Speaker 1 (00:00):
Be Natty three. I feel like today's going to be
a little bit interesting. Why is that because I feel
like there are going to be some people who have
a million dollar idea, Yes, but they don't want to
share it because the don't want anyone to steal it.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Well, yeah, that might be the tough part because unless
you are already working towards this, if I was your lawyer, yeah,
I would say don't share this, or if it could
never in a million years, even then, because there's somebody
out there who can make this happen and unless you
patent it or whatever, they will just take it. But

(00:31):
if you've had a good one and it came to fruition,
or you had a good one and it just never
happened and you want to share that, I have one
that I came up with that that did happen, but
it wasn't.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Me that it happened to. Yeah, where did this? Where
did you get this from? Well?

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Dolly Parton has officially entered her truck Stoff era self
fenced a woman has done music, She has done movies,
she has done theme parks, she has done makeup. She
has done a line of baked goods and frozen foods
and now she is serving coffee and diesel.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Of course she is.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
And honestly, at this point, it just it all makes sense,
you know. So it got me thinking, like, if I
had all the money in the world, what is that
million dollar idea?

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Do you have one that you're willing to share or
did you have? You had one before?

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Jimmy and I have talked about a couple of them.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
Okay, did you ask did you consult your your business
partner whether or not this was a good idea to
talk about it.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
I may have forgotten. I may have forgotten, so this
is a whoops. So he might serve me with like
a seasoned decist.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
He could have patented today.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
But I actually think it's a really great idea.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Are you sure you want to share it?

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (02:00):
I think it's okay. Okay, I think it's okay. But
I am worried that, like nobody is gonna call because
no one wants to share their million dollar ideas. So
we'll see, we'll see how this goes.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
I think they I think there's people who've had them
and they've come to like, there's a million times I've
talked to somebody they said, oh yeah, I came up
with his years ago, and.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
It's a simple like app that's on a phone or something,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
I feel like number one if he would let me
start like some kind of social media page for him
about his like sportiness and like lacrosse and like finance
and like, yeah, most of the pictures would probably be
him with his shirt off, but it doesn't matter. Don't
worry about that. I feel like I could make a
million dollars on it. Okay, I really do. But his

(02:39):
his million dollar idea, which I do feel like, is
pretty Legit is like an app or some kind of
website that like helps you be a homeowner. So it
like tells you like hey, it's time to clean your gutters,
or like hey, at this point in the year, you
should be doing.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
This, or like, oh, that is a genius idea.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Right, And I was like, yes, I would use.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
That everybody, anybody who that's a genius idea.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
That I would Maybe I should share it.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Think about first, think about even now first time home
buyers or anybody.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
We're all just going to YouTube to try to figure
it out.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
But it is.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
But if you typed in, if you were able to
type in your address, and it literally took the whole
background from your house and said, well it hasn't this
hasn't been and it had all the files and everything. Yeah,
all the documents. This hasn't been replaced in years. You
should do this or when going to buy a house.
It had that information.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Like you and I we've been talking about, like the lawns,
how to make the lawns look nice? Yeah, yeah, there
was some sort of feature that could tell me like, hey,
here's when you should water your lawn, and like here's
when you should mow it, and like here's when you
should spread the grass seed, and and.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
You know how you make it free As you get
people who are who do those things, like a long
care company, a gutter company, whatever, they are featured in
that app, but they have to pay for it, so boom,
there's your your your. I feel like we can make
some money, absolutely, absolutely.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
But I feel like everybody, at some point in their
life has thought of something, because that's what they say, right,
like everybody has had a million dollar idea. It's just
like not everybody has the money or the time or
the resources to make it happen. They say that all
the time on Shark Tank.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
I should have had you do. I should have been
the shark. All right, sharks, here is my I'm.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
Looking for three million dollars. I don't have this figured
out at all. I don't have the app made, I
don't have any investors. I've sold nothing, but give me
your money.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
They should do that's I mean for a TV show idea.
They should do the Shark tank idea. But with like
people with just ideas, like they don't have anything built.
They're not actually selling anything yet. But it's like me
or you showing up. Hey, hear me out.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
Hear me out. That's the name of the show. Hear
me out. You just came up with a million dollar
idea right there, like it's hard six one six, Good morning,
b ninety three? Who's this and where are you from?

Speaker 5 (05:05):
This is Bob and I'm from lake View.

Speaker 4 (05:07):
Job.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
You got a million dollar idea?

Speaker 6 (05:09):
Well?

Speaker 5 (05:09):
I had one? What is it? In nineteen seventy one
when I was stationed in Greece, I was able to
bring my family over and lip off of the economy,
and my children wouldn't eat any of the Greek food.
So they did love crackers, they loved cheese, and they
loved baloney, and one of the kids loved pickles. So

(05:34):
that's about well. They ate was baloney, crackers, cheese, and pickles,
and Oscar Meyer introduced lunchables in nineteen eighty eight.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Oh my gosh, man, I was excited and also frustrated.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
Were you that that came, that came to fruition?

Speaker 5 (05:54):
No, not at all, because I never even thought until
later after I after I was out of the service.
I got out of service in seventy six.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
But how validating you were, like, yeah, that was a
million dollar idea.

Speaker 5 (06:10):
Absolutely, I was. I was. I was happy, Actually, I
mean not happy that I didn't get the money.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
V ninety three Morning Show. I'm Ali Max. Let me
tell you about this new thing that Dolly Parton she
is ushering in her truck stop era. Okay, she has
done it all music, movies, theme parks, she's got makeup,
she's got frozen food cakes. Yeah, her cake mixes are

(06:38):
really good, pretty solid, and now she is serving coffee
and diesel. What honestly, what hasn't she done right? And
it totally makes sense, Like, if there's a Dolly Parton
truck stop, I'm gonna stop at that. I think she's
trying to inch in on BUCkies a little bit.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
Oh, that is genius.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
I think this is I think that's the move here.
I don't know for sure, I haven't seen like the
layout or what's going to be there.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
But on long road trips, that's a great idea. We
passed a bucket on the way to Nashville. I had
and I do even on road trips just across the state.
I do have favorite gas stations, see because there's specific
like the the truck stops specifically like the Pilot, the
Flying Ja, the loves those three. Yeah, and then even
locally like here in West Michigan, I like a good Westco.

(07:24):
Love a good Westco.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
There we go.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
This is genius, I know.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
And it got me thinking, like everybody has had a
million dollar idea, something that you swear could make you
a lot of money, but maybe you just don't have
like the capital or the resources or the time to
get it going. Or maybe it's something you thought of
and then somebody else did and you were like, no, no,
that was my idea.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
I have one specifically that came into fruition and made
Hinds probably millions of dollars if they still make it today.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
They stole your idea.

Speaker 2 (07:59):
I don't know if they came to West Michigan and
physically stole the idea, but I did have the idea
and I hadn't heard it anywhere else. And I have
people in this building that still work here today that
confirm b side. Our promotions guy, promotions director here was
there with me. I told him a million times about it.
So back in the early two thousand, between two thousand

(08:23):
and nine and two thousand and maybe thirteen, I used
to live over by you know where Cousin's Chickenness in
Grand Rapids. So I used to live over there, and
so I would walk there every day. And they have
a specific ranch and just ketchup regular catchup. But if
you mix them together in a cup, in one of
their cups, it makes something that I called cranch.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
You were the original Cranch guy, and.

Speaker 3 (08:45):
I yeah, I would did my French fries in it?

Speaker 2 (08:46):
I would, I would explain, I would explain the ratio
and how you put it into a specific Yeah.

Speaker 3 (08:50):
Oh, I had it down to a science.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
Uh oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
And then twenty twenty one, fast forward, Hines comes out
with a bottom of Crunch. It's just like they're ketchup,
but it's ketchup and ranch mixed together, and it's called
same name and everything, and they sell it and probably
make millions.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
Now they gave you a couple of years. Yeah, they
get that going.

Speaker 3 (09:14):
Eight years to hey, get your stuff together.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
And they were like, okay, if he's not going to
do it, if they don't do it.

Speaker 2 (09:18):
If they saw the apartment I was living in that time,
they know why I never I never put that together.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
Six one six two four two ninety three naety three.
What is your million dollar idea? Good morning? B ninety three?
Who's this ian? Where you from?

Speaker 7 (09:32):
Good morning? This is Cherise from Kalamazoo.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
You got a million dollar idea, Charise?

Speaker 7 (09:37):
I do. But the cool thing is is I don't
have the fund to do it, so we might as
well tell you guys. I think we need to reroute
all of our sewers to go right under the pavement
so the continuous flow of water doesn't let the rose freeze.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
Oh wow, that is above my uh understanding, but it
sounds good.

Speaker 7 (09:57):
The continuous flow of water under the pavement would not
a allow it to freeze, So that's constantly going to
be warmer than the air.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Interesting. I like this idea.

Speaker 7 (10:06):
I like it anyway to try to keep the road safer,
since all we're doing is making more of them anyway.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
Yeah right, good morning, be Natty three. Who's this and
where are you from?

Speaker 4 (10:18):
This is scary from kent Wood.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
What's your million dollar idea? Sherry?

Speaker 4 (10:21):
How many times has someone asked you what you wanted
for dinner and you said, I don't know where, I
don't care.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
Every single day.

Speaker 4 (10:30):
Someone needs to put I don't know where, I don't
care in a box, but you can buy.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
Oh my god, that's kind. That's really smart, that's hilarious.
It's just random meals put together. Yes, yes, that's a
great idea.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
Is it like a mystery? Like you don't know what
you're going to get?

Speaker 8 (10:50):
It's just something, some sort of meal that you can
I don't know, I don't care, just but I always
when I had kids, whenever I can't get that in
the box.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
You guys, let's want Michigan's number one for a New
Country's Jason al Dean For everybody, this is.

Speaker 6 (11:10):
Thanks for listening to Ben three.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
Good morning, Welcome to the ninety three Morning Show. What's
your name? A Where you from?

Speaker 2 (11:15):
Nickling, Nick, what was your million dollar idea?

Speaker 6 (11:19):
Yeah, the vibrating key car key. If your car alarm
is the one going off in the parking lot, say
at a sporting event, either your key would vibrate and let.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
It know it's yours, or it would.

Speaker 6 (11:32):
Text you or give you a notification on your phone
and give you the app you can turn it off.

Speaker 1 (11:36):
That is why don't we have that already?

Speaker 3 (11:38):
You know what I do.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
I have a palisade and I do it does send
me a notification in the app. But every car should
have either an app that goes with it or a
not or The vibrating key thing is really a good idea,
like an Apple Watch. Yes, that's a great idea.

Speaker 6 (11:55):
I don't have the money to do it, Otherwise I
would do it.
