With the B ninety three Morning Show. I'm Ali Mack Mike.
It is seven twenty seven. Here are three things you
should know today. The B ninety three Kids Count Radiothon
total is in and together we raised six hundred and
fifty three thousand, nine hundred and ten dollars for kids
right here.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
In West Michigan.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
I mean, what an incredible two days. We heard stories,
we cried together, we laughed together, we screamed but but
but bingo, oh yeah, thank you for every single one
of your calls, your donations, and every moment of kindness.
We could not do it without you. It's as simple
as that. So we are so grateful by your arm.

(00:42):
Deer season he's officially over, and Michigan's harvest numbers continue
to trend downward. One hundred and twenty nine thousand and
some change reported for this year. That's down from one
hundred and thirty six thousand in twenty twenty four. And
it's not because the deer aren't out there. They are
saying now they're kind of concerned about trying to reduce
car deer cred But there are fewer hunter these hunters

(01:03):
these days, and more hunters are holding out for bigger bucks,
and that's kind of all playing a role in the decline.
Just announced, as of less than an hour ago, the
B ninety three Class of twenty twenty six Guitar pol
This is going down January fifteenth at the Intersection. This
is like the biggest and brightest up and coming up

(01:25):
and coming stars out of Nashville right now. Preston Cooper,
Alexandra Kay, John Morgan, Chase McDaniel, and Vincent Mason, all
of those artists one night at the Intersection to kick
off twenty twenty six, January fifteenth. Tickets go on sale
today and tickets are only twenty bucks.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
That's so, that's such a good price. That's such a
good price and a good great lineup.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Start your new year with the Class of twenty twenty
six and B ninety three. Do not wait. I think
these tickets are going to go fast, So link up
at bnaety three dot. That's three things you should know.
Here's one you probably shouldn't.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
I would think that this weekend's box office would be
full of like Christmas movies, but I guess there aren't
really any new Christmas movies coming out. This is the
top five movies based on on sales so far five Night,
Five Nights at Freddy's. Two, which is like a video

(02:23):
game of fachse movie. Yeah, it's like murderous animatronics or whatever,
but kids like, it's kind of for kids, but also
kind of for adults. Is number one from this weekend
sixty three million dollars. Zootopia number two with forty three million,
and that's a great that is a solid movie. I'll
say they stepped up the plot and whoever's drawing the

(02:45):
that's a whole other topic. Number three Wicked for Good
sixteen point seven million dollars, which I think they're like,
Wicked's doing fine anyways, but I think I am more
surprised that it didn't like just take over and run
it from like weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks.
That felt like the movie that was gonna just like
like the Barbie movie, just take over for weeks and

(03:06):
weeks and weeks and weeks, and it dropped off very quick.
And then the other two movies I've never even heard of.
Oh wait, no, it's not true. Now you see me,
now you don't. I've heard of that one uh jiu
jitsu casein execution.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Now you see me? Now you don't? Is that that's
the Cards?

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Yeah? The card trick with like Woody Harrelson. Oh, another
one of those, I think, Yeah, there's the third one
now maybe the last one. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Those are actually pretty good movies. They're they're entertaining, they're funny, underrated.
I agree, yeah, very much agree. I just watched like
the other two just because whatever you know they were on. Agreed, like,
there's nothing they got it. It's got a great cast
in it. Yeah, they're not like Woody Harrelson's a legend.
I will rewatch those every once in a while.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
Yeah, yeah, I don't know if this one. Morgan Freeman's
in it.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Yeah, yeah, the dude for the Hulk.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
Why can't I think of his name?

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (03:58):
Ruffalo?

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Yes, yeah yeah, Mark Ruffalo is in whatever, Mark Matt
sorry Mark. N three Sports a pretty exciting weekend for
college football here in West Michigan. Michigan has been announced
that they're going to play in the the Cheese It
Citrus Bowl on in Texas on Wednesday, December thirty.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Kay, yeah, yeah, the West Michigan The Bronco excuse me
will play in the Myrtle Beach Bowl against Kenneshaw State
on Friday, December nineteenth. CMU is playing in the game
above Sports Bowl Detroit December twenty sixth against Northwestern, which
is very exciting. You have been beat Rutgers over the

(04:45):
weekend one on one to sixty, Red Wings beat Seattle
sixty three Pistons, beat the Bucks one twenty four to
one to twelve. MSU lost to Duke sixty six to sixty,
and the Red Wings play Vancouver tonight nine forty five pm.
You can hear that on our sister station six. Won
the game. And just breaking breaking news here, I just
found this out. I will be making the playoffs in

(05:06):
my fantasy football league. So very exciting. Whoa very exciting
for everyone.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
And I think you know we're all wondering about the
Pop Tart Bowl. Yes, because they get to eat the
giant pop tart at the end, which I think is
the best thing to happen to a college bowl game. Yes,
in a long time.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
Absolutely, let's hope they all should be really.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
And that one's going to be Georgia Tech. And BYU
December twenty seventh, did they.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
All on the ABC they all need to do that,
like theyre needs to be a giant chee it at
the end of the cheese a bowl.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
Yes, oh my, I would go to that bowl game
if there were giant cheese its available for snacking.
