That's right, So anyway, Victor Perez is a really good story.
He was almost not going to make his tour card
and won an event last fall that got him back
and got him a million dollars and he was several
hundred thousand dollars in debt.

Yeah, it's a really good, really good story.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
That was the one where he was like what he

So I mean this is actually Victor Perez.

I'm not sure about the other one.

Anyway, Victor Perez is it is a shot sixty four
today too. You know, I'm not going to complain because
I got to go to Scotland and I didn't get
to play. Well, I don't really care about playing the
Renaissance or the Renaissance however you want to call it,
but the course right next to it, I did play,
But man, I wish I could have played when it
was seventy five and no wind. That's what they had today.

They were wearing short sleeved shirts. I was wearing three
and a half layers.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
That's only because you're very cold, cold all No, it's

but it's a relatively brisk wind that brings the windshield

A lot of people three younger? Huh? He said, a

Many Rory's had a hard time getting himself motivated after
winning the Masters. I guess that's you know, first world
problems right there.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Huh. I guess that's why Scotty and Tiger are different.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
Well, I think that you know, Scotty doesn't really have
any long term goals. Scotty's go long term goals. I'm
gonna play golf until my body physically won't let me
do it anymore. So I'll just go play and I'll
go practice, and I'm really good, and I'm gonna win
a lot of tournaments. And then Tiger had a similar
attitude until he got hurt. But for the last eleven years,

Roy's been trying to get over the mountain to win
not only the Masters, but to win the Grand Slam,
or to win another major. And I think when he
finally won, it was like a major exhale and he
hasn't taken another breath since. Uh So, anyway, but Roy's
in the mix. He's only four shots back, and they'll
flip the the time. So if you want to watch

Roy play, you'll have to get up at two o'clock
in the morning to watch him, no thank you. And
if you want to watch Scotty, he'll be on in
primetime tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
Which would which what is prime time? What's considered prime time?

Speaker 1 (04:25):
Well, let me find out exactly what his tea time is,
not to say, because.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Prime time, you know, is like you know, two ish
to when when the show starts two to four, so.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
They're two o'clock.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
It's it's it's already midnight in Scotland, so there are
they've been done for a while.

Then Mars it's a six hour time change. He teas
off at seven forty three Central time.

I will be passed out in my bed.

Well you're gonna wake up? What a ten probably, so
he'll be on the back nine. You can watch him
then maybe uh Oberg Morikawa in the group a little
bit later at seven fifty four, and many others out
there as well.

So that's uh, that's kind of the t sheet for tomorrow.
And all of this is also preparation for next week's
British Open or Open Championship that will be held in
Northern Ireland at Royal Port Rush.

All right, well, so I think JJ spawn is like.

Speaker 1 (05:26):
Something JJ Spawn was even and it was a relatively
benign day in Scotland, especially in the afternoon when the
wind laid down and it's super warm. I guess my
my deal is I need to start going over there
in July, not in May.

Speaker 3 (05:41):

That may may have something to do with it, maybe,
but Next week's the British at Royal Port Rush and
