for a nice seven game series, good old nineties physical
style both teams play. I'd sign up for that exactly.

All right, we have a football game tonight, Tampa in Atlanta.
Tampa has struggled a lot lately, but I think they're
going to write the ship tonight against Atlanta. I don't
trust the Falcons. Every time I pick them, they they lose.
And if you look at they're the biggest Doctor Jekyll
Mister Hyde team there ever has been. They on paper
they should be better, but you know they should run

be Jean Robinson more and they don't. And when they
do decide to run Bejean Robinson, good things happen. And
then they go away from that. But anyway, I like
Tampa Bay in this game tonight. Time for Baker to
write the ship and make sure that Tampa wins the
NFC South. I don't think they're going to go very
far in the playoffs. To me, Seattle in LA are
the two best teams in Chicago and Green Bay and

Detroiter in that mix as well. And then Philadelphia NF
Dallas decides or Philadelphia start continues to lose, Dallas can
catch them. But I think the balance of power in
the NFC is is there's three teams in the NFC
North with the Bears, Lions, and Packers and Packers, and

then the two teams in the NFC West.

Yeah, and really, I mean it's it's three teams in
the NFC West.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
I'm not counting San Francisco. I think they're to me, well.

They're a playoff team.

They have such an easy schedule. I don't know how
they got so lucky with this schedule, because every time
you think that their their demids is about to happen,
they play another team that's not very good.

Yeah. And a Niners fan who I do the podcast
with would tell you the fact that they just had
their bye week last week is ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Yeah, and that helps them tremendously because they get to
be rested for the stretch.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Yeah. But it also I mean, they've the amount of
injuries they faced in the first half the season, they
could have used that by week a little sooner. But yeah,
now that you you know, now that it's worked out
the way it has and they've survived at some level
so far without those guys. That bye week helps. Yeah,
I mean the the NFC, both of these leagues. We

were talking earlier about how the AFC feels like it's
in a transitional period. The NFC doesn't feel like it's
in a transitional period. It just feels like it's in
a period of dominance of having six really really good teams,
and there's seven really really good teams and maybe eight
if Tampa can can figure.

I think Tampa is a good team because they beat
the teams in their division most they how they lost
the Saints last week at home.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
This is ridiculous, which also makes me think they could
lose this game tonight.

They could, But then but Atlanta could lose this as poorly. Sure,
but and then Carolina is better this year. I guess
I'm gonna have to give Rico Dallas some credit eventually
that he's a decent back. But I didn't think he
was very good last year in Dallas, and he's proven
that he's a lot better than I thought he was.
But he still doesn't put the fear of death in
me that some of the other running backs do, like

Players like that, No, nowhere close. But I mean the
fact that that Panthers team is a game over five
hundred going into week fifteen, and in contention, yeah, I mean,
that's equally as surprising to me as the fact that
the Buccaneers have the same exact record as the Panthers do.
That whole division is weird this year. That's the only

division I think you can look across the NFC and
say there's not one team that is capable of winning
the Super Bowl this year. Every other division in the
NFC you would probably say there's two teams, maybe three teams,
except for NFC South and NFC North, not two teams,
just Philly.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Yeah, and again, Philadelphia may not win the division if
they keep now they should. They get Washington twice in
the next couple of weeks, and I mentioned the other
other games the Giants and the Raiders, so they should
write the ship and win the division. But hey, this
is the NFL and anythinking happened to the Cowboys should
win out too, but they probably won't. All right, you
