Speaker 1 (00:01):
I honestly am not even sure where to start because
there's so much news that is breaking that is so
bad for the Biden crime family.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
So I'm going to run.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
Through all of it for you, and today's show is
one of those where I'm just going to tell you
take notes, get your pen and paper out, because there's
a hell of a lot that's happening right now, including
a headline from the Washington Post. Now, the Washington Post
is by far the most liberal newspaper in Washington, d c.
In fact, it's one of the leading liberal, woke newspapers
(00:33):
in all of America. They have this headline, hunter Biden's
career of benefiting from his father's name. The president son
has had a complex, even tortured relationship with the Biden brand,
so they're admitting now that there is actually a Biden brand.
I'm going to have that for you coming up in
(00:54):
a little bit, but before we even get to that,
I want to tell you about some shocking news that
deals with Jack Smith.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
Jack Smith is.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
The special prosecutor that's been named to go after Donald J.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Trump, and this is a communist.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
Slash dictator slash socialist that has gone all in to
try to put Donald Trump in prison for what would be,
in essence, a life sentence.
Speaker 2 (01:18):
We also know now how psychotic Jack.
Speaker 1 (01:21):
Smith actually is, how vindictive he is.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
What do I mean by that? Well, here's the news.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
Jack Smith demanded that Twitter give info on quote, every
American who interacted with the President Donald J. Trump, all
users who liked or retweeted posts from the President of
the United States of America. Special Counsel Jack Smith demanded
(01:51):
in a search warrant sent to Twitter also known as
X Now, I want you to imagine this scenario. Every
person that retweeted, every person that posted, every person that
liked anything that Donald Trump has ever said on Twitter,
and one of the biggest accounts on Twitter.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
Jack Smith wanted an enemy's list.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
He wanted to know every person that liked and or
supported Donald Trump.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
This is not a joke. The media, by the way, not.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
Talking about this enemy's list, which is exactly why I'm
telling you right now. Please share this information with your family,
your friends, and post this on every place that you
possibly can on social media. The Special Council Jack Smith,
in this search warrant that was sent to x formally Twitter,
(02:44):
requested a vast swath of information about the account of
former President Donald J. Trump, as well as information on
the millions of accounts that interacted with it. Now here's
the most psychotic part of this actual search warrant sent
by this special counsel, Jack Smith. He said that, and
this is in the search hort from your United States government.
(03:06):
He's doing his job on behalf of quote, you and
your tax dollars are paying for this crap.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
He wanted even those that like to tweet by.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
Donald Trump in the timeframe of October twenty twenty to
January twenty twenty one. Heavily redacted search hort requests a
list of all users who liked or retweeted posts from
Trump between October of twenty twenty and January of twenty
twenty one, including quote, all associated logs and metadata which
(03:38):
could cover location data of the individuals who were liking
and or retweeting these posts. So to be clear wherever
you were at that moment, where you retweeted or liked
a tweet by Donald Trump between October of twenty twenty
and January of twenty twenty one, including all associated logs
(04:02):
and metadata of where you may have been, the location
data of where you were logged in where you were,
where you were driving, where you were vacationing, your kids, school,
your home address, whatever it may be. Jack Smith, the
special counsel, in a search warrant, demanded this.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
Now, this is exactly, by the.
Speaker 1 (04:22):
Way, what they would do in places like Russia and
China and Cuba and Venezuela in North Korea. Okay, this
is not the United States of America that I love
and know.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
This is communist.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Dictatorship, psychotic nature of Jack Smith. To be very clear, Now,
this extraordinarily expansive requests would result in data on millions
of American users of Twitter being turned over specifically to
your government, to the Department of Justice, the DOJ. So
(05:00):
if I retweeted Donald Trump during that time, and by
the way, I don't even have to go back and look,
I'm sure that I did. If I like to tweet
from Donald Trump, I don't have to go back and look,
I am sure that I did. What now would happen
is they would basically have all the information and intel
on me. And this is how you make an enemies
(05:21):
list at the Department of Justice, And this is how
you start to go after people that you don't like,
who liked Donald Trump. That is what this psychopath special
counsel Jack Smith is saying. This is the guy who
indicted former President Donald Trump on October the first in Washington,
d C. This is the guy that also made sure
(05:44):
that he went after Trump not once but twice while
Donald Trump was running, while he was the president with impeachment.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
This is the man who we are employing.
Speaker 1 (05:53):
With our tax dollurs, who's now putting together an enemies
list of anyone that liked Donald Trump now act slash
Twitter initially delayed complying with the requests, per The New
York Post, resulting in a three hundred and fifty thousand
dollars fine levied against the company by the United States government.
(06:14):
The warrant also requests, and this is again what happens
in places like China in Russia. The warrant also requested
all IP addresses associated with Donald Trump's accounts. This is
the former president of the United States of America and
they're saying we want every single IP address associated with
(06:37):
Trump's accounts and a list of every device used that
logged in to his Twitter account. So what does that mean?
And again, if this isn't if this isn't. If this
isn't like a total abuse of power, I don't know
what is. What this means is that any staffer or
(06:57):
any aid who logged into the account would have the
information divulged to the special prosecutor. All information, by the way,
on Trump's connect and notification tabs were also requested, as
well as all of his search history, all of his blocks,
anybody that he blocked, it was looking at his account,
(07:20):
anyone that he muted on Twitter, and even drafted tweets
that were not sent. In other words, every single thing
that the former president of the United States of America did
on Twitter. The US government, the Department of Justice, threw
the subpoena from Jack Smith is now requesting to spy
(07:41):
on the then sitting president of the United States of
America's activities, and anyone that supported the President of the
United States of America would also be spied upon if
you interacted with his Twitter account. All information on Trump's
connect and no notification tabs were also requested. Now this warrant,
(08:04):
we're also being told now instructed acts slash Twitter not
to notify Trump of the search order. The company attempted
to overcome this in court we're now being told but failed.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
So in other words, we want to spy on Trump.
Speaker 1 (08:20):
We want to spy on everybody that likes Trump, anyone
that retweeted Trump, and don't tell Trump about this. In
counter arguments that overcame ax Twitter's objection, Smith argued, quote,
there is reason to believe notification to the former president,
a sophisticated actor with an expansive platform, would result in
(08:43):
a statutorially cognizable harm. Now the non disclosure order we're
not also being told was granted quote based on facts
showing that notifying the former president. This is what the
government argued former President Donald Trump, who they're going to
spy on while he's the president, would result in destruction
(09:03):
of or tampering with evidence, or intimidation of potential witnesses,
or other serious jeopardy to an investigation or delaying of trial.
So our Department of Justice wants to spy on the
president's activities. Wially was the president, and everyone that supports
(09:25):
the president that interacted with his Twitter account wilely was
the president, and wants to know where the hell you
were when you were interacting with him and the IP
address associated.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
With his accounts and your accounts, and.
Speaker 1 (09:41):
They say that you can't tell those that we're about
to spy on because we believe that they're already criminals,
all of us, and therefore they don't need to be
notified that we're spying on them. That is Jack Smith,
I cannot overstate how extreme this is. That this is
(10:03):
happening in the United States of America. I cannot overstate
how much this sounds like something that Vladimir Putin does
on a daily basis, or she does in China on
a daily basis.
Speaker 2 (10:18):
The idea that they want all of our data, all
of our data.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
So any one of you that's listening right now that
was involved in any capacity with a Donald Trump tweet,
let's go back to this timeframe here, October of twenty
twenty through January of twenty twenty one. So they want
all of October, November, December and January. They went four months,
(10:43):
twenty five percent of a year where any one of
you and just think about let's say that you hate
Donald Trump, and let's say Donald Trump put out a
tweet that said something that you agreed with, like Happy
New Years, right that would be included this time or
Merry Christmas and somebody that's that says I can.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
Agree with that.
Speaker 1 (11:02):
Or maybe he tweeted something out and you're glad, or
you're mad that he tweeted out and you like to
tweet just to let your friend see how stupid you
thought he was. Whatever are you retweeted him because you
disagreed with him. Maybe you retweeted him and you wrote
something that says, this man's an idiot.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
It doesn't matter.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
The United States government under this psychotic individual, Jack Smith
is saying, I got to know it. I want to
know it. I want to know who you are. I
want to know where you are. I want to know
what you were liking and what you were retweeting and
what you were interacting.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
And there's nothing that you can do to stop me.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
That is what Jack Smith has has accomplished while he's
spending all of our money to go after the president
of the United States of America are now former President
on Trump during the time in which he was the president,
saying I want to see everything, and I want to
spy on him, and I want to see everything while
we're spying on him and everybody around him in the
(12:05):
entire United States of America, Like what in the actual hell,
I go back to what I said about enemies list,
and let's go back to January the what was the
day January sixth, seventh, whatever the hell the day was
with the fake insurrection. Look, there was some people that
did some really stupid things. They should be held accountable.
But the way that they were treated like they were
al Qaeda and ISIS is also again absurd.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
I want to make that very very clear.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
But the way that the government went after those that
supported Trump on that day, Remember, they were requesting phone records,
they were requesting cell phone tower information. They requested information
from banks and credit card companies and hotels for who
(12:52):
was even in the area of Washington, d c. And
in Virginia and in Maryland, in hotels close enough the city.
They said, we want everything. We want to know who
was in that city on that day, who was eating dinner,
what restaurants were they eating at, where were they and
where all were they traveling? From the flight manifests and
the information from planes, they grabbed all of that as well.
(13:14):
From what we were understood from that day, they treated
January sixth like it was nine to eleven, looking for terraces,
and they treated the people that were there, even those
that did nothing wrong and were actually led in the
Capitol by Capitol police and didn't harm anything and walked
around and took pictures like they were Osama bin Laden. Now,
why did they do this and how did they get
away with it? It's actually very clear the way they
(13:36):
got away with it. Okay, the way that they got
away with it is because there was no one there
in the deep state to stop them. They got away
with it because they had the entire Deep state who
had green light and approve all of what we just
talked about. They would green light and approve it because
they look at us. Fifty percent of Americans that voted
(13:59):
at the majority of Americans that voted for Donald Trump
are at least half of America that considers themselves a
maga conservative. They believe that we should be locked up
and we should be deprogrammed. Which goes back to what
I played on this show several months ago. There was
a montage that we put together and I'm calling for
(14:20):
this on right now, just on the fly, but there
was a montage.
Speaker 2 (14:25):
That we put together.
Speaker 1 (14:25):
I'm gonna ask my producer DS see if you can
find it real quick of the Democratic Party saying over
and over again, and the media sang it over and
over again that those that supported Donald Trump need to
be d programmed, need to go to deprogramming camps in essence,
and that's how we would fix this problem. We should
(14:48):
all be deprogrammed from the people that liked Donald Trump.
For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
conservative wireless pro And when I say the only one,
I mean it.
Speaker 2 (15:02):
They're the only one.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
They make a huge difference every time that you pay
your bill because they actually get back to conservative causes
and organizations to help you stand up for what you
believe in while you're paying a bill you're going to
have anyways. This is the part that I love about
Patriot Mobile. They're making a difference every time you pay
your bill, every time you make a phone call, every
(15:26):
time that you send a text message. Patriot Mobile actually
gives money back to protect First and Second Amendment rights,
to protect the lives of unborn children. And that's what
they're doing right now is they celebrate their tenth anniversary.
If you switch right now to Patriot Mobile, they are
going to give a donation to help protect life and
(15:48):
to help mothers choose life to an organization that does
everything they can to protect the lives of unborn children.
Then every month when you pay your bill, they're going
to continue to support the causes that I just mentioned.
And this is exactly why you need to make the switch.
If you're tired of woke companies, switch your cell phone
(16:10):
to Patriot Mobile. Whether you are a business, a small business,
or just a family, you can switch, and they make
switching easy. They have a one hundred percent US based
call center making switching extremely easy.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
You're gonna get.
Speaker 1 (16:23):
Nationwide coverage, unlimited talking texts, and usually save real money
on your bill. Nine seven to two Patriot. It's nine
seven to two Patriot nine seven to two Patriot. Or
go online to Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben that's
Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben or nine seven to
two Patriot.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
Diaz, my producer, just found it. All right, this is.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
The super cut of all of these people in media
and elected officials. And we'll start with Hillary Clinton saying
that we needed to have re education and deprogramming camps
for Trump supporters. So again they believe in all of this.
This is why Jack Smith says, hey, I can subpoena
(17:08):
and get this information because our side treats you like
you're a cult, like your Al Qaeda, like you're a terrorist.
Speaker 3 (17:14):
Listen, and sadly, so many of those extremists, those mega extremists,
take their marching orders from Donald Trump, and when do
they break with him? You know, because at some point,
you know, maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming
of the cult members.
Speaker 4 (17:31):
Terms being tossed around like deprogramming Trump followers, all of
America needs deprogramming because we've all been negatively influenced by
Donald Trump.
Speaker 5 (17:42):
Can't sit down with people that don't recognize there was
an insurrection, or they can alluded the other day to
the dprogramming that Katie Kurrent talks.
Speaker 6 (17:49):
About, deprogramming that might work in other cases, is it's
obviously proven to be difficult.
Speaker 4 (17:57):
Many of them have allowed the lies really to see
into their soul and it's beginning to rock their minds.
Taking it even a step further, Raskin told The New
York Times that he's ordered books about Culton deprogramming to
try to understand his Republican colleagues.
Speaker 1 (18:11):
There are a couple accounts lives of TikTok a few,
you know, really prominent anti transit sort of far right
activists who started to.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
Essentially make the argument that any exposure to.
Speaker 1 (18:22):
Children about LGBT people is automatically grooming.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
It seems to be evolving.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
Anti gay trolls explain how just lives.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
Of TikTok with this guy James lindsay.
Speaker 1 (18:33):
They would say, Hey, there's going to be something at
this library.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
You know that they're going to read books. You know
a dragon's going to come and read books. How do
you fix it? How do you want to do it? Well,
at this point, you know it's deprogramming.
Speaker 4 (18:44):
That's what we're being fed. People of other races are
out to get you. We accept that, we get fed that,
and so when that doorbell rings with the basketball comes
into your yard, your first response is to pull that gun.
It's a programming that's occurring. Deprogramming question is much tougher
to answer.
Speaker 5 (19:03):
People have literally been brainwashed, and it's scary by the
myths and disinformation that is online that is being the
propaganda on Fox News. It is another epidemic that our
country is facing. And until we really hold platforms accountable,
until we really do some deprogramming.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
And anyone like him that says the presses the enemy
of the people.
Speaker 6 (19:25):
That's what Hubbard would say, That's what Moon said.
Speaker 4 (19:28):
If you say this is a cult, what's the first
step of deprogramming?
Speaker 6 (19:31):
The first step with anyone who's a true believer is
contact with.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
People that are outside the bubble.
Speaker 4 (19:38):
I mean, I was just trying to engage in a
little deprogramming with all of these myths about COVID nineteen.
Speaker 7 (19:44):
Is there any convincing those people that they're not living
in a world of reality or fact?
Speaker 1 (19:52):
Now listen, if there was a deprogramming pill that I
could put in everybody stocking for Christmas, I would do.
Speaker 8 (19:57):
It's because of Facebook. It's gotten out into and wine
moms and yoga groups and some maybe that's something that
started as innocuous online that turns into something completely different, Brian,
And that's part of the challenges you write of deprogramming it.
Speaker 6 (20:12):
We have, we have issues that are going to take
a long time to route out, and it's really about deprogramming.
People have been listening to stuff coming from Marjorie Taylor
Green and other big social influencers, and that includes the President.
Speaker 4 (20:23):
I hope deprogramming some people. One person at a time.
Speaker 2 (20:26):
They just need a little bit of affirmation. You know,
I just spent a lot of time reading about deprogramming.
Speaker 7 (20:31):
Deprogramming, deprogram you're reading my mind. Yeah, I see a
lot of that happeningly.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
No, you don't need to be deprogrammed.
Speaker 7 (20:38):
You look pretty No, no, no, I'm not talking about me.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
But I'm not talking about me, Don Lemon says, right,
I'm talking about those Trump supporters, those radical, crazy Trump supporters.
So when you hear what Jack Smith is doing now,
I want to spy on everybody, including the former president
wile he was the president. I want to go back
and I want to spy on anybody that liked him.
I want to spy on anybody around him. I want
to on anyone that we don't like. Right, and let's
(21:04):
find out what they were saying. Let's also talk about
one of the other psychotic parts of this. There are
tweets that I have started to tweet out when I'm mad,
when someone makes me angry, when someone puts something out
there that's just not true, And I've started to write it,
and then I've tabled it and I've slept on it,
and then I'm like, all right, we'll screw it. The
(21:24):
next day, I'll think about it, and if I still
am that mad, maybe I'll send it.
Speaker 2 (21:26):
Maybe I won't. It's called a draft, right, You.
Speaker 1 (21:29):
Draft an email and you save it and then you
sleep on it, or you wait a couple hours, cool
off and decide. Or maybe the president had drafted a
tweet and then decide not to send it because the
facts had changed. Maybe in the middle of it they said, hey,
mister President, let's wait a few more hours, or hey,
we're going to get a briefing on this, or hey,
we're not sure about that. That's totally accurate. Let's wait
a moment and see he's wanting all of those drafts.
Speaker 8 (21:52):
Now.
Speaker 1 (21:52):
The number of drafts that I have done in my life,
I want to be clear, are countless. I mean, it's
hundreds and hundreds, maybe even a thing or two, a
couple thousand drafts that I've probably done the lifetime my
Twitter account. And in those drafts there are things that
I probably wrote that I didn't end up tweeting out
because the context had changed, or I made a few
(22:14):
phone calls and decide to ask some different questions are
gotten a different intel, or different things from different people.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
Imagine if all.
Speaker 1 (22:21):
Of those tweets, including the ones when I was just
really mad, were all then made public, Like, would I
be embarrassed? I don't know if I'd be embarrassed, I'd
definitely be an invasion of my privacy though it would
be a complete breach of my trust, and my government
should never have access to that.
Speaker 2 (22:41):
It's none of their damn business what my thoughts are.
Speaker 1 (22:44):
And by the way, it's free speech. Can we also
remember that this is freedom. This is a core value
of the United States of America that have freedom of
speech and freedom of expression. And now you want to
spy on me and what I didn't even put out
in public, just what I was thinking in my mind. Mind.
That's a whole other level of a blanked up mind control.
(23:05):
That is a whole other level of blanked up just
pure abuse of power. This is what communists and socialists
do in their countries. By the way, this is how
communists and socialists control their people in their countries.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
You say something we don't like, we'll lock you up.
Speaker 1 (23:25):
You say something we don't like, we'll investigate you. You
say something we don't like, we'll shut you down. You
say something we don't like, we'll take away your business.
You say or do something that we disagree with, and
we will make sure that you are punished for it.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
That's exactly what this is. Now.
Speaker 1 (23:41):
Let me also tie this into just from a prospective
standpoint of what they're doing to conservatives and anyone that
interacted with Donald Trump. Right, you're now an enemy, You're
now a terrorist, You're a domestic terrorist, however you want
to put it right, you're on this enemy's list. Let's
compare that to what's actually going on within our government
(24:02):
under the Biden administration and just how corrupt the Biden
administration actually is. I broke this story for many of you,
and I hope you did share it on social media yesterday.
There is a mega donor who had gotten an appointment
by Joe Biden at the behest of none of the
Nancy Pelosi who had a family member that was taken
(24:27):
hostage by Hamas in the attack on Israel. The only American,
as I am at this point recording this, and that
cold number could change, but the only Americans so far
that's been released with the hostages that have been exchanged
for actual terrorists that have been given back by Israel.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
That's something that's not being reported accurately.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
That's why I want to make sure I say it
Israel has not taken hostages of anyone. They do have terrorists,
convicted terrists that they are now releasing to say the
lives of innocent people. But there's only one American so
far that's been released by Hamas, and that one has
a very interesting and direct connection to the White House.
(25:09):
They've given money, they've supported, they've advocated for Biden, they
got an appointment from Biden because of Nancy Pelosi's work,
and all of a sudden, that same person who has
also bought Hunter Biden artwork for an undisclosed amount of
money gets their family member pushed the front of the line. So,
(25:32):
if you want to know what it costs to get
out a Hamas hostage, somebody taken hostage by Hamas, Apparently
all you got to do is give a bunch of
money the Democrats and buy a piece of artwork from
Hunter Biden, and bam, your loved one will be set free. Now,
if you didn't buy Hunter Biden's art work, or you
don't have a lot of money, apparently you go to
the back of the line and You're screwed as an
(25:52):
American citizen.
Speaker 2 (25:54):
This is now breaking.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
The House Committee on Oversight and Judiciary have subpoena a
Biden minister appointee to discuss her purchase of Hunter Biden's
art work months before she would be nominated to the
administration and her relative wound up being the first US
hostage to be freed by Hamas. Liz Hirsch Naftali, whom
(26:18):
Biden appointed to the Commission for the Preservation of America's
Heritage Abroad last July, bought one of Hunter Biden's paintings
that we know of through a New York art gallery.
Business Insider exposed this back in July. This Biden appointee
(26:38):
also is related to the only American release by Hamas
during the current ceasefire with Israel. House Oversight and Accountability
Chairman James Comer wants this woman to appear for a
deposition at the Capitol on Friday morning to discuss the
art purchased from this gallery in New York and how
(27:01):
much she paid for it. Take a listen to what
James Comer had to say in this interview, demanding answers
from Liz Hirsh about all of this corruption and how
much did she pay for the Hunter Biden artwork.
Speaker 9 (27:17):
I assume that you are aware that that four year
old little girl, Abigail, who was released, the only American
hostage released from Gaza thus far, her great aunt Elizabeth,
is a Democratic donor. She also apparently bought a piece
of Hunter Biden's artwork. Are you aware of this?
Speaker 10 (27:35):
Very aware?
Speaker 2 (27:36):
And then she was.
Speaker 9 (27:36):
Appointed to a diplomatic position within the administration. Do you
think that's just some wild coincidence, Congressman in about twenty seconds.
Speaker 10 (27:45):
Well, we want to find out she's one of the
people that we've sent a letter requesting to come in
for an interview. We're very concerned about the artwork. We
know of two people who have purchased the artwork from
Hunter Biden, and both would be ethics violations in my
opinion by Joe Biden. These are people that receive things
of value. So we want to ask a lot of
questions to Hunter about his artwork, and you can't do
(28:08):
that just in a committee setting.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
Yeah, Thomason, we appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
Let me say this, thank goodness, James Comer and Jim
Jordan are on top of this. Thank goodness, do they
have a new Speaker of the House that's actually willing
to let them do their job, because without them, we
would be at a serious world of hurt right now.
Thank goodness that this is actually happening the way that
it is right now. Let me also say, please share
(28:34):
this on social media, all of this intel that I
just gave you. Please share it wherever you can on
social media, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
