Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau just confirmed their relationship with
their first public appearance as a couple, Justin Trudeau as
the former Canadian Prime minister. There've already been rumors around
them because they were seen out to dinner a few
months ago, but over the weekend they celebrated Katy Perry's
birthday while out on a date night, and there are
photos and videos of them holding hands while they were out,

(04:40):
So it's official they in a relationship. And if you
want your pumpkin to last longer, here's what you need
to do.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
I know.

Speaker 4 (04:48):
I don't stop cutting off the stems where like just
all together, Yeah, leave the stem on the pumpkin because
that helps seal the pumpkin and slow down the rock.
Instead they say cut the bottom or the side like
most people when they carve out a jack o' lantern.
Cut out the top, cut out the bottom. It'll make

(05:08):
it last longer.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
I guess it would. How would you you just tape
it back on the bottom then.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
Or just set it on there, or just put an
led candle under it. I guess it really doesn't need
the bottom. We're not pumpkin experts.

Speaker 6 (05:20):
We don't know.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
Yeah, don't listen to us.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Can sult Google, It'll tell you the answer.

Speaker 4 (05:26):
That's three things you need to know more at the
Alabama Show dot com.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
You were listening to the Alabama Show.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
On to man, Good morning Christy.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
What's your issue for Ask Alabama?

Speaker 7 (05:38):
So my sister got a couple costume with my boyfriend.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
Ew that's why we do Ask Alabama. We do our
best to help you if you ever have an issue.
Eight three three five on one Bama is the number.
Why did your sister get a couple's costume with your boyfriend?

Speaker 2 (05:54):
What's going on?

Speaker 7 (05:55):
Okay, So my boyfriend and I were planning on going
to a Halloween party weekend as Barbie and Ken, and
then my boss asked me to work because one of
my coworkers is sick all week. Okay, I'm a server,
so I'm going to be working. Wait, and I can't
go to.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
The party anymore.

Speaker 7 (06:16):
Okay, So my boyfriend decided to ask my sister to
go with him instead of me and dress up like
Barbie with him.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Oh that's so weird. And your sister remusly is going yes.

Speaker 7 (06:34):
And to me, I'm like, that's even weirder, and I'm
super upset, and I feel like neither of them are
thinking about how I might feel about this, and I
think it's super weird and I don't even know what
to say to that.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
Praasa Blake, what do you think?

Speaker 1 (06:48):
Well?

Speaker 5 (06:49):
Is first one question? Is the sister older or younger
than you?

Speaker 7 (06:53):
He's older than me.

Speaker 5 (06:54):
I'm thinking that he's just trying to get money out
of his costume this year. I don't think it's as
big a deal as you're making it. This is just
him going I mean, I need somebody, and I look
at her like an older sister anyway, So what's the
big deal?

Speaker 4 (07:07):
Okay, So what you're saying is you would ask your
girlfriend's sister to go with you to a Halloween party
if she can get if she had a sister.

Speaker 5 (07:15):
I don't think all of mine.

Speaker 3 (07:17):
That is correct.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
You are such a guy. Guys do not realize the
issue with this.

Speaker 7 (07:22):
No, it's Barbie and Ken.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
I am We all know how Barbie Lukes.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
Has your sister ever kissed any of your boyfriends growing up?

Speaker 7 (07:30):
No, but she's the girl that in high school everybody
thought was hot and all the guys trayed to hit
on her and everybody knew. You know, here I am with.

Speaker 6 (07:38):
The hot sister.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
Oh, I don't like this.

Speaker 7 (07:40):
You've always had that hanging over me, and now when
they do this, it makes me. She makes all those feelings.
Just come to the service.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
Okay, call the show. Let's see if we can give
some advice for you.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
Should Christy be upset that her sister's going with her
boyfriend to a Halloween party?

Speaker 2 (07:55):
As Barbie and Ken eight three three five I one
Bama is the number.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
That's eight three three five oh one two two six two.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
You're listening to the Alabama Show on demand.

Speaker 4 (08:06):
Andrew already saw your wife commenting on Facebook. But what
do you think about Christy's sister going to a Halloween
party with her boyfriend? Oh?

Speaker 1 (08:16):
You know, he's cheating, cheating, that's what your wife said.

Speaker 6 (08:19):
It likes.

Speaker 5 (08:20):
That's not even a light pap that's some real cheating
cheating going on there.

Speaker 6 (08:25):
There's some underlining.

Speaker 5 (08:27):
BS tell her to lawyer up and drain the account.

Speaker 4 (08:30):
I agree, absolutely, it is kind of fishy, especially if
they're wearing a couple's costume.

Speaker 6 (08:35):
So weird it's over so ahead to cut your ties, Mama.

Speaker 3 (08:39):
He ain't got no guilt there.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
I love you, Andrew, thank you for calling.

Speaker 7 (08:43):
Tell her if she needs help moving.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
I got a trailer in.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
A motive eight three three five I one BAMA is
the number to call. The show, Chris, what do you
think about Christy's brother taking her sister to a Halloween party.

Speaker 6 (08:54):
I'm gonna look here. I know this movie an unpopular opinion,
but maybe the sister is looking after her best interest right.
If she allows the man to go alone to the
Halloween costume with all the scantily clad you know people,
all the women, he might end up doing something.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
No, what do you mean?

Speaker 1 (09:12):
A good one to do.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Is sit his bud at home.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
If his girlfriend can't go to the Halloween party, he
needs to go to the restaurant that she's a server
at in his kin costume.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
And be like, hey, baby, I'm here to support you.

Speaker 6 (09:23):
He can't bring a man to work. It's not bringing
a kid to work.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
Holidays drink uh uh.

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Now, let him do his thing.

Speaker 5 (09:34):
And there are a couple, It doesn't matter.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
We're done. We're done here, love everybody.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
You're listening to The Alabama Show on demand.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
Eight three three five one. Bama is the number to
call the show. Jared, good morning. What do you think
about Christy's boyfriend going to a Halloween party with her sister?

Speaker 1 (09:53):
I think she needs to.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
I mean, there's no reason to get upset about it.

Speaker 5 (09:57):
But I don't think he used to datam anymore.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
Why do you think she should not date him anymore?
I'm with you.

Speaker 6 (10:03):
Mean, if he's gonna do that with her sister, then
he'll deal it with anybody.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
Exactly.

Speaker 6 (10:09):
There's a certain things, there's a certain things that are
off limits.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
Right and see, Jared, do you sound like a great boyfriend?

Speaker 6 (10:16):
Well, thank you so much. I'm sure my wife would
agree with you.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
I love you, Thank you for calling the show.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (10:22):
Good morning. Who's this? This is Stephen and Tuscaloosa. Steven.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
What do you think about Christy's boyfriend taking ahead of
her sister?

Speaker 6 (10:32):
I'm one hundred percent with Blake. It's not a big deal.

Speaker 4 (10:35):
Which she brothered him ask I'm a random girl or
some friend.

Speaker 8 (10:39):
I mean he shouldn't ask any she can't go healthy, No, no, no,
they've got these costumes already.

Speaker 6 (10:49):
What's he supposed to do?

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Waste the money?

Speaker 4 (10:51):
We're it to the restaurant that his girlfriend's serving at
and she can be Barbie while she's serving.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
To the boss.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
That is so lame.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
Bubby can't at home with Blake.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
Stephen.

Speaker 4 (11:02):
I'm Reacon Alabama, volunteered to fill in for the older sister.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
Have you ever looked up? You poked up with a
girlfriend's sister? Haven't you comment? See there we go? Love
you Steven, thanks for calling.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
Love you bye.

Speaker 1 (11:19):
It's three things you need to know you with the
EMA show.

Speaker 9 (11:23):
Vulcan Spooktacular is on Friday.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
Have you ever been to the Vulcan yet? Because you
just moved here, Blake, not long ago, but I've.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
Been there one time.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
It's so cool.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
So October thirty first on Halloween from five thirty.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
To eight thirty, you can go.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
There's like different trick or training stations throughout the museum.
There's photo ops around the park, there's face painting, there's
all kinds of stuff. So if you want to go
celebrate Vulcan on Halloween, go to Vulcan Spooktacular. Chick fil
A has a vending machine that's now a thing.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
What comes in the vending machine.

Speaker 4 (11:56):
Well, it's the first of its kind. One was just
installed inside a hospital in Augusta, Georgia, and it sells
wraps and Chick fil A potato chips, so you can't
get a Chick fil A chicken sandwich. And just like
the restaurant, it is also closed on Sundays.

Speaker 3 (12:10):
How do you close a vending machine.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Because they can't go fill it.

Speaker 4 (12:14):
So usually every morning somebody from the nearest Chick fil
A goes and puts the wraps in it because it's
got to be fresh. And they don't do it on
Sundays because Chick fil A is closed on Sundays. But
if that becomes a thing where they start having them all.

Speaker 2 (12:26):
Over, I will go. I'm in.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
I would try it.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
And the top ten spookiest cities in America have just
dropped just in time for Halloween. Or report just came.

Speaker 9 (12:35):
Out with the most haunted cities and they judged it
based on haunted hotels, the number of cemeteries and paranormal encounters, and.

Speaker 4 (12:46):
They hear are the cities that are close enough for
us to drive to. Okay, coming in at number one,
Actually I'll start backwards, coming in at number nine. Nashville, Okay,
coming in at number two, Louisville, Kentucky.

Speaker 3 (12:59):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
I'm an in at number one.

Speaker 4 (13:02):
New Orleans, Home of the vampires and of the greats
and the nighttime ghouls. Anyway, if you want to go
take a road trip for Halloween, those are the top
spookiest cities in America. And that's three things you need
to know more at the Alabama Show dot com.

Speaker 1 (13:22):
You were listening to the Alabama Show. The following program
is on demand.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
Here's your good news story for today.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
All right, So, there was a four year old who
called out his whole community because they didn't have Halloween spirit.
And then they all responded with some Halloween spirit.

Speaker 3 (13:39):
What did they do?

Speaker 4 (13:40):
A mom posted a video over four year old son
Reef on Facebook complaining that there were not enough Halloween
decorations up in his town.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
Everybody saw it. It went viral, so they all.

Speaker 4 (13:51):
Started putting up Halloween decorations for this little kid in the.

Speaker 5 (13:56):
Neighborhood just for the one kid to be happy.

Speaker 2 (13:58):
Yes, listen to this.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
This is the kid brief his mom and neighbors talking
about it.

Speaker 10 (14:04):
I still have all this Halloween stuff and I'm starting
to lose interest in it. But then kids like Reef
come by and they drive by and they slow down,
and the kids love living at my decorations and it
brings back the spirit.

Speaker 1 (14:17):
Hi, Halleen Kelly, I'm good, Nay.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
That's how I love this because Halloween really is for
the kids. Like, when you start losing your Halloween spirit,
do it for the kids.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
And that neighborhood is awesome for doing that.

Speaker 3 (14:30):
Yeah, Kali love Halloween.

Speaker 2 (14:32):
That's good news.

Speaker 4 (14:32):
If you have any you want to share, call the
show eight three three five oh one.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Pama, you were listening.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
To the Alabama Show home on demand.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
There's a few questions that I need to know. Producer Blake. Okay,
he's hot tub. We are you in?

Speaker 3 (14:45):
It doesn't matter, it doesn't concern you.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
In October twenty six, twenty twenty five, when you were
in a.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
Hot tub with your girlfriend, where were you at?

Speaker 3 (14:54):
I know you're in Georgia. I was in Georgia.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
Correct, Where are you at a hotel. No, we're are
you out of friends?

Speaker 4 (15:02):
No?

Speaker 2 (15:03):
Where are you at your girlfriend's parents?

Speaker 3 (15:05):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (15:07):
I knew.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
Literally yesterday I was on TikTok Live, which, by the way,
we are on TikTok Live right now, go follow the
Alabama Show and Alabama Radio, and I was painting pumpkins
and everybody in the chat was like, where's producer Blake?
And so then we started texting producer Blake, and Producer
Blake goes, can't.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
Talk right now on the hot tub?

Speaker 5 (15:31):
Yeah, And it was bad service, but I was using
the excuse of the hot tubs.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
So maybe you guys would leave me a little.

Speaker 4 (15:36):
Yeah, because I was facetiming you and you wouldn't answer.

Speaker 2 (15:39):
But also I was joking.

Speaker 4 (15:40):
I was like, could you imagine being the parents of
the person that producer Blake is dating? Because I was like,
what he in his girlfriend's parents hot tub?

Speaker 2 (15:51):
And I guarantee you your girlfriend's mom was like, Okay,
y'all can go to the hot tub, but y'all have to.

Speaker 4 (15:56):
Be to sit where I can see you hands up,
where we can see where they are.

Speaker 5 (16:01):
No, they're not, they're not that protective. But I gotta
take turns only one person in a hot tub at
a time.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
You know, we don't have to do that.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
What was that like?

Speaker 1 (16:12):
Just now?

Speaker 3 (16:12):
I was in the hot tub. That's all that matters.
Why don't we need to dive into this.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
Because I want to know somebody was diving in diving
in that.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
You can't dive into a hot tub. It's too shallow.

Speaker 3 (16:21):
Watch me.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
The parents are okay with you hanging out in their
hot tub?

Speaker 3 (16:26):
Yes, what if I've done to them?

Speaker 2 (16:28):
I just I don't know.

Speaker 4 (16:29):
Your girlfriend's dad just tried to set her up with
other guys in front of you.

Speaker 5 (16:33):
I don't think he is anymore, but I'm not taking
it off the table yet.

Speaker 4 (16:37):
I don't think he's thrilled about you being in his
hot tub.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
With his daughter.

Speaker 3 (16:40):
I don't think he cares. He was just asleep at
the time.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
That's why it was okay.

Speaker 3 (16:45):
He didn't know.

Speaker 5 (16:46):
He usually just comments on my swim trunks and then
I head.

Speaker 4 (16:48):
Out, Wait, what swim trucks do you wear to your
girlfriend's house?

Speaker 3 (16:52):
I have multiple kinds.

Speaker 5 (16:53):
Some of them have pineapples, and some of them have
two cans, and then some of them have different brands
of things on there.

Speaker 4 (17:01):
If you are a father listening to the show right now.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
I want you to call it. Eight three three five
h one BAMA is the number. I just want to
know what you.

Speaker 4 (17:12):
Would how you would feel if Producer Blake was.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
The guy dating your daughter.

Speaker 3 (17:18):
You'd love me.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
I'm just curious. Eight three three five oh one BAMA
is the number you were.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
Listening to the Alabama Show on demand.

Speaker 4 (17:30):
Okay, tell me what it is that's so bad about
your Halloween costume that your girlfriend had to get you
a backup.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
It was very tight in a certain area. I got
a size too small.

Speaker 4 (17:44):
By the way, thank you for listening to the Alabama show.
I'm Alabama with Producer Blake. Did she buy you the
same costume but a bigger size?

Speaker 3 (17:53):
No, there was no bigger size than the outfit I needed.
