Speaker 3 (00:15):
Yah? We got him?

Speaker 1 (00:16):
Okay, so my name's Alabama producer Blake is here. Also,
every time we talk about you on the show, do
you know how many moms call in freaking out over you?

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Shouldn't they be watching their kids.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
No, they're trying to get Matt Rife tickets because they're obsessed.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
Oh my god.

first act at our brand new Coca Cola Amphitheater.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
Have you ever been the first act at a venue before?

Speaker 3 (00:48):
At some very small comedy clubs, Yes, And traditionally you
don't want to be the first performer at a new
venue because kind of everything that can go wrong?

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Does nothing's been tested to like act actively?

Speaker 4 (01:02):
Oh yeah, no pressure, you know, come up to the
show and see everything.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
We can go along. We might burn the whole building down,
we'll see.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Are you going to try to like do anything backstage
to Chris in.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
The venue, or what's the first thing you're going to
do when you get there.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Oh, that's up to the moms who get tickets.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
No, And you know there's a lot of Southern women
here with accents too. They're all going to be putting
on the sweet tea on the matt Rife all they better.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
That's the best part about the South, of the hospitality
and the drawl.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
When you come to Alabama. Is there a place that
you like to visit?

Speaker 3 (01:35):
Jim and Knicks Barbecue, Oh boy? Or Dreamland Barbecue.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
I'll take you to one, dude. Dreamland is the best.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
If somebody wants to bring into the show, I will
take it. That is the easiest way to poison me?
Is be a barbecue in the South?

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Since you've been here? Because I know you you're a
Midwestern guy. You grew up in the Midwest. What's the
weirdest thing about people from Alabama when you come visit that.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
We're exactly the same. I always tell I'm from Ohio.
I've always told everybody.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Ohio is like the Alabama of the North.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
We're both delightfully white, trash of the best types of people.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
Do you drink. I lived in Michigan for a little bit.
Do you drink milk with your dinner?

Speaker 1 (02:12):
Like?

Speaker 4 (02:12):
Do you drink milk with spaghetti?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
No?

Speaker 3 (02:14):
I'm not a serial killer. I'm a Ohio my Lord,
I haven't drink milk with spaghetti since fifth grade.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
I swear to God, your neighbors in Ohio Michigan, they
do it well.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
They're awful, and that's why they are rivals.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Since you're blowing up so much, do you ever google yourself?

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Do you google what people are looking up about you?

Speaker 2 (02:35):
God? No, There's one piece of advice I can give
to anybody who wants to be successful in entertainment.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
Never look yourself up.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
What's the weirdest thing people ask that they want to
know about you when they meet you?

Speaker 4 (02:46):
What's the first question?

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Like a crazy fan comes up and you're like, really,
that's what you want to know?

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Do you drink milk with spaghetti?

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Yeah? I mean, honestly, that's a good especially the wildest
thing anybody's ever asked me up front?

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Wear to god, somebody's I've seen people do it. I
have seen them do it. What you got, Blake? You
had a question, Oh.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
I was just going to see if there's ever going
to be a collab between you and young Gravy since
you're both still in the mother's hearts out here.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
I don't know. I've never met the guy. I know
we have a bunch of friends in Tommon, but I
think that'd be awesome. You want to come out to
a show, man, we can do a little collab. That'd
be cool.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
