Have you ever heard of the Costume Craze Barn. No,
this is in Sparta and it's tucked inside of somebody's
poll barn on Foxwood Drive. This has been around for

like twenty one years. Owner Sally Orlow, started the business
after retirement when, in her words, she bought enough costumes
for one hundred grandkids and then only had five. Her
husband suggested starting a business, and the rest is Halloween history. Today,
the barn houses thousands of costumes, from witches and classic

transformers to elaborate character outfits, all at budget friendly prices.
Love that often thirty percent or more below what you
would pay at a big box store. Or Low even
uses two extra storage buildings to keep up with her
ever growing collection. I'm gonna be out in Sparta Saturday.
Maybe I'll swing by and check it out. Locals say

the selections and the prices cannot be beat. One mom
shared that She spent two hundred dollars on two costumes
at a chain store, but that same amount could have
gotten him ten quality outfits at the Costume Craze Barn.

not just about the sales, she says, it's about helping
families create memories. She says it's one of the biggest
holidays of the year because people love to dress up,
they go to parties, they have so much fun. We're
just happy to be a part of it. The Costume
Craze Barn open Thursday through Saturday from noon to nine.
