on iHeartRadio. What's going on y'all? Is WWE Superstar Koche Kid's gonna you're
looking into the baby Faces on I'mHeeart Radio. Bad Friday Night SmackDown is

(00:29):
coming to Cincinnati next Friday, andit's gonna be a big one because it's
gonna be the first night of theDraft, so an awesome time to get
down there to smack down. Justsay sure, drive down seventy one for
us here in Louisville, like meand Austin. I make that drive all
the time because I'm from up inthat area. So nice, easy drive.
Get your tickets for that show andsee all your favorite superstars, including

(00:51):
the one that we are welcoming onthe podcast today. Her name is Jade
Cargile. Jay, thanks so muchfor taking the time today, No problem,
Thank you for having me absolutely andyou know we are hot off the
heels of WrestleMania, the biggest WrestleManiaof all time, which was your first
one, my first one that Iattended It was incredible seeing all that in
person, and I can only imaginewhat that's like being a performer on that

(01:12):
big stage. Right. You've beenin wrestling for a while now, but
your first time at WrestleMania just kindof give us the deep dive on all
that went into that. It wasamazing. I've never been in front of
that many people in my life forany type of performance. The bigger the
better for me, though, morepeople, the more I can get into
myself, the more I'm gonna actup and go crazy on the stage.

(01:36):
It was my first time as wellat that. I've never attended a WrestleMania.
I always was if you were athome. So for me to be
there on stage, in front ofthat many people, in front of a
bunch of people backstage that wanted tosee me do amazing and go out there
and excel, it was something thatI have never been a part of.
And the fan base, the WWEuniverse, there was just something that is

(01:59):
unmatched. Yeah, you know, when you talk about moments that you've had
here in the WWE, they've keptyou very close to the vest and and
for for very much good reason.I mean, you look at yourself and
we could just even see, Like, I'm pretty sure you're probably tired of
hearing it's star written all over youand the WW kind of you always has
known how to present them. Youknow. You made your debut at the

(02:22):
Royal Rumble and you had of courseeven had the mix up of Impact wrestlers
TNA wrestlers, and you faced offwith Bianca bell Air and then you ended
up having a moment with her atWrestleMania. So now what was that like?
Sort of I mean, you sortof just got thrust it into it
and you're at some of the biggestyou know, pay per views. So
you had the Rumble and then youhave Mania, and then you have the

(02:43):
SmackDown leading up to Mania. Solike, what has that been like with
your selective appearances that they had methat they've they made it mean so much
more than one year on TV.You know what, we had a plan
with stuck to the plan. Maniawas never in the plan, so it
was just sprung upon me. Thisis working with Bianca has been a dream
because this is somebody that everybody pinnedagainst each other. You know, everybody

(03:06):
want to see us more so againstone another rather than working with one another.
And like I told everybody, justtrust the plan like best believe everybody.
Everything is written. They have thingsplanned out for weeks and months in
advance. So just like everybody, just stay patient, Just stay patient as
long as I mean as well asthe things I'm doing right now. You
know there's a plan to everything we'redoing. You don't think all this is

(03:27):
thought out, especially with me.They want to present me in the best
way possible like they have been doing, and they want me to go out
there and excel and kill the businessbecause they know I can do that and
they're trusting to put me out thereto do these things. But it's been
great. I mean, they followthrough with the plans. You know,
I have a great relationship with Nickand I have a great relationship with Paul,

(03:51):
and we're sticking to the plan.Yeah, that's great to hear.
And you know you mentioned Bianca.A lot of people put you guys together
as possible WrestleMania match. You enup teaming together, but there's got to
be a lot of you know,it's a lot of fresh blood out there
for you being a new superstar inWWE. So, like, what are
some of those those females that youwant to get in there with like maybe

(04:12):
name drop a few dream matches thatyou got that it could be on the
docket here soon. I have someunfinished business with Naya Jacks, so that
would be great. I think that'llbe an amazing match. The real Ripley's
obviously she's injured right now, butI know she's gonna come back gunning,
and hopefully I'm holding that belt whenshe comes back, because one thing I
know is how to hold a streakdown and how to go out there and

(04:33):
dominate and the kick butts left andright. So that would be a great
match as well. Eventually. Imean, if things don't work out,
I think we're doing phenomena right now, Bianca. That's something that people have
always wanted to see, and usjust working alongside each other right now in
the same ring at that with Nailmiand we all were a part of different
promotions as of last year. It'sa phenomenal thing to see. You know.

(04:57):
We talked about Cincinnati Friday Night SmackDownnext week. It's a big one
because it's the draft and that's alwaysthat's always been a fun thing that the
WWE has added on which superstars aregoing to go where. I know what.
You probably been a lifelong wrestling fan. There's probably always that thought.
I would love to be on MondayNight Raw. It's the longest running episodic
TV show ever. But then youhave Friday Night SmackDown, which has creeped

(05:20):
up in the last couple of yearsas the really big show that everyone wants
to watch, even though it's onFriday night. So working on Monday,
working on Friday, where do youhope that you go next week wherever?
Since me, I'll be fine eitherOr. I wasn't thinking that I was
going to be a SmackDown initially andit worked out the way, and I
love smack Down. The locker roomis phenomenal, but I won my busting

(05:43):
up in e RAW and showing themwhat I'm about. Either or is fine
with me. I love my Fridays, though, I will say that,
but then again, I love myMondays, so right or, as long
as I have a schedule, I'mfine with that. If they need me
to do both shows, I'll doboth shows that I feel like I'm eventually
am. So whoever wants me,come get me. I love it.

(06:03):
There's the sales pitch right there,go get Jade. So you know,
you talked about the locker room. You were in a different promotion in the
last couple of years you're in.We now, like, what's been the
locker room around, Like, likeall we hear on the outside is it's
such a better like atmosphere nowadays thanit has been in the past. So
just what's been your experience with thatthe locker room here? The women are

(06:27):
very supportive. They want to seeeverybody win. They want to just keep
on like topping on each other, like, Okay, you had a great
match. It's very competitive in ahealthy way. It's like you had a
great match, I'm gonna go outthere and have a phenomenal match, and
the next person is like, I'mgonna have one better than that. So
everybody's just trying to I'll do theother in a very healthy way because we
want to put off for women's sports. Right now, we have the best
women's locker room that could ever happenright now, and they've all put in

(06:53):
work. Like they've all put inwork, they've all worked with one another.
Being that I'm the new person onthe block, they just want to
see me succeed, you know, everybody's supportive. Everybody's like what you need,
Like if anything is going wrong,Like my first match on Raw,
actually I was having a little minimel time and everybody came to me and
was just like, what do youneed, Like if you need this,
you need to lace up your boots, I got you. You need to

(07:15):
take off your boots, I gotyou. Everybody's just very supportive. It's
a very healthy locker room, veryexperienced locker room, and everybody just wants
everybody to go out there and excelbecause we're putting off the next generation and
we're trying to show not trying, but we're out there doing it and showing
why this is the best locker roomand women's wrestling. We talked about your
your presentation and like Billy Billy mentioned, we're at WrestleMania. We had we

(07:39):
had the we had the press boxtook up. We even got to hang
out with our Gutscha for a couplecouple of minutes. It was an absolute
fun time, but you know itwas you know, when you're out there,
it was pretty cold, right, you know when you make your entrance.
So like I just kind of as, here's a mark question for you,
Jay just as a how much doeshow much? Does that play a
factor once you get into the ringan outdoor stadium like that. Now,

(08:01):
I've always heard that the ring islike heated, like once you start getting
to a new matches, Is itgood or was the Philly weather just kind
of cutting through you all night whenwe were going over our interests initially that
weather and the sun was out atthat time, that was cutting through everything.
But they put heaters in the ringa little bit, and I think
you're adrenaline and everything pumping and going, and you out there trying to put

(08:22):
on your best The weather and howcold it was was kind of in the
background at that point. Me beingon the outside for a while, I
started feeling it a little more andI was like, okay, all right,
and I just started bouncing your droundtrying to get warm again. But
I know what I came to do. I knew we all came to do.
So one thing we were trying.I was literally in my mind,
and this is how you have tothink. I was like, I'm in

(08:43):
Miami right now, laid out onthe beach. The sun is beaming on
me right now, and it's hot, and that's the minds that I had
to have, because yes, itwas code, and I can understand why
the fans were like dealing with allthat coldness. But regardless, they came
and they showed up and they were, you know, the best that they
could be, and I appreciate thatbecause it was freezing cold. So once
we got in that ring, Igot even once we came down off the

(09:07):
top where we were, the mindsetjust switched and the weather was the last
thing in our mind. Honestly,at the end, everybody was probably like
fifteen minutes or twenty minutes after weall were like, oh, it's getting
cold now. That's how focus wewere to put on a match. Yeah,
I can imagine like a tag teammatch, maybe a little bit more
noticeable because you're not in the ringthe whole time, right, you're kind

(09:28):
of yeah, outside, I wasgetting kind of cold out there. For
a second. I'm like, no, I gotta stay warm. And that's
what we were talking about, waslike, geez, I'm going to be
so cold on the side for asecond. But it was pretty warm in
there. It was very warm, and the last thing you thought about was
how cold it was. If anything, the fans were probably dealing with so
much of that. So the factthat we were out there for us and

(09:50):
they were there all night, there'sa difference in the elements there. Sure,
yeah, no doubt, no doubt. Well, Jane, this has
been awesome. One to thank youagain for taking the time here. Just
one more question. We'd like toask all of our wrestlers that are about
to come to a show near usfor our listeners. You know, maybe
there's somebody that's listening right now it'slike I'd love to go to that show,
but maybe kind of on the fenceabout buying tickets. What's kind of

(10:11):
your sales pitch to get people outto smack Down Friday in Cincinnati? Me
Come watch me Friday night on SmackDownApril twenty six at the Heritage Bank Arena.
There's a limited amount of tickets, but hey, you can come still
see Jade Cargo do her thing andkill it and come see where I'm gonna
be drafted, because obviously I shouldbe on night one for figuring out where
they want me to be. ButI'm the sales pitch. That's what I'm

(10:35):
here for. Come and watch mekicking butt, taking names alongside the Great
Biaka Bela and the Great Naomi. The big three love to see it,
and you can see those three womenyour favorite SmackDown superstars. I'm sure you
know Cody Rhads. Everybody been talkingabout him lately. Sure he's going to
be there making appearance, So besure to get your tickets. You can
hit up ticketmaster dot com or whereveryou can find your tickets for Friday night

(10:56):
SmackDown in Cincinnati kind of my hometownarea. I don't know if you're driving
there a little bit. My spouseplayed baseball. Yeah, that that dude
be. We know Brandon Phillips,I know a lot. I know a
lot about Cincinnati. Actually, haveyou ever seen the Florence y'all water Tower
and Florence? All right, That'sthat's where I'm from, right there,

(11:16):
n Nice. I did have onequestion about that because I've always I mean,
we're talking about an all star CincinnatiRed right there, Brandon Phillips,
and what a and an awesome guythat he is. And you guys are
just two ferocious athletes, Like what'sthat dynamic living? Like? I can
only imagine. I asked this questionto Montes for when we're talking about Bianca,
like what like is there is therecompetition on the daily? Do you

(11:39):
get jealous of things that he cando? Does he get jealous of things
that you can do? Or we'rea very competitive family. Our daughter has
that right now where she gets upsetand she'll just drop everything if she's losing.
It's kind of crazy trying to figurethat out right now. But he's
more competitive than I am. I'mcompetitive, but I know when i'm out,
I'm out matched, and I'm likeokay. He's the type of person

(12:00):
where he's like consistent, like nono, no, no no, and
he'll keep trying and trying and trying. And I love that about him.
But you know, when he playedbaseball, I was in the background.
I was doing what I had todo in the background because this is his
room. Now that it's wrestling, this is my room. He's in the
background just supporting me at home andmaking sure that everything is good so I
can go out there and perform thebest way I can. One thing he
knows how to do is entertained. So me watching him entertain and be himself

(12:24):
and be crazy. And if youguys are from Cincinnati, then you know
what kind of person is And watchhim, be himself and take it all
in. You know. It wasa great example for me in this career.
Love to see it. Well, hey J do you take care?
And what we'll see the next Friday? And since he for SmackDown, all
right, let's go Draft Night one.
