the Box off at six forty this morning, like we
always do on Wednesday mornings with the B ninety three
Morning show. I'm Allie Mack, I'm Mike. Here are three
things you should know. It's five fifty six. A tragic
crash shut down at westbound ninety six in Ionia County
for about seven hours yesterday. Two people were killed when

a box truck slammed into a pickup, pushing it into
a stopped semi Both vehicles then burst into flames. Investigators
say heavy traffic and drivers not keeping safe distances or
likely factors in that.

I know a lot of people are traveling this weekend,
just you know, make sure we're all doing what we
need to do. Jurors in the Sean Diddy Combs federal
trial say that they have reached a verdict on four
of five charges, but they say they're kind of stuck
on the biggest one, which is racketeering conspiracy. Some jurors
say they cannot be moved. The judges told them to

keep deliberating today. If they stay split, a mistrial could
be declared on that charge, while the others are announced.
As we gear up for Fourth of July weekend, here
is your reminder. Do not dive headfirst into unfamiliar water.
Experts say most spinal injuries happen in the summer, and

someone who sweats a lot in the summer heat, they're saying,
please be sure to cool down before walking through security,
because there's a rising number of reported cases of swampy
areas setting off TSA alarms.

Ah, yes, this is a real thing.

Some passengers selected for the full body screening machine have
reported setting off the alarm for having excessive moisture all
over their body.

Well, what are we supposed to do about that. It's
not like you can jump into an ice bath or
a fan before you walk through security.

There's nothing, Yeah, there's nothing.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
It turns out that these millimeter wave scanners are very
sensitive and can be triggered by liquid, including sweat.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
That means if you're a little.

Too warm or your clothes are cleaning in the wrong places,
the scanner might flag that area as suspicious, which may
lead to a little additional pat downs by the agents.

Now I'm worried about that.

So now I'm sweating even more because I'm anxious about
being pat down because of my sweat.
