So I had a great trip to Vegas. I left
on Friday. A bunch of guys we grew up with,
you know, people I've known since kindergarten, first grade, people
I play fantasy football with, and it's just turned into
this once a year annual trip that we make. And
I put it on the calendar way in advance, and
then it was here. And so I went off to
Vegas and had a great time for the most part,

these guys that I went with, Uh, it's all about
just being at the Caesar Sportsbook, just sitting down all
day for college football on Saturday, all day for NFL
football on Sunday, and just placing tons and tons of
sports bets while watching every single game on giant beautiful televisions. Fun. God,

just so much fun. And like we would take breaks
and just go play crabs and God had so much fun.
And uh, but man, I lost a lot of money.
Oh no, lost a lot of money. How much you
think I probably lost two grand yep, yeah, and it was.
Speaker 3 (01:19):
Ill get you a new fence.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
Yeah right, Actually it won't say, I don't think so.
Maybe in nineteen eighty nine. I but I say that,
but I still have a couple of bets that are pending. Okay.
So I basically what what I would normally do is
I would be losing at craps and then I would
put a ridiculous of you know, just on a whim.
(01:42):
I'd say, all right, give me some money on box
cars here. Whi's like thirty one to one odds or
something like that. And I'd be like, oh, I bet
fifty bucks on that, and now I'm back in business.
Oh nice. That never happened. Oh, it was just I
never had the big comeback moment. It was just a
slow because basically we played so much craps. I did
plainy blackjack, and I would you know, bet on the

pass line and then the number would pop up, and
whatever the number was, let's say that I would bet
that I'm gonna put money on a six and money
on the eight, the second most likely rolls of the dice,
right outside of a seven. And so normally I would
just clean up on that. But what would happen is now,
now I want to be on the on a hard eight,

on a hard six, which is three you know, two
threes or two fours, and so somebody would crap out
and I'd be like, oh my god, I had about
eighty dollars on the table. Just you know, it starts
off with just a little pass line. Now you gotta
put better odds on that. Now I got numbers on
the sixth and eight. Now you got a hard six,
hard eight. Oh you think you might roll box scars
here or snake eyes. That's a one roll. But anyways,
(02:45):
it just I just never had the big moment. You
never had the cosmic synergy where it started going your way. No,
it just never went went my way. But man, it's
the best place in the world for people watching, and
it gets really we were playing a game called Institute
or Not a Prostitute, Classic Vegas, Classic people watching. Yeah,
the ones who for sure are prostitutes. It's obvious. They

come and sit in your lap. It's really obvious. Right,
Maybe some myth in their history, maybe missening a tooth
somewhat attractive, but he's not real named gums Man. So
but it's the more expensive, high class ones one you're
always talking about. Those are hard to tell, right, because
you're like, oh, it's just a wealthy lady in Vegas.

Because it's like it's kind of like on Halloween sometimes.
And Christine has talked about this a lot all the time,
all the time. She has confirmed this. Halloween sometimes women
push the envelope a little bit and have fun. Right, Yeah,
we like to look hot on Halloween.
Speaker 1 (03:42):

And that's a better way to say it. I shouldn't
know how to say it. You were saying slut it
up in Vegas. I think in Vegas you're having fun.
It's almost another opportunity. Women want to look hot in Vegas.
But is it prostitute hot? Interesting, I can't tell. At
some level, you just can't tell. Prostitute hot is a
sliding scale. So I feel like I just kept walking

up and make it. Yeah. I just kept walking up
to green you were a hotel or an older hotel.
I just kept walking up to groups of women going
how much what were you eighteen? And the ones the
ones who answer, Okay, she's a prostitute, Yeah you're I'm
not looking for one. I'm just trying to play the game,
you want to score a hard eight figure out.
Speaker 3 (04:26):
If that's a compliment or not.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
If a guy comes up to you, he's like, I
think how much? But I like, you look like a prostitute,
but like an expensive one. You're horrish. Yeah, hey, yo, seriously,
I'd totally pay to bang you. I mean, I think, yeah,
you're not saying like forty dollars, You're saying, hey, you're
probably like two thousand a night. I'm trying to compliment.
Depending on how it went it to tables, you might
be worth more. But I didn't fare very well in

the game. I can't really tell unless it's obvious, but
the prostitute game, Yeah, the prostitute game. But where I
did place a couple bets that I'm very excited about.
There futures and so these are things that have to
happen as time plays out. One I placed a bet
on the Dallas Mavericks winning the championship. Clearly that's gonna happen,
but you have to to really make the odds something

that the payoffs, something that is worth your time. You
gotta parlay it. So I parlayed it with and you
have to keep it in category. So if I want
to parlay the MAVs winning a championship. I can't do
it with Okay, Cooper Flag will average this many rebounds.
I have to parlay it with another sport championship. Okay,
And so I chose hockey and I chose the Stars. Oh,

that will happen too. So if the MAVs and Stars
both win the championship, I bet one hundred dollars on
that parlay. If it happens, I'll win thirty one dollars
tire pay for your trip. Right, Yeah, he'll retire off that.
I could buy KT offence with that many fens, you know,
no saying I ight are the best fence for that.
You know, dude, get a double board fence. I got

another one, and this one is and I'll ask you
this KT, how many double doubles will Cooper Flag have
this year?
Speaker 3 (06:04):
Case is eighty two games. Yeah, and he's going to
start off slow getting acclimated to the league, but eventually
he's going to start pulling down rebounds, playing like.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
Fourteen Okay, crazy, No, see, I think that's a good number.
So you could either bet on fifteen or more or
twenty or more. But the twenty or more is way
better payoff. Yeah, so that's what I bet one hundred
dollars that he'll get twenty double doubles and if he does,
then I get like five hundred dollars.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
It might happen with assist more than rebut right, it
could be, could it be.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
I don't know.

I think he's going to have assist.

Yeah, I think you're right.

This damn mis information on TikTok because that was also
people putting out no one's going to the fair, and
I'm like, it was a post from nine am, no
one's there yet. Yeah, like people are going to the
fair and people are going to Vegas.

Still, it was awesome, But the problem is once I
got into the mode of like, like the guys I
went with there, they gamble a lot more than I did,
and they brought way more money than I do. I
didn't bring that much money. You're smart and I come smart, right,
But then I can't really hang And so what I
did one night we went to like with this really
expensive dinner, and I just put it on my card

and so just pay me cash. So now I was
flushed with cash. And then we've we flushed with cash
in Vegas. Every time you place a bag, you're like, yeah,
one hundred dollars, Yeah, one hundred dollars, Yeah, one hundred dollars.
So it was a little it's dangerous. Yeah, it's a dangerous.
That's why I love it so much. Yeah, it was
you feel danger and you didn't lose your iPhone this time.

Oh my god, I did not lose my iPhone this time.
So it's a victory, right, yes, get right, trip all right? Anyways, Uh,
