This is Awesome B ninety three Awesome Sauce. Start your
day on a positive note. Awesome Sauce six ten weekday
mornings with the B ninety three Morning Show. This is
about nine year old Noah who lives in Florida. He
has always been fascinated by trucks. Yeah, I get it,
we get it, especially the garbage truck that visits his

house every Tuesday. Okay, so for four years, Noah and
the garbage truck driver have shared kind of a special friendship.
Noah runs outside to wave and the driver always gives
him a honk on the horn and a smile and
waves back. And when Noah's mom, Catherine, had to tell
Noah that the driver would be making his last visit
because there was a change in garbage companies, Noah immediately

(00:48):
ran inside to write a note and collect some of
his old garbage truck toys to give the driver as
a party gifts. My mom said it was the absolute sweetest.
He just wanted to say thank you. It was like
he was saying goodbye to a part of his childhood.

(01:09):
Time will tell. If Noah continues to have a fun
back and forth, maybe he makes a new pal with
the new garbage Collector. But for now, Catherine and Noah
are celebrating the time that Noah spent making this special friendship.
That's amazing. He went and got all of his toys
