Speaker 1 (00:01):
I want to get to a conversation that I had
earlier today, actually I say late last night with Senator
Ted Cruz about illegal immigrants in this country and specifically
those that are coming across that are creating havoc and

going after young children. Now, what's even more sick is
the fact that Democrats are actually laughing about the fact
that this is happening this country and laughing when we
talk about people that are dying. I want you to
listen to congresswoman who is jpl who is sitting there

with Joy Read on MSNBC, and they laugh about kids
being killed.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Listen carefully.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
There's a lot of fear, Here's a lot of fustury, absolutely,
you know. And I think is kind of remarkable that
the polls I look at the national polls, actually Americans
still support immigrants. Yea, support immigration. It's just that they
would like to see a system that actually works and
that can keep them safe secure, and all of us
want that. And you know, I've been working on this

issue for twenty years before I came to Congress in
the streets as an activist.

Speaker 4 (01:15):
Let me let me tell you this is one of
the reasons that people have these sort of thinking this
sort of thinking.

Speaker 5 (01:20):
Here's the three cable.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
Networks reporting of this is our banner said soon Biden
announces legal protections for undocumented spouses the citizens. CNN's banner said,
Biden announces new protections for some undocumented spouses. Here was
Fox's banner. Migrant arrested for raping thirteen year old years.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Yes, and so I think that's part of the problem.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
Says that you have a lot of the farmer.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Exactly, and that we know that when people have economic insecurity.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
So it's a joke.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Now, this is haha, funny, funny, right, Like this is hilarious.
Oh look how funny it is. Oh yeah, they're fear
mongering over there at Fox News Channel because it's just
so funny, right, It's just this is just a it's
a joke.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Let's go back to what happened in Houston and this
migrant charged with the murder of a twelve year old
and the story behind this. This person was released into
the US just weeks ago. Police in Houston have arrested

not one, but two migrants from Venezuela for the murder
of a twelve year old Jocelyn who was lured away
from her home, then strangled, raped, and dumped in a byo.
One of the suspects crossed the border legally less than
a month before the shocking murder and was released into
the US after claiming he feared for his life if

he was sent back to his home country. Sources of
now told the Post, So this is the lie. They
know how to lie, right. They all come in and
they seek asylum because they're like, Oh, if I go back,
they're gonna kill me. My host country, Venezuela.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
So I can't go. Therefore, I got to stay here.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Martinez twenty one Ramos twenty six, were charged Thursday with
capital murder, capital murder, folks capital murder. Department of Homeland
Security sources said that Ramos crossed in El Paso, Texas,
on May the twenty eighth. He was released soon after
his interaction with border agents. He told authorities that he

planned to live with his cousin Houston until his quarter
appears in July. Agents put a GPS tracker on Ramos,
which was set to monitor his location for twenty one days.
Twenty one days. Sources said obviously that had nothing to
do with this listen to what they said about this

when they were going through all of this, and again
they're trying to find this little girl.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
They know that she's gone, and.

Speaker 5 (03:54):
Here it is.

Speaker 6 (03:56):
The mayor was with me on Tuesday night late as
we were going through and looking to see if we
could find anything else, and the teams were out there
and they were scouring every potential video feed and they
were talking to everybody possible that might have seen something
or hurt something. And their hard work paid off because
we were able to find video and get trace the

movements of our suspects and are of Jocelyn and all
the way to the point of where she was murdered
and left in a bayou in the water.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
They dumped her body, They raped her, they used her,
they abused her, they strangled her, and they dumped her
body in the bayou thinking that was fun.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Onto the next The.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
Federal government says these GPS tracker on Ramos, which was
set to monitors location for twenty one days right until
his courtinate. I guess what happened there. It's unclear whether
he was wearing the tracker when he was murdered. The
second suspect crossed the border in Alpaso Martinez on March
the fourteenth, released where they coordinated in August. He also

had a GPS monitor, but was removed from the program
in May, according to the sources, Right, so, oh yeah,
we got trackers on them and then we take them off.
Investigators identify the suspects from surveillance footage after they were
seen following Jocelyn as she walked into a local convenience store.
Was Her body was found in a swampy creek on
Monday by Houston resident who happened to be driving by.

She thought the girl was a floating mannequin at first,
a floating mannequin.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Let me play this for you from the local news
ABC thirteen.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
In Houston covering this and again, this is the reality
of where we are with this violent crime. You know,
remember back in sixteen when Trump said they're sending their worst.
Many of these countries are sending their worst. These people
that are coming here, there's rapists, there're human saggors, they
are drug traffickers, they're murders, their sexual offenders. And then

everybody said, oh, he's racist, he hates Mexicans. That's no,
that's not the case at all. He was just telling
you the truth, and everything he said has been turned
into very clear reality.

Speaker 7 (06:13):
Last moments, a twelve year old Jocelinnngree was seen alive
outside of a seven eleven before her little body was
found in a creek in the Green's Point area. New
at six ABC thirteenth, Book Taylor spoke with the girl's
mother as detectives look for two people they say may
be connected to her death.

Speaker 8 (06:30):
In the final moments before her murder, twelve year old
Joscelyn Nungari is captured outside of seven eleven, where the
man police are trying to find.

Speaker 9 (06:38):
Her mom spoke to us, She's meant to be here,
She's supposed.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
To be here.

Speaker 8 (06:43):
Police ay the twelve year old girl snuck out of
her home after ten pm Sunday night. On Monday morning,
her mom traced her cell phone to the skatepark. Her
body found in a creek nearby on West Rink and Road.
According to the Medical Examiner's Office, she was strangled to death.
Houston police are looking to speak to the two people
who were seen talking to her, and employee says she

was a regular customer wearing a black T shirt and
jean She's seen outside on her phone, pacing back and forth.
Mayor John Whitmeyer says she was on the phone with
her thirteen year old boyfriend, who told investigators he heard
two adults in the background.

Speaker 9 (07:18):
She's not want to be aggressive and likes not talking
to me. I don't know you. She's very shy and
very quiet and keeps to herself a lot, and she
just I felt like she maybe didn't want to be
rude and was just trying to you know. That's why
she kept pacing back and forth and walking and just
trying to safely get away from the situation.

Speaker 8 (07:38):
She's pleading with the community for help, and this is
how she wants her daughter remembered.

Speaker 9 (07:43):
She had aspirations for life. She just loved everyone and
was so kind, the greatest friend you could ever think of.

Speaker 8 (07:51):
Brooke Taylor, ABC thirteen Eyewitness News.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
You listen that mom, and this is a crime that
should have never happened, should have never ever happened, and
yet it did.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
Right, this should have never happened. This is the problem that.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
We have is that this is happening, and we witness
it happen, and no one seems to want to stop
this from happening. In the Democratic Party This is an
election year issue and it's putting American lives at risk.

Speaker 7 (08:24):
The murder of twelve year old Joscelyn Nungari has angered
many people in our area, including the mayor of Houston. Tonight,
he's got a message for the justice system now that
two people have been arrested.

Speaker 10 (08:35):
ABC thirteen's Luke Jones is at the Harris County Jail
where the suspects could appear in court overnight.

Speaker 11 (08:42):
It turns out these guys were living less than a
mile from where Nungary was strangled and her body found dumped. Today,
the Mayor making it a point to say he doesn't
think they should be released unbonded. Brendy's Lopez says he
pointed the men's apartment out to police. Construction workers, he
says from other countries. One tried making a run for it,

but both ended up in cuffs, twenty one year old
Johann Jose Rngel Martinez at twenty six year old Franklin
Jose Pineramos.

Speaker 12 (09:13):
The rest have taken place, the charge has been filed.
Now we want the justice system to do its job.
If there was ever a circumstance where you do not
give someone bail.

Speaker 5 (09:24):
This is it, Police say.

Speaker 11 (09:25):
They used surveillance video to piece together a timeline of
the men's whereabouts. They were first seen leaving a restaurant
Sunday night, then running too Hungarian, Kirkandahl and walk with
her to.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
A convenience store.

Speaker 11 (09:37):
Just after midnight Monday. The three leave and are seen
heading under this bridge sometime after one am, before the
two men.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
Emerge alone and head home.

Speaker 11 (09:48):
Hungary's body discovered hours later around six am.

Speaker 6 (09:52):
We have performed a center submitted for a special assault
kit to be performed.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
I look at this and you hearing say, we have
this sexual assault kit. They knew what they were doing,
They pre planned it. They found a twelve year old
girl at night at a seven eleven after she snuck
out of her house, and they knew what they were doing.
They knew it, They understood what they were doing.

Speaker 5 (10:18):

Speaker 1 (10:21):
I am incredibly frustrated to see that this is happening.
And when it's happening, you have this just numbness. You
go back to the case that I talked about earlier,
where you have another child that was killed in New
York City. This migrant there was released into this country.

We knew that he was going to be released.

Speaker 12 (10:51):
It was no.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
Problem for the federal government to say, yeah, we're gonna
release her again. This twelve year old girl, by the way,
she played the cello in school. She had braces, she
was twelve, She looked twelve. They knew this was a
twelve year old. They didn't care. I want to know
what crimes have committed back in their host country. I

want to know what their rap she looks like there.
I want to know why we're sitting here having this
conversation right now. You look at the Houston Police Department
and they're angry. But the reality is there's well over
a million illegal immigrants in Houston. This, unfortunately, will happen again.

It's going to It is going to happen again, over
and over again. We see these crimes happen, and every
single time, the same exact thing happens. Let's go by
the way to back to this story in New York.
You have an illegal alien who allegedly raped a thirteen
year old girl in New York City, and it just
got We're now being told much worse. An illegal immigrant

from Ecuador who was arrested in can with a sexual
assault of the thirteen year old gol in New York
City admitted he filmed the attack as he became more
comfortable during the attack. This twenty five year old illegal immigrant,
Christian is his name, was taken to custody this week.
Charged against him are pending. He reportedly entered the United

States of America for the first time in twenty twenty one.
Last week, the thirteen year old girl and a thirteen
year old boy were held at knife point by this
individual with a machete style blade and tied up when
the girl was reportedly assaulted by him. The NYPD offered
a ten thousand dollars reward for information leading to the
illegal aliens arrest. The New York Post noted that they

that a group of Good Samaritans located him and called
him out as a rapist before smacking him around and
tying him up with a belt as they waited for
the cops to arrive. Reportedly, no one has come forward
to claim the reward. According to multiple reports, he confessed

the cops he recorded the attack. The chilling admission quote
by Christian broke the silence in an otherwise hushed court
hearing in which he was arraigned on charges of rape,
predatory sexual assault, kidnapping, and a rap of other felonies
from this shocking June thirteenth attack.

Speaker 5 (13:23):
In a park.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
I was nervous at first, he said, then got comfortable
and recorded it, he admitted in the videotaped statement Prosecutor
sett in Queen's Criminal Court, drawing well shock from the
audience in the courtroom. The man claimed that he saw
the two thirteen year olds having sexual relations.

Speaker 2 (13:43):
When he approached them, he used the knife to cut
off her clothes.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
After he committed the sexual assault, he stole both of
the teen's phones and then fled.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
I went to buy drugs afterwards, he said.

Speaker 1 (13:55):
The two teams sought help at a nearby school and
provide the NYPDS sketch artist with an incredible detail of
the individual. It is amazing that from what they went through,
their identification, their memory of the tattoos, the braces, the
Queen's systic attorney said, all of which was on point.
The New York Daily News reported that the man entered

the US through Eagle Pass, Texas in June twenty twenty
one with a three year old child. He was reportedly
staying in a single room occupancy in a queen's basement
instead of return to Ecuador like he was supposed to.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
So another one that was supposed to leave.

Speaker 1 (14:31):
After he crossed in the US, he lost his immigration
status and was required to return to Ecuador, but he
never did. He currently has a warrant out for his
arrest by immigration authorities. He has an ex wife and
two children, according to prosecutors. After reports broke that the
man record the attack, Georgia Republican Representative Mike Collins suggests

the illegal alien received the death penalty.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Can't disagree with that.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
Senator Ted Cruz talking about the problems that we're having
with the legal immigration in this country, and now the
carnage is being left behind as the legal immigrants are
turning on our children.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Take a listen to what he had to say.

Speaker 10 (15:11):
I gotta say the facts, these cases are all horrific,
but I don't know that there's one that makes me
more angry than this. This is a beautiful little girl.
Let me read you from the coverage of the New
York Post tonight. Here's the headline. Migrant charged with murder
of twelve year old Joscelyn Nungari was released into the

US just weeks ago now listen to the reporting. Police
and Houston have arrested two migrants from Venezuela for the
murder of twelve year old Joscelyn Nungari, who was lured
away from home, then strangled and dumped in a bayou.
One of the suspects crossed the border illegally less than

a month before the shocking murder and was released into
the US after claiming he feared for his life if
he was sent back to his home country, Sources told
The Post. Johann Jose Rangel Martinez, twenty one and Franklin
Jose Penya Ramos, twenty six.

Speaker 5 (16:15):
Were charged Thursday with capital murder.

Speaker 10 (16:20):
Department of Homeland Security sources said Penya Ramos crossed into
El Paso, Texas on May twenty eighth, less than a
month ago. He was released soon after his interaction with
border agents. He told authorities that he planned to live
with his cousin in Houston until his court appearance in July.

Sources said agents put a GPS tracker on Penya Ramos,
which was only set to monitor his location for twenty
one days. It was unclear whether he was wearing the
tracker when Jocelyn was murdered. Investigators identified the suspects from
surveillance fee after they were seen following Jocelyn as she

walked into a local convenience store. Her body was found
in a swampy creek on Monday by a Houston resident
who happened to be driving by. She told ktr KTV
she thought the girl was a floating mannequin. At first,
I did a U turn and I stopped on the bridge,

put my flashers on, looked down and I realized it
was someone. I parked right here and called nine one
one immediately, she said. The two migrants were arrested at
a local apartment complex, where they had been living as roommates.
Cops said Homeland Security is opened an investigation into the

suspects immigration history. The victim's mother, Alexis Nungari, said her
daughter sleep sneaked out of their apartment late Sunday. She
told local outlet k that she was taken advantage of
by her killers. I'm like angry that they took advantage

of her. She was so young, she was twelve. You
took my baby away. You took her away. Now I
get to let her little brother know his older sister
is never coming home.

Speaker 5 (18:21):
She said.

Speaker 10 (18:23):
She turned into a beautiful, beautiful young lady. Alexis said,
I was really looking forward to seeing how she was
going to be, and they took every opportunity away from
me and my family. Houston Mayor John Whitner Whitmyer, Democrat,
said Thursday that Jocelyn's murder affected him personally as a
grandfather and a father. It doesn't get any worse if

there is any circumstance where you deny bail.

Speaker 5 (18:49):
This is it, Ben, This is freakin horrific.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
The part that is so frustrating to me is the
fact that the PO officials described these two individuals and
let's talk about who's coming across the border. You've got
Martinez's twenty one. You've got Ramos, who's twenty six. They've
been arrested, they've been charged now with capitol murder by
Houston police, as you mentioned, in connection with the strangulation

death of this twelve year old girl. They apparently either
followed her or walked with her to the seven to eleven.
And you look at this and you realize that not
only did they know what they were doing, but these
two people are now being accused of strangling her to death,

raping her, and then leaving her body in this creek.
At the bridge, the mother is said she jumped in
her car impinged her on her cell phone, which led
her to the creek. When she arrived, police officers were
canvassing the scene. The mother was told about an hour
later that the police had found her body in that creek.
These are two military age men coming into this country

killing a twelve year old. We don't know who these
people are, we don't know their background, we don't know
what crimes they may have committed before this in Venezuela.
And yet the Biden administration says, no, no, no, you're good.
We're going to track you for twelve days. We don't
even know if the tracker was on. And the question
I would ask is if the tracker was off, for example,

is there any mechanism in place to then really start
looking for the individuals before they go out and kill one.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
Of our kids.

Speaker 10 (20:32):
Every week, this is happening over and over and over again. No,
the Biden administration doesn't care. No Democrat in Congress cares.
And you may think that's harsh, but if they cared,
they would do something about it. Every time we force
a vote to stop this, every single Democrat, all of
them votes know and they do it over and over again. Look,
I got to tell you, if you look at the

picture of this twelve year old girl, I'm sorry, but
this really upsets me. As you know, I have teenage daughters. Yeah,
she's twelve, she has braces, she has braces. I'm looking
at her thinking that these animals, these monsters, murdered this child.
And I gotta say, this case reminds me of the

most significant case that I litigated when I was Solicitor
General of Texas. It was a case that dealt with
a criminal, a murder named Jose or Neesto Mediin now Mediine,
like these two, was an illegal immigrant. He was an
illegal immigrant from Mexico, and Jose or Nesto Mediine. In
nineteen ninety three, he was part of a gang that

raped and murdered two teenage girls in Houston. They were
fourteen and sixteen years old, Elizabeth Panya and Jennifer Irtman.

Speaker 5 (21:53):
It was a case that was horrific.

Speaker 10 (21:57):
Just like this case, the strangled the girls and in
that case they violently raped them.

Speaker 5 (22:04):
We don't know. I pray that did not happen. Here.

Speaker 10 (22:06):
We don't know right now if that happened or not.
But in the case of Mediane, he wrote a handwritten confession.
It's four pages, handwritten. I've read it, I've held those pages,
which is sickening. He bragged about what he did. He
was proud of what he did. He bragged about how

one of the little girls had a Mickey mousewatch that
he kept as a trophy of the night because he
was so proud of raping and murdering these teenage girls.

Speaker 5 (22:37):
This is sick.

Speaker 10 (22:38):
There is evil in this world. And I argue this
case twice in the US Supreme Court. I prevailed twice,
and ultimately Mediine was executed. He was executed for those
horrific murders. But I got to tell you, I visited
with their parents, and I got to tell you, Look,
you're a dad, Ben, How is a dad?

Speaker 5 (22:57):
How is a mom?

Speaker 10 (22:58):
Do you live with knowing what your child's last minutes
on earth were and knowing how horrific they were?

Speaker 5 (23:07):
I mean it.

Speaker 10 (23:08):
I stood on the Supreme Court steps with the parents
of those girls, and look, I gotta admit I feel
for the dads because I like understand them I feel
for the moms obviously too, but as a dad, there's
something there's a feeling of helplessness and rage and like,
how did they take my baby? And what is wrong?

And what can I do about it? And that's what
just happened again in Houston from another illegal alien committing
another horrific crime.

Speaker 1 (23:39):
One other thing I want to bring up real quick
about illegal immigrants. There has been leaked new numbers of
patients who are testing positive for STDs.

Speaker 2 (23:51):
In Houston, Texas, for example.

Speaker 1 (23:53):
Now the majority they're saying these are apparently are illegal
immigrants who are bringing these diseases across our southern border. Gonorrhea,
more than three thousand, syphilis, thirty six hundred No, I'm sorry,
I got that wrong, twenty two thousand, seven hundred and
fifteen HIV, seventeen thousand, two hundred and seventy two HIV

case reports from adults, three hundred and fifteen HIV case
reported from pediatric from children eighteen.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
There's all of these other numbers that have just come out,
and they're worried.

Speaker 1 (24:31):
These leaked images of the number of patients who tested
positive for STDs has gone viral because it is very
clear that This is a problem when you have people
come in this country and you don't know who they are, Okay,
like you don't know who they are.

Speaker 2 (24:48):
This is an issue. Now, there's also something else that happened.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
Doctor Phil's got his new show out, and this goes
back to what I was talking about with the economy.
I want to play this for you. Audio is a
little rough, so you're gonna have to listen carefully. But
there's this video of doctor Fear explaining today's inflation. It
has gone viral because he's explaining that, like, if you
think Biden is helping you out, if you think Biden's

running the country the right way, and I just gave
you all the numbers and where we are, just look
to the average family, and he's just telling you the numbers.

Speaker 2 (25:20):
He's not making a political statement. I'm making a political statement.
I'll make that clear.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
But I want you to hear what doctor Phil said
to his audience when he's talking about, Hey, how much
does it cost? Now?

Speaker 2 (25:30):
How expensive is it? How are things? How much does
everything costing?

Speaker 13 (25:34):
You? Listenatricity twenty five percent, increase, auto insurance up thirty
three percent, use cars up thirty five percent, hotels up
fifteen percent, Groceries this matters, up twenty five percent. And
this is a big one. You need eleven thousand, four
hundred and thirty four dollars additional just to maintain the

same living standard that you had in twenty twenty one.
Did y'all get a raise?

Speaker 9 (26:06):

Speaker 13 (26:07):
Between now and then. But that's what's happening. Rent is
up thirty percent, mortgage rates doubled. It's getting worse, not better.
So what do you tell yourself about what you're gonna do,
how you're going to go about climbing out of this
because we're headed in the wrong direction.

Speaker 6 (26:26):
All that, ladies and gentlemen and everyone else.

Speaker 5 (26:29):
That is called bidenomics.

Speaker 4 (26:32):
That is called bidenomics.

Speaker 1 (26:34):
And we are very proud of bidenomatricity.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
I mean, you look at those numbers and the way
that he described it, and he's right.

Speaker 1 (26:42):
You put that at the end, You put at the
end the part there I mean about how high things
have gone. Cars are up thirty five percent, hotels up
fifteen percent, groceries up twenty five percent.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
This is bidenomics.

Speaker 1 (26:58):
You need eleven four thirty four dollars now to live
the same lifestyle that you lived in twenty twenty one,
did you get an eleven thousand dollars raise?

Speaker 2 (27:08):
That's That's where we are.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
Electricity is up twenty five percent, auto insurance up thirty
three percent, used cars up thirty five Who can afford this?

Speaker 2 (27:20):
We better wake up or we're gonna get in serious trouble.
