if you're selling, alcohol there's a number of officers that
have to be per. Person so if you sell three
hundred seats in the upper deck and you have to
put ten more, people it's better to sell those three
hundred people a seat in the lower. Level they may
not want to buy it because it's more, expensive but
it doesn't pay to open up the upper deck with
the revenue that you're going to.
