Speaker 1 (00:00):
I didn't realize I was going to have to give
a PSA about the airport.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (00:04):
We were just flying in and out of the Grand
Rapids Airport, which is so nice. We are so spoiled
to have the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. I always
have a good experience there. It's these other airports that
I fly in and out of that I am like.
The airport we already know is kind of a lawless place.
People are going to be acting weird at the airport

(00:25):
for some reason. I don't know why, but it's just
a thing. This happened on three separate occasions. The first time,
I was like, Okay, that's a one off. There's that's
it's gross, but it's a one off. Happened again, and
I'm like elbowing Jimmy, I'm like, did you just did
you catch that? That is twice now in this one trip.

(00:46):
And then it happened a third time. People audibly and
out loud without regard or remorse, burping, what.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Are we doing? Like like they're forcing it loud, not
like a.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Quiet like and not covering their mouth and just like
not being ashamed about it, like not you know, if
you're traveling by yourself and it like slips out and
you're like, oh my gosh, that's embarrassing, Like excuse me,
Like at least say it to yourself. I don't know this.
Three different people, three different people, My goodness. I was like,

(01:27):
what is going on? This cannot be the new norm
when we fly places. This is public transportation.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Yeah, yeah, what's that? Is pretty bad? I would rather.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
I would rather somebody sneeze and not cover their mouth
over at burping like that.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Oh no, I'll take the burping.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
No, because there's always a smell of blooney smell to burps. Yes,
I know everybody's is though, and it's gross.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
It was.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
It was so wild like the first time, I was like,
that was gross. And then it happened and again we
were at a different airport and a different person, and
then it happened again, different airport, different person, and I
was like, okay, three strikes. That's it for this strip.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
I don't want to ask the question because I feel
like it's I know the answer and I don't want it.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Was it a guy or all dudes?

Speaker 1 (02:20):
It was all dudes, and they all seem to be
traveling by themselves.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Oh they have then they're in their own bubble.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Are we talking to a certain age range too, Yeah,
oh yeah, they're in their own bubble. They've they've lived
I'm guessing they've lived their life or lived a life already,
right cross Uh yeah, very very very but they have there.
They have no idea people are even around them right now.
They're just they're just what we're in their world. And

(02:50):
now I agree, I agree. But to burp, like to
force out a burp like that, you have to you
have to, like you either can't control it anymore, which
I don't know if that happens with burps.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
The first time I was my eyes were just like oh,
And then the second one, my face was visibly like
do you even know that you just did that? And
by the third one, I like my elbows were in
Jimmy's ribs and I was like, can you believe that happened?
A third time?

Speaker 3 (03:21):
I hear when you get older, because again I'm I'm
guessing the age range here, but I hear when you
get older, like farts just pop out like like like
you can't control it, It just happens.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
I've never heard burps though, so I don't know that
that's a thing.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
And like loud ones too, So I guess, you know,
for the sake of humanity, I guess I have to
be the one to give the PSA. Don't burp out
loud in the airport. Cover your mouth, say excuse me,
a good cover of the mouth, is it?

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (03:48):
A by accident, okay, But there are things even if
you're traveling alone, you should probably like try to maybe
look embarrassed.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Yeah, and me.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Yeah, at least let the rest of us around you
know that, Like that's not something that you just think
is okay to do wild three times?

Speaker 3 (04:06):
Yeah? Also, what is what is the airport serving that
these guys are also gassy?

Speaker 2 (04:10):
What do they know? Do you guys eat? What do
you eat at the airport?

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Once you get up in the air and the pressure changes,
it's all weird in there.
