Speaker 1 (00:00):
B ninety three Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
I'm Ali Mack and I'm Mike.

Speaker 3 (00:02):
This is like my worst nightmare getting through a security checkpoint.
And you're already nervous because just anytime you go through security,
you're like, but what if?

Speaker 4 (00:12):
Yeah, this will be the time they want to strip
search me and I have to go to jail because
I accidentally snuck in something that I didn't know that
I snuck in.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Well, not you, you're at the bar already.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
So we're going through the Jeral R. Ford Airport and
we get to the TSA checkpoint. I make it through fine,
So I see my wife has got a little snag.
So I'm like, all right, I'm gonna go to the bar,
grab us both beers and sit down. And that snag
took a little bit longer that I had anticipated, to
the point where her shoes are not coming off. They're

(00:44):
rifling through the personal bag like ripping things out. She
comes back. It tells me that at some point our
youngest who's two years old, his name is Sebastian, who
loves to help load and unload the dishwasher, took a
butter knife that had peanut butter crust, peanut butter on
it put it in her personal bag. So they found

(01:05):
a knife covered in peanut butter in her bag. Oh yeah, big, no, no,
And I'm dying laughing. She's not because she just had
to go through all this and I'm like, did they
give it back to you? And she goes, they would have,
but you had to check a whole another bag to
do that, And nah, that's okay.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
We know, we'll buy another peanut, We'll buy another.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Butter knife after into the cost of the trip.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
Now, but I know this has happened to everybody, whether
the kids bring it themselves or if you got little ones.
I bet even pets have walked her of grabbed things
and brought it to you and you're like, get that
out of here, animals or other things. Yeah, And like
what when did this happen? How did it happen? What
was it?

Speaker 3 (01:48):
I knew about this as it was happening because I
was there and I allowed my niece to fill up
my little fanny pack with rocks.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
We were like at the park and I don't know
if she was going.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Through a rock face. Yeah, Oh, I'm totally g was like, hey.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
Open up your purse, you got room for rocks in there,
and I was like, yes, of course, obviously, this is
what we're doing. And then I go to use that
purse again in like a month or whatever, it's just
like full of rocks, and I'm like, violence.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
Yea, even now, even now, I bet if I just
look through my bag, I don't know. I mean, I
don't think it's anything serious, but I bet let me
see what I can find in here. Charger, some headphones
out yep, legos yep, some lego blocks.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
You never know when those will come in handy.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
And he knows.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
What I think is going through his head is, hey,
he's helping mom and he's just doing stuff.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
But we always pack a bag.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
For him, and it's it's usually the bag she uses
for personal like for carry on stuff or whatever, and
so I think he just got that's where we need
to put things. Or Dad's bag, who which she carries
all the time, that's where I put my fun things.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
You know that that wasn't even the craziest thing that
they saw in the last hour.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
Oh no, but still I'm thinking, oh great, we found
she was thinking we found a knife.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
You found a knife. Well, I'm not getting down this
plane now.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
Because you found a knife, but luckily it was a
butter knife with just as long as.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
You're willing to turn it over to them, Oh yeah,
they'll let you get on, especially now like they're not
they're not getting paid. They're like, I don't want to
deal with this, throw it away, go check it, see
you next time. What is the craziest thing you've ever
found in your bag? Maybe not put there by you?

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Good morning, Welcome to the ninety three Morning show. What's
your name?

Speaker 5 (03:29):
Away from from Going Rapids?

Speaker 2 (03:31):
All right?

Speaker 4 (03:32):
What did they find or what did they store in
the bag? What are the little ones put in the bag?

Speaker 6 (03:36):
It's not surprising. When my son was I think he
was like in sixth or seventh grade, and I was
I had a rental property and was cleaning it out.
They left it trash, so I had my kids helping,
and apparently my son found some kind of pipe like
for something you'd smoke in and I wasn't aware of that,

(03:58):
and he took it to school and I ended up
getting called by the school that the police were there.
Long story short, we had to go. The police did
not charge him, but we had to go in front
of the school board and to determine if he was
going to be expelled or not.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
What did he think it was? He didn't know.

Speaker 6 (04:20):
He just thought it was really cool.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
That was a while.

Speaker 4 (04:22):
I did not think that story was going in that direction. Yeah,
you appreciate it. Good morning, Welcome to the ninety three
Morning Show. What's your name and where are you from?

Speaker 6 (04:30):
Kevin from vary In Center.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Kevin, What did you find in your bag?

Speaker 7 (04:34):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (04:35):
I like to do recreational shooting, okay, and a lot
of times I use.

Speaker 6 (04:41):
The same bag I used for a carry on bag
to throw my stuff in to go through the range.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
And one time I found spent tep shell.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
Casings in the bottom of the bag and made.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
It through security at an airport and the city across
the lake put them in there.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
They didn't stop you, They didn't stop me.

Speaker 5 (05:04):
They don't know, they didn't see him or what.

Speaker 6 (05:06):
But got to our destination and got.

Speaker 5 (05:10):
Out the bag. And I almost had a heart of that.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
Yeah, because they find that that's serious. See, you made
it through with that. But if I have a bottle
of lotion that is too many ounces, I'm getting flagged.
I have to take it out. I have to check
another bag. What is happening.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
I don't know was crazy, but needles to say, I.

Speaker 5 (05:29):
Use a different bag.

Speaker 6 (05:31):
Before going to the airport.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Now, I bet thanks for the call, Kevin, have a
great day.

Speaker 6 (05:37):
Ah you guys too.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
He said that was an airport across the lake. Yeah,
that's a total o' hair move.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Yeah yeah, yeah, you can.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Still let whatever through security.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
But if there's one drop of rain within thirty miles,
everybody's flight is getting canceled and nobody's getting through security.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
Good morning, welcome to the ninety three Morning Show. What's
your name?

Speaker 4 (05:57):
Aware?

Speaker 5 (05:57):
You're from Adam from Matte I just call in the
box the uh the thing that uh held you up
getting on your flight?

Speaker 2 (06:07):
Yeah, what'd you find in the bag?

Speaker 5 (06:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (06:10):
I was.

Speaker 5 (06:11):
I was waiting for a flight on a New Jersey
and I, uh, I didn't remember that I worked for
a knee m plant company and I ran through security
and got put up against the wall because I forgot
about it. It was it was in my pocket?

Speaker 2 (06:27):
What was it?

Speaker 1 (06:28):
What was in your pocket?

Speaker 4 (06:30):
It was?

Speaker 5 (06:30):
It was an actual knean plant that they used for
knee surgery.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
They were like, we don't know what this is, but
it's not getting on that plane.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
With you.

Speaker 5 (06:42):
Yeah, oh I did make my I didn't make my flight,
but it was pretty interesting there for a few minutes.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
That's terrifying.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Thanks for the call.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
Have a great day, Good morning, Welcome to the ninety
three Morning show. What's your Name? Away from off all Right?
What did you find in the bag?

Speaker 7 (07:00):
I had a full magazine clipped in my bag that
tsa phone.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Uh oh what did they say?

Speaker 5 (07:09):
What was that?

Speaker 2 (07:09):
I said? What did they say?

Speaker 7 (07:11):
They actually were really cool about it. They were like,
you can't travel with this, and me and my husband
were like, well, obviously we didn't know what was in there,
and they like, do you want to throw it away?
Or do you want to keep it? And my husband's like,
I want to keep it? Did I take it back
out to my car? And they walked him back out
and loved keep it in his car and he had
to just go through security again. They were really cool

(07:32):
about it.
