An awesome sauce right around six to ten weekday mornings
with the B ninety three Morning Show. One teen's big
heart is making sure hundreds of kids can step into
Halloween magic this year in Potterville by Lancing, sixteen year
old Nia Handy has turned her basement into a treasure
trove of Halloween costumes, all to give local kids the

chance to dress up and celebrate. Since twenty twenty, Nia
has been collecting, buying, and accepting donated costumes year round.
She shops the clearance racks at Meyer and Target and Walmart.
She even visits garage sales and works with generous donors
to build a collection that spans every size and theme imaginable,
from superheroes to princesses to video game characters. And this

past Saturday, she hosted her annual Lancing costume giveaway for
kids at First Presbyterian in Lancing, where she handed out
more than six hundred free costumes. Wow. Parents express deep gratitude,
and Nia says her favorite part is watching the kids'
faces light up when they find the costume. She's proud

of how much the event has grown over the past
six years, and she's quick to acknowledge the volunteers and
donors who help make it possible, and she's not done.
She plans to host a post Halloween costume collection drive
to prepare for next year. So if you got costumes
