listen on a Sunday, listen at morning, listen at night.
You make the rules. You listen however you'd like, We

(00:32):
appreciate that. Coming up here a bit later in the
show at five point thirty, it's the scroll Patrol. Pretty
interesting little nugget I stumbled across about weddings that has
gone viral. Then in the big finish, can this movie
save rom coms? Coming up here in about ten minutes.
China is kicking our butts at what But right now
it's time for this tell us come.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
On surprise all right.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Earlier in the show, we were talking about this list
at dallascowboys dot Com with the Auctionnard portion of Dallas
Cowboys training camp. Concluding, they listed the top twenty players
from camp, and we rattled through that list earlier. Some
surprises on there, but will we be surprised by the
top ten performers in camp thus far? According to Dallascowboys

(01:32):
dot com, if there was somebody that it would help
the Cowboys the most, if he had one of the
top ten best camps, who would it be that? You
would say, I hope this guy's on that list because
that means good things.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
I would say, what the cornerback I think his name
is Elam, I would say, if he's in that top
ten list, I would be very happy about that.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
For me, it'd be Mozzie Smith. Oh yeah, uh if
that's even better.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
If Mozzie Smith was on that list, that would mean,
oh my god, not a wasted first round pick.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
You know.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
I think maybe the reason I didn't say that is
I was one thousand percent sure he wasn't. Yeah, I'm
sure he's not either, But no, you're right. He's the
guy that needs to be something for them more than anybody.
All Right, we'll start at number ten.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
This is good news. Javonte Williams Okay. He came into
camp as the number one running back and he leaves
camp as the number one running back. And so he
held up. You know, Miles Sanders banged up, Jaden Blue
was banged up two but nonetheless, Javonte Williams are pretty
complete back and he's locked it down.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
He's wearing number thirty three. Oh, let's go a nice
trivia to uh. I don't know if you should do that,
can you? I don't even understand. So if you're in
the Ring of Honor, you can still have your people,
can still wear your number. Well, yeah, number nine ninth
best camp according to dallascowboys dot com Osa Odigi Zua good.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
It's good.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Yeah, paid and he he's a good player. Yeah, he's
their best interior alignment.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
No drop off after a huge payday brings us to
number eight. Donovan Azaraku that is badass.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
Kati had full tizzle Chubb when we got him because
he thought he was a first round pick and he
I think he led the NCAA in sacks last year.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
I know he had a ton of them. That's exciting. Ben.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Yeah, he slipped to the second round and they grabbed
him even though it wasn't They just went best player available,
which they should.

Speaker 4 (03:32):
You'd love to see that because you never know if
you're not gonna sign Micah.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Right, and dude, their pass rush is good without Micah, yeah,
but with Micah it's one of the best.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Yes. Anyways, he's shown a ton of promise and that's great.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
We should just be like the early nineties Eagles and
blitz on every day, every down five, roll with five
defensive linemen and send them all go bring it.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Number seven safety Maleek Hooker. Okay, this is great. Now.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
They've got so many first round picks on this roster.
He was one of those, and this is his change
of scenery. And he's been here for a minute now.
But you know, going into the season, I didn't you
know this camp rather, you know, safety play has been
a bit of a concern. They played good and then
last year weren't so good. But it's good to hear. Okay,
he's on the top ten list. That's a great sign.
They need that.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
Yeah, and especially he's kind of known for being a
you know, a good tackling safety and you'd imagine running
backs will get into that secondary a little bit.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Another player from the defensive side, showing up here at
number six, the sixth best camp on the Cowboys, according
to Dallas Cowboys dot Com.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Maurice Leafou okay.

Speaker 4 (04:37):
Another linebacker that needs to step up, So that's great.
He I've been reading a lot about him though he's
he's been real buzzy.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Yeah, people are digging what he's doing.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
So that's great news for the defense, any of these
if the defense could be better than we thought. Number
five Number five your guy kyr el el Kyla.

Speaker 4 (04:55):
He he had the splashiest play camp because he got
a badass interception th and picked up a kid and
held him to the heavens like lion king. But yeah,
I mean he's a former. I think he was a
first round pick and they got him. And if he
can reach his potential, that's so needed because the cornerback
depth is minimal.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Another change of scenery guy, Yeah, it's working out really
well for him, having a great camp.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Number four Cavante Turpin Aha dynamic.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
He's having an incredible camp and Dallas Cowboys dot Com
says that he's having the fourth best camp there so
only three guys ahead of him. They saw bubble screens, reverses, handoffs,
even deep balls as a receiver.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Uh has everybody.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Wondering just what his role is going to be in
this upcoming season.

Speaker 4 (05:48):
Yeah, he's he's a gadget guy and they got to
use him because his speed is game changing. Number three
George Pickens. Nice, I had a feeling he'd be up
near the top. Number two Dakota Prescott. Okay, that's great.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
Yeah, and number one the best camp of any Dallas
Cowboys players, according to Dallascowboys dot.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
Com Cede Lamb.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
So you got CD dak George Pickens, and Cavante Turpin
the top four camps. This offense is absolutely going to cook. Yeah,
at least their passing game is all right. There you
have it. There's cussing the Cowboys coming up next. In
the weekly weekday Update, China is kicking our butts at
what that's coming up next
