Speaker 1 (00:00):
This morning. We are talking about the thing in your
life that isn't a baby, might not even be human,
but you treat it.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Like this, and you brought out you brought up a
good point too in how do you baby it?

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Yeah, because I'm not talking about just like taking care
of something in the way that you should take care
of it. Like I'm not talking about your car where
you like take it to get a car wash every
week and make sure you get it detailed and get
regular oil changes. That's not what we mean here.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
No, for me. Yeah, for me, it's my camper which
is sitting at Varians right now, getting it's it's maintenance
check up before we go camping, which is standard, right. Yeah,
But all I keep thinking is we have rain coming.
We should probably get the cover back on it. Did
I park it near any trees? I'm sure the lot's fine.
I know it's fine. It's it's it's a camper dealership.
It's fine.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
You literally have a baby monitor for your camper.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Yeah, it's a little nes Camba that looks just at it,
right at it. It's so funny. I never thought of it.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
That's another level. But you totally do, you absolutely do,
and you like check the monitors and make sure that
like she still breathing.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
And I got an app that get next to it
so I could see it's vitals.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Like the outlet. This really is like a baby for you.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
It is. I love it so much.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
Brand used to be that for me. Uh huh, like
but like she was actually my child. Yeah yeah, so
you know that makes sense. But now I feel like
my energy is now directed into two very specific things
in my life. The first one is yimmy.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Well yeah, baby, yimmy.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
Yeah, like I just I yeah, that's where some of
that energy goes. But the other thing is my plants.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Oh that's a good one.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
And I like I've got the plant app where it
tells me when they need to be watered and when
they need to be like fertilized and stuff like that.
But also like I missed my plants.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Like you missed, oh you missed, Like spray.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
I spray them like missed them for like proper humidity levels.
I wipe the leaves down. And this is the thing
that really pushes it over the edge, because that other
stuff could just be like proper maintenance of the plant.
But this is the thing I sing and speak nicely
to my plants.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
Could I hear your plant voice? I want to hear
your plant voice. Okay, at some point you need to
make a video of a plant voice.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
It's very similar to my dog boys.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
But like if one of my plants has like a
new leaf, I'm like, oh, good jobs, we grow.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
You know.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
I wondered why you weren't giving me crap for having
camper baby monitors.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Oh no, I know.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
See, I think we all do this.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
I got my plants little lights, like little grow lights. Yeah,
because they need to grow to be healthy and strong.
Like I I get it.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
Man, Are they boys? Do they have names?

Speaker 1 (02:44):
I do? They do have different kind of like personas, Yeah,
depending on which one, Like.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
One's a sassy plant and one's just just a grower.
What's it? What's a big strong grower? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (02:56):
And like you know, I feel, I like physically feel bad,
like emotionally bad when they're not doing well, and I
like feel like a bad mom. This started because we
had to take some extra precautions during those storms last
week for your baby.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Yes, not my children. They were in the basement. They're fine,
but my.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
My, but this has become one of your children.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
It has it has. It's my because I'm a I'm
a huge camper. Like it's my favorite time of year
right now because we start this weekend camping for the summer.
It's my favorite. So I a few years back invested
in a travel trailer and it is my my baby.
I may I have He pointed this out earlier. I

(03:44):
never thought about that way till till today. I have
a camera on it and it's supposed to be a
camera just for that. It's a babytit air totally is.
So during the storms last weekend, I was watching that
thing like every five minutes, I pull up my phone
and even right now it's sitting in the Veerings parking
lot because I had to get some maintenance stuff done
to it before this weekend, and I just keep looking

(04:06):
like do you FaceTime Matt?

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Like, hey, can I say? Can I say hi really quick?
For the camper?

Speaker 2 (04:10):
He's out of town right now. I check in with him,
but they it's But I even when I parked it,
I make sure there's no trees in their their dealership
or whatever. But I made sure there was no there
was no trees, And I'm like, well, it's cold. Should
should we go put the wheel covers on it.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
We don't have coal. Fee like it's winter.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
It's suckys.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
It's forty degrees. It's not like it's twenty degrees. What
is the thing that you have that is your It's
not a baby, but you kind of treat it like
a baby. And we're not talking about this stuff that
you just like take good care of. No, no, no,
I'm not talking about like pulling the golf clubs out
from storage and like cleaning them off before you start
using them for the season. Like we're talking next level,

(04:50):
you tucking in every single night, or you talk to
it when you walk by it, or like for me,
it's my plants.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
I love how much detail you go it, Dude.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
I sing to them, I say nice things because you
know it helps them grow.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
What is your baby without being an actual baby? Six one, six, two,
four to two ninety three, ninety three.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Good morning, Welcome to be a ninety three morning show.
What's your name and where are you from?

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Good morning?

Speaker 3 (05:16):
This is Miranda Firce, all buying.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
All right, So what is the thing that you baby
that's not an actual baby?

Speaker 3 (05:22):
OK? So I have three and I'm currently looking at
all three of them.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Three of these, then.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
Yees who love them are signed drawing that I'm made.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
By two of my favorite singers.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Okay, oh that's cool.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
Yeah, and the other one is a Daredevil number one
that is graded.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
So what do you do to baby them? They are
on the law, They get dusted and cleaned and.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Yeah that they are secured on the wall like they
want to give them.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
Sometimes like you're doing so good, Hey, you give them
a little pet as you walk by. If you've got
something that you treat like a baby, the baby, a car,
a boat. I'm surprised nobody has called in their boat.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
Yeah. My initial thought was it was gonna be motorcycles.
That's who I thought we were gonna call it because
those boat and I wanted one too at one point.
So I'm not I'm not saying anything. But if they baby,
that's their baby. They park in the garage, the cargoes
outside six.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
One six two four two ninety three ninety.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
Three, Good morning, Welcome to the B ninety three Morning Show.
What's your name and where you're from? John from Kalamazoo, John,
what's the thing you baby? That's not an actual baby?

Speaker 1 (06:38):
It is my blackstone grill. Oh, well that's a good one.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
How do you baby? This thing?

Speaker 3 (06:44):
It gets cleaned every single time after I cook, extensively.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
Cleaned, so not just like normal scrape cleaned.

Speaker 2 (06:51):
Yep, new fresh oil cleaned.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
I have one of those Girl Rescue brushes that it
gets like particulously cleaned during the storm last week and
I brought it into my garage because I didn't want
it to blow over. Yeah, it is meticulously cared for.
That is That is my thing.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
That is you know what those are one of the
I have one like a mini one for when we
go camping. One of the greatest purchases we've made for
the campsite.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
Absolutely thanks for the call this warning man, appreciate it.
Say hi to the Blackstone for us.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
I will. I imagine he goes home and goes, hey,
guess what we talked about you today?

Speaker 1 (07:30):
Who's this? And where are you from?

Speaker 2 (07:31):
Courtney?

Speaker 1 (07:31):
From Grandpa Courtney? What do you baby? Without being a baby?

Speaker 3 (07:35):
Oh gonna make me sound like a fackhead, But my.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
Snack, you're snacks.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
I have a two year old and three year olds,
so they have their snack while with their apple sauces
and their fruit snacks and then in the fursey, I've
caught out fruits and vegetables and every day I'm like
refilling it from my boxes and storage and it's crazy.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
You're very meticulous about it.

Speaker 3 (07:57):
Then, Oh yeah, I'm like checking it every day. I mean, sure,
I didn't get their grubby little fingers.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Do you have a favorite snack that you that you guard?

Speaker 3 (08:06):
Not really for me, but I'm very protective of the
apple taxes because they like can support them everywhere.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
That's like gold Courtney.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
I just have one question for you. Do you have
a label maker?

Speaker 2 (08:19):
I do? I I do it.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
That's so good. Thank you for the call this morning.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
Yeah, bye bye.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
I'm actually surprised at what your answer to this question
was today.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Why because you it was.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
I'm surprised it wasn't like all of your shoes because
you're such a sneaker guy.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
Oh yeah, that I could also go on the list.
I just I think right now, I'm especially focused on
on my camper because we're getting it out and getting
it ready and and we just so we just unwrapped
it or took the cover off. But I do have
a like a specific section for all my shoes. We
just got that closet put in, and one of the

(08:59):
things I had to have was a shoe section so
that no, none of my kids could touch my shoes,
so that people when they walk in the house, they
couldn't accidentally step on my shoes. Yeah, but right now,
it's just a camper.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
That's my baby, and mine are my plants that I
sing to and I spray with water and I miss
them and I dust them and I say nice things
to them because that will help them grow.

Speaker 2 (09:22):
And I love that you said. They all have their
own little their own personalities. Yep, yep, yep.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
They like different songs and yeah, am I delusional? Yeah,
but you know that's what we're talking about, the stuff
that you baby six one six two four two ninety
three ninety three, Good.

Speaker 2 (09:39):
Morning, Welcome to the B ninety three Morning Show. What's
your name and where are you from?

Speaker 3 (09:42):
My name is Pleaty cro sand Mike, But it's not
necessarily be.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
My husband, like, baby, what does he baby his dirt bike?
His dirt bike? How does he baby his dirt bike?

Speaker 3 (09:52):
After every race? He will make sure it's polished up,
and he's like strategically feels like hours with it, making
sure everything's right, and then at the dirt bike tracks,
everybody thinks it's a brand new dirt bike and he's like, no,
it's just my baby.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
And how are the other things, like his actual car,
is it as clean?

Speaker 3 (10:12):
Not as clean? Who do I need to tell him?
You should be picking up after yourself like you do
take care of your dirt bike.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
Who does he treat batter you are the dirt bikes?

Speaker 3 (10:26):
Ah, that's that's a hard one. At times, it is
the dirt bike. It's the season for dirt bike. So
I see his dirt bike right now.
