Last week, we were uh, we were uh what were
we throwing? Throwing prayers up to Saint Anthony. That's the
one you got to pray to when you lose something.
That's right, Yeah, to find it like fast. Yes, And
we were also retracing every single one of Mike steps
to try to find your wife's Christmas gift.

Yeah, because I hit it in a place that wasn't
like where our normal Christmas gifts are because I didn't
want her to accidentally see it, so we normally hide
them in the closet or whatever. And I'm like, I
got it, I got this spot I'm gonna hide it in.
And then this was that was weeks ago. That was
around Thanksgiving. I had no idea it's been missing for
about a month.

Good thing you started looking for it, because what if
you got to like the night before and then you
were like, uh, oh uh.

This is yeah, this, I mean we're almost there were
three days away, yeah, three days oh yeah, yeah.

I'm just assuming that like maybe something happened and want
to like your kids found it or maybe your wife
found it.

No, no, no, I spent all weekend, that's all besides
going to the Christmas lights this weekend.

I spent all weekend looking for this thing. Oh.

I walked through every inch of the house. My wife
had to take my daughter somewhere, so it was just
me and the boys. I said, all right, guys, here's
what we're gonna do. There is a tiny brown bag
somewhere like a paper bag or whatever, that this gift
is in.

I need you to look for the house.
Speaker 3 (01:22):
Whoever finds it gets a candy cane off the tree.
What that turned into is then meeting candy canes off
the tree and.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
Me looking looking for the gift.

Yeah, I spent hours. I spent the entire weekend looking
for it. And then I went to the garage. I
looked forward in there. I went through the whole house
looked for I looked everywhere in that house, and then
went through my car.

Finally and started digging through the car. There was nowhere.
It was not in the seats. My car is.

Needs to be cleaned, first off, but it is. It
was not behind the seats. It was not where I
would normally put something.

Oh man, I thought for sure that you had just
like stashed it like under a seat in your car.

So then I go to look to the back of
the car. You know where you you keep the I
don't know. Some people keep their tire, or some people
keep like the jack that goes to like lift the
tire or other pieces. Yes, there's a little part in
the back of a car or the back of an
suv usually that you could fold up and throw all
those things in there. Oh, it's also a great spot

for a hiding spot for a Christmas gift.

I put it back there. I put it back there.

I remember now, Yeah, I remember now because I went
to the I went to the store and I went, oh,
I gotta hide this somewhere. And I opened up the
back hatch and my my palisade and it's got that
little it's it's.

Like when the seats fold down.

It is this little spot you can just lift up
and it's got like the jack and the little bolts
and stuff and all this other stuff.

Yeah. There, it's the cleanest spot in my car.

And I lifted it up, and sure enough it's sitting
right there. And I know it exactly what I did
as I went, Oh, I know, I'm gonna have to
get the kids. I know I have to get my white,
we're all gonna be in the car. I'm just gonna
throw it in here and I'll grab it later. That's
exactly what I did. I'll grab it later. And I
never grabbed it and it's just been sitting there. Woo.

My neighbors probably heard because I went, yes, oh my god,
it's yeah.

that is a good place to hide stuff. But just
like remind yourself.

some point my wife picks up my phone to look
for a picture or or something, you know what I mean.
