Speaker 1 (00:06):
He's in a second wild story about what a judge
told this guy who was in court with a funny
T shirt on. But there's also a story that I
have to get to involving it's Look, it's not as
serious as as as it's gonna sound when I say it,
(00:26):
but it's a little serious. An ice protester got shot
the other day, and listen to what he said about it.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
I was on my bike. I had just gotten off
and I was getting a water bottle from my backpack,
and then they started pushing forward, and then they started shouting.
Moved back, but I'm still like fixing myself up, my backpack,
my bike, and then they just pushed me just instinct,
just until the cop like, don't don't push me. I'm
already moving back, and then the cop right next to
him had a gun and aimed and shot. He was
(00:53):
like what like two three feet away. After I got hit,
I couldn't really walk. I was just like it's much
in shock. And then they're still pushing me. I needed
this is it down for a bit, but they just
they just kept pushing.
Speaker 3 (01:06):
Right now, I'm at home.
Speaker 2 (01:08):
The injury was sustained to my my growing. I have
a bruise left testicle.
Speaker 3 (01:14):
And my right testicle was actually shattered.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
He said that they somewhat fixed it so it should
have some function, but it's still very badly damaged.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
Man, dude, it's awful that rational Bill has lost.
Speaker 3 (01:30):
I was thinking he sounded like rational Bill.
Speaker 4 (01:33):
I don't love the idea of the medical news being
we somewhat fixed it, right, Yeah, it feels vague.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
Okay, so the left one bruised, but the right one shattered.
Speaker 5 (01:43):
He buried the lead. Why not lead would shatter and
a bruise. So they shot him with like pellets or yeah?
Was he like standing in front of cars and that
type of thing.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:55):
I mean, you guys saw the live footage of the
reporter getting shot with a rough bullet.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
Yeah, the Australian chick.
Speaker 4 (02:02):
Yeah, dude, the officer just turned and I mean you
can see him in the background. He just turned and
fired on her. And she's wearing a vest that says reporter.
It's clear she's not protesting, she's doing a report and
the guy just turned and fired at her.
Speaker 5 (02:19):
It's insane crazy right now, dude. The thing that scares
me the most is when people try to stop traffic. Yeah,
I worry for their safety me too, because you know,
I've seen I seem to see these clips like every
day if people getting run over, like they're trying to
they're stand in front of a car and the car
is like I'm going, I'm going, and they're still getting
in front of the car, right, they just get rolled up.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
I'm like, that's a dangerous place to protest.
Speaker 5 (02:43):
And sure is.
Speaker 4 (02:44):
But I've also seen clips of skateboard dudes just standing
in front of a car because they're like, I'm skateboarding,
oh just blocking Yeah, dude along these lines.
Speaker 5 (02:54):
It's not a protest. But the dumbest thing is when
you see people take over an intersection and start doing donuts. Yeah,
it seems like every time somebody gets sideswiped and launched, yes,
like and then they just hop back up.
Speaker 3 (03:05):
It's brutal, but that's nasty. Yeah, tough tough day for
that guy. Let's go to court, a very tough day.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
Tough day for rational bill there, real quick, before I
move on, I do want to hear his diagnosis there
at the end one more time.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
We have time for that, because that is kind of strange.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
Testicle and my right testicle was actually shattered. They said
that they somewhat fixed it, so it should have some function,
but it's still very badly damaged.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
On one hand, it's going to explode perfectly as designed.
On the other hand, it will not work. Doctor coming
in and we somewhat fixed it. Man, you know, good luck.
So let's go to court here. This is in Beaumont.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
You know. They they're trying to get a lot of
people through the system. So you have the judge up
there and then you have to find out if they
have a lawyer or not. And this guy just was
wearing a T shirt and jeans, and the judges miked up.
And here's what she said to him because he was
wearing a funny T shirt. Sammy Morris.
Speaker 6 (04:19):
Kenny, good morning, sir. What makes you think that was
a good shirt to wear to court this month? That's
all you could find? This all the only shirt you
had in your closet. World's best part.
Speaker 3 (04:38):
There's more, But wow, I don't have a problem with this.
Why do you have to dress up to go to court?
Speaker 5 (04:46):
Got to respect like the judge? Well, I mean it's
kind of you're kind of going before a king and
they get to decide what they're going to do to you.
So if you come with some disrespect, you're likely not
to have it go your way.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
Anything, you should have lounge. You guys have been to
jury duty and court and all that stuff. It's just
a waste of everyone's time. Yeah, it's like you should
have comfortable clothes. Maybe wants to have a statement T
shirt like this World's best farter.
Speaker 6 (05:11):
That's great, No, it says I can read it. I
see what it says at the bottom. You're a fell
any court. You need to address appropriately to fell any court.
And that's not appropriate.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
Did you get someone hired?
Speaker 4 (05:28):
You know what I'd say, If she's already telling him
that he's a fellon, it might be appropriate.
Speaker 5 (05:34):
He's cooked anyways.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
Yeah, and what he was in for, though, was for
farting on someone assault. It's like the time Roy White
wore a tight butthole shirt to the Rangers John Blake Love.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
What is that tight buttle? All right?
Speaker 5 (05:51):
So we wanted to be a loose Speaking of sports,
a major sports crisis in Dallas Fort Worth that involves
almost every team here that's coming up in just over
three minutes.
Speaker 3 (06:01):
That's next in sports
