. Yes, yeah, yeah? Okay. Now so
next year's inspiration? Oh okay. So we say a lot
here in the podcast aspire to.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
So it's about taking everything that we've grown and continuing
to inspire yourself and give yourself a little bit of grace,
but also inspire others.

Speaker 7 (22:23):
That is great, Thanks for sharing.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Like I have none of this.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
Year.

Speaker 7 (22:37):
I've been killing it already.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
We won an award, so what else?

Speaker 6 (22:42):
Whatever?

Speaker 4 (22:43):
No, For me, I think it's just like any other year.
You go into wanting it to be your best year, right,
But I think you go back and what I would
do is look through the year of things that I've done,
whether they've come out good, whether they've come out bad.
You kind of assess what work, what didn't work? What
should I focus more on? What I was doing well

(23:03):
as so I could do.

Speaker 1 (23:04):
More of that?

Speaker 4 (23:05):
What what I wasted my time on, so I don't
waste my time on again? Like you know those kind
of you kind of like go through the boxes and
kind of either check or cross them off. You know,
it's and you know that's kind of kind of it.
Obviously I am I am one hundred percent at the
top of my list every single year is my family, right,
So the kids, my kids. This year for me, the

(23:25):
big breakout thing has nothing to do with business or work.
It has to do with my kids in sports and
all this kind of stuff that they really got into.
If you followed me on social media, you know that
this was like the breakout year for my kids. They're
like football stars. Now they're into hockey and lacrosse and
we're already planning ahead of twenty twenty six sports and
blah blah. So for my family, it's a lot of that.
It's a lot of family. When it comes to me,

(23:46):
the work obviously comes second. But for work, obviously, going
into twenty twenty six, I have a whole new chapter
in my life with the with the APD position, there's
going to be a lot of work, a lot of things.
We're going to be working on a lot more from
not only the Power of five to one side, but
also the KTU side as well. Me and Jill, who's
the PDAT at k T. You have been working close

(24:08):
on events that we're going to be bringing to the table.
So it's going to be a lot of work. It
goes back to the word elevation. It's just elevating everything.
You take what you've done, what works, and just elevated.
You know what we're missing? What do we have to
work on?

Speaker 1 (24:20):
Da da da da.

Speaker 4 (24:21):
So it's to me for me, it's going to be
a lot of work. But I also going back to health.
That's the goal for me and my wife, like we
want to make sure that we're ending the year really good.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
I had a goal of like, oh, I.

Speaker 4 (24:34):
Need to make sure I'm under two hundred pounds, that's
you know whatever, because I had gotten as high as
like two twenty five, two thirty. Now I'm well underneath that.
Where now I'm setting new goals, you know what I'm saying,
Like I got down to like one, like today I
was one eighty eight, right, so not really yeah, come
so you know, also, and the goal, you know, I
don't know when this airs, maybe i'll be but you

(24:57):
know what, you go through the holidays, that's the biggest
part is getting the the holidays without veering off track.
So we don't have any like real partying that we're
that you know that are gonna throw me off. But
that's it for me. It's it's nothing dramatic, you know.
Like some people they like you said, they write all
these things down, like, hey, listen, you shouldn't have to
wait till the beginning of a new year to say

(25:17):
I want to start working out, start today. Yeah, right,
Like I remember one of my boys the days y'
almost start hitting the gym. I see you in the gym.
I was like, yeah, He's like, I'm waiting for the
new year. It's like, why are you waiting for the
new year? Like what the wait?

Speaker 2 (25:28):
Wait for tomorrow?

Speaker 1 (25:29):
Mission.

Speaker 4 (25:29):
The treadmill that's in there right now is the same
treadmill that's exactly so like why wait?

Speaker 1 (25:34):
And that's another thing.

Speaker 4 (25:35):
Don't put things off people right, Oh, people love to
plan ahead. I'm going to do this when this, If
you have the time to do it now, do it,
do it now, and that way you'll be ahead. I'd
rather go into the new year already up and running
than then wait till then to start.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
So that's about it. But I think just whatever coming up.

Speaker 4 (25:51):
With there's so much things I'm working on like mentally
that my mind is shot right, so.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Like meditation pro. We've spoken about.

Speaker 4 (25:59):
This, No, I was thinking about thinking about I was
thinking about it the other day and I realized I
just can't stop thinking. So that's not gonna work. I
talk to myself so much that Okay.

Speaker 2 (26:08):
We're gonna do a meditation session.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
We're gonna do a live meditation.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
Yeah, we're gonna do it.

Speaker 1 (26:12):
We should bring somebody in who's really a master of that.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
Yeah, we should.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
And yeah, I feel like it would be fun, that
would be awesome.

Speaker 7 (26:19):
We have a question for pro.

Speaker 5 (26:20):
When you're assessing your year looking at like what didn't
work out and everything and what did? Are you good
at looking at the things that didn't work out and
not looking at them as regrets but looking at them as.

Speaker 1 (26:31):
Of course of course of course you know.

Speaker 4 (26:34):
And not to sound cliche, but it's like they say,
every l is is not a loss, it's a lesson, right, Yeah, yeah, so,
and it doesn't necessarily always have to be like an
investment thing or people always take like a money thing.
But no, every everything you've done that didn't go as planned,
you look at and figure out why didn't it go
as planned, right and just figure it out. You should
have learned something from it, right, Yeah, so you know
that's about it.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
I don't. I don't.

Speaker 6 (26:55):
You know.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
Regrets are things.

Speaker 4 (26:57):
That I did when I was younger, right, you know,
as you grow you regret, Like.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
You think about that. On the regrets, everything's a learning experience.

Speaker 7 (27:10):
Regret, Well, we have not done what we didn't like
a risk?

Speaker 2 (27:13):
You know, it's don't really wow you do?

Speaker 3 (27:16):
So it's subjective, right, It depends on how you look
at things, right, Like for me, when I look at
my life, I don't see I would do everything all
over again. I have one regret and it was not
asking all the questions I could before I lost my
dad at twenty two. So I think certain things like that.
You can say this is like a true regret. But

(27:36):
the rest of it, if you think about it, every
experience you've lived has made you the person you are today.
So would you really do it over again? Would it
have led you to this very moment sitting in this room.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
No, it's so cool exactly again, So your word is elevation. Yeah,
let's stick with that.

Speaker 4 (27:59):
No, No, I'm not gonna say that, all right, Trying
to give me one of your old words.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
Well, speaking about elevating, all right, the word. First of all,
the word is a good word. Great, great with that,
It's basically it is what you want it to be.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
Wherever Penny's next word is basic crazy, so shy.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
I'm regretting producing this episode.

Speaker 3 (28:33):
She's always so quiet game microphone, Yeah, Jill, but hello,
we're being recorded like it was a little modesty.

Speaker 1 (28:40):
She's like, I'm not ready for this again? How much.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
Did you eat the munchkins before we started this episode?

Speaker 7 (28:47):
And I feel like I'm usually the main one.

Speaker 3 (28:51):
Pros loving this by the way that big brother energy
is like this is phenomenal.

Speaker 1 (28:56):
If I would literally have tea right now, SIPs on tea.
And what.

Speaker 3 (29:00):
We went through chaos to an educational moment and where
bat Jill just brought us back.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
A little general.

Speaker 4 (29:09):
So I know the time is gonna you know, we
have to wrap things up. So you guys, what is
your goals or resolutions or whatever for the new year?

Speaker 2 (29:18):
Okay, I'll go quick.

Speaker 7 (29:19):
Mine was okay.

Speaker 6 (29:20):
Now thinking about it, I feel like this year was
a little it was different. It was hard because it's
like twenty seven kind of try to figure out what's next,
what to do? And I definitely kind of let my
mind take me to I don't know, I didn't. I
don't think my mind was right sometimes in terms of
like not being positive.

Speaker 7 (29:39):
Things like that. So I don't want my word to
be like positive.

Speaker 6 (29:42):
But really it is like your mind can help you
go in so many different directions and setting it positively
I do think is extremely helpful, especially when.

Speaker 7 (29:52):
You are going through your week for work.

Speaker 6 (29:55):
And kind of doing a lot of the same things,
which is part of adult life, but always kind of
being positive in it, and you know, nothing less forever.

Speaker 7 (30:03):
Things can always change. So yeah, living in that moment. Yeah,
that's it. I love that.

Speaker 6 (30:10):
Okay, so reframing, but things can be bad.

Speaker 5 (30:16):
Things can be bad too, and it's okay, you know,
nothing last forever and.

Speaker 7 (30:19):
Nothing last forever.

Speaker 1 (30:20):
How about you. I want to take more risks, more risks.

Speaker 8 (30:25):
Yeah, it's like, what what's your biggest what's that?

Speaker 2 (30:30):
I just want to change things up.

Speaker 5 (30:31):
I oh, sorry, Peters me right now. I just want
to change things up.

Speaker 7 (30:37):
I get really comfortable.

Speaker 5 (30:39):
Yeah, I just want I want to assess like every
like where I'm at in my career, where about in
my personal life? And like, really, I guess decide what
I want to change and what I want to keep,
and I guess take more risks and see like where
life takes me.

Speaker 8 (30:57):
Risky, yeah, risky Yeah, Okay, jingle ball to be twenty seven.

Speaker 1 (31:07):
Again, right, she said, I'm twenty Jesus Christ.

Speaker 3 (31:12):
The youngins are across the table. But no, you know what,
we enjoyed our twenties.

Speaker 1 (31:18):
She said, sorry to this, I'm so sorry.

Speaker 2 (31:21):
We enjoyed our twenties. They were fun.

Speaker 3 (31:23):
I would say do it all, do all the things,
because that's the time to do it. You know, at
our age, we can't really, we don't have an excuse.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
To do It's the perfect take the responsible things.

Speaker 4 (31:34):
You could take those risks now, yes, yeah, because the
older you get and depending on your life situations, those
risks may not be something you can take later. So
like for myself, there's things I could I don't want
to do this. There's a lot of things that I'm
just like, oh, I'm going to do this or I'm
going to because I'm thinking, like when I make decisions now,
I make them based on my family family.

Speaker 1 (31:56):
So like I think I'm gonna.

Speaker 4 (31:57):
Take this position and I'm going to do this because
I'm thinking there's people who could think the next six months,
there's people who could think the next year, Like this
is where I want to be. I have to think
the next I think, I calculate. I calculated by my kids' school,
so I need to make sure I'm bringing in this
money for the next ten years or the next that
I think about their colleges. So all your decisions change
as life changes.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
So yeah, that makes sense. Pop a pro dropping the job.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
There's a lot of hashtags over here.

Speaker 3 (32:30):
Yes, but I enjoy the journey and really allow yourself
to live it. You know, everything in life is temporary, right,
So moments, good, bad, happy, sad, they come and they go.
And this industry specifically and entertainment, many things are temporary,
so enjoy it while you're there.

Speaker 2 (32:50):
Live it to the fullest.

Speaker 7 (32:52):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
It'd be great.

Speaker 1 (32:54):
I think that wraps up our holiday.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
It does, so first of all, I want to say,
Marry Christmas to everybody in the room.

Speaker 1 (32:59):
Hope you guys have a great Christmas and happy New Year.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
Happy holidays to everyone. Whatever you may celebrate at home.

Speaker 4 (33:07):
We have that drink and shot take one for me
at midnight I'll be I'll be in Miami on New
Year's so.

Speaker 7 (33:13):
You'll be doing drinks and shots.

Speaker 1 (33:15):
Yeah, I'm going to be in in Miami for New Year's.

Speaker 4 (33:18):
I'm doing a beach festival sounds, which, by the way,
if you're watching, the link is in my bio and
DJ if you want to get out if you're in Miami.

Speaker 1 (33:26):
First of all, shot to Alex Sensation. Me and I
got Alex Sensation.

Speaker 2 (33:30):
You know what. Yes, fun and so sounds good to me.
I may do that and take a risk and fly
to Miami.

Speaker 1 (33:35):
You know, all right? You know you will too, because
I know.

Speaker 4 (33:39):
The randomest event, she'll text me like hey I'm here. No, no,
even worse. She texts me always after the event and
I'm always like, why didn't you hit me?

Speaker 1 (33:47):
But first of all, like she'll say she saw him,
like where were you crowd? I'm like, I would have had.

Speaker 3 (33:51):
You say the nice message that I texted you on
the weekend. I'm like, this was a great show. I'm
so proud of you. And he texts me, why didn't
you tell me you were coming? I'm like, okay, great, well.

Speaker 1 (34:06):
Because I'm trying to make sure you're good.

Speaker 7 (34:07):
But she's A V I P.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
Yeah, all right, make sure that I just want to
make sure.

Speaker 3 (34:13):
I'm over here, like little sis, like I'm not proudly
He's like, but why didn't you tell me were here?

Speaker 2 (34:17):
Don't do this? I always tell you.

Speaker 4 (34:19):
Well, I'm like that, that's great, thank you, thank you
so much, but like, why didn't you trying to make
sure you're good?

Speaker 1 (34:24):
You know?

Speaker 2 (34:25):
Yeah, no, I love it.

Speaker 3 (34:27):
