Chris Jo. So early last months, there was a huge show,
huge Metallica show in Australia at pers Optus Stadium and

they climbed these speaker towers. They thought it'd be a
good idea to climb some speaker towers. Now, I don't
know if you guys, I'm trying to put it in
perspective because I don't remember showing you guys the video.
The video is terrifying to watch. They were just climbing

these ladders and I looked at how tall these speaker
towers were. They're fifty meters tall, about one hundred and
sixty four feet, and these guys were just like, yeah,
let's just climb this.

Well, it's terrifying because I'm pretty sure they were drunk
while they did it. Now they didn't get hurt, which
is very very good. They did get arrested and they
were charged with trespassing. Like at the concert that day,
they were immediately kicked out and they had to go
to court. Well, they just went to court. The judge
told them this was incredibly stupid of you. So not

only do you need to pay for this trespassing fine,
you need to pay these court fines. You are now
banned from not just Metallica shows, but the entire stadium.
They cannot go to that stadium ever again. They are
now banned for life.

it where Jeff Buckley had or Ben Harper's recon story,

befriended Ben Harper and they're on a on a tour
together and He's like, Hey, after the show, we're gonna
go over to this festival. We're gonna see Robert Plant,
Jimmy Page. I want you to come with me. So
Ben Harper was trying to find him, couldn't find him.
In the middle of the show, he looks up and
Buckley is about five stories up hanging off of a scaffolding,
watching the show, and I was like, do you guys

remember in the early nineties, what's his name, Eddie Veder?

Eddie Vedder would go up in the rafters and hang
off the stuff. And it's like, that's a tough thing

Oasis claims, well, they didn't really claim. Reportedly, Oasis turned
down an opportunity to play at the Sphere because Liam
Gallagher said that Bono was talking about how it was
just so expensive to put on the production there, so

it wasn't really worth it, and so they Again we
don't know for sure if the Sphere reached out to
them or not, but he's basically just saying that they
would not play this fear, would not play this fear.

Is it like the super Bowl where you pay for
the production yourself?

So they're saying that we have to make a business
decision if we're gonna have to put it pay for
all this production.

aren't as good as if they just go do a
show somewhere. In other words, you know all the money
that goes in not theyically have money. The attendance is limited.
But like if you're doing a residency and you're doing
it over long, the Eagles are getting ready to go
back and do another.

Stiff Fish is doing it again too, And that's why
I'm like, are you sure, Like maybe Bono's just.

what they do for one show versus what they do

after their final show, and I think it was probably like,
we probably don't need to do this right now. I

just say, oh, Bono said this, so we gotta do it.
