Speaker 1 (00:00):
But just think about the Department of State of the
United States that set up the office to monitor the
social media post and commentary of American citizens to identify
them as vector the disinformation when we know that the
best way to combat disinformation is freedom of speech and transparency,
and so that's what we're going to be in the
business of doing.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
We're not going to have an office that does that.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
You're listening to The forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.

Speaker 4 (00:36):
So you do not miss an episode.
Speaker 5 (00:38):
With that being said, the first big story, well, you
can add human trafficking to the list of the quote
Maryland Man. You may remember Democrats are obsessed with an
illegal immigrant who is an MS thirteen gang member. He's
also now suspected of human trafficking. And we have the
traffic stop tape and we're going to play it for
(00:58):
you in just a moment. Also, oh, Elon Musk and
his DOGE team have been hard at work day after
day after day, and now the staff is revealing that
the Institute of Peace was not peaceful at all, in fact,
giving six figure contracts to former members of the Taliban.
Speaker 4 (01:17):
That story as well, and finally the media lied yet again.
Speaker 5 (01:21):
And Donald Trump called him out after they claim that
Mike Walt had been fired from the Trump administration. In reality,
Trump gave him a major administration post at the United Nations.
We'll give you the background on that story and how
the media got it wrong, maybe on purpose. It's the
forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
Speaker 6 (01:43):
Story number one.
Speaker 5 (01:44):
The media and the Democrats have called him the quote
Maryland Man or the Maryland Father, the MS thirteen gang
member who had protective orders put out against him by
his wife, and is a man that is apparently a
member of a terrorist organized Well, you can now add
suspected human trafficking to the wrap sheet of the.
Speaker 4 (02:06):
Quote Maryland Man.
Speaker 5 (02:08):
Tennessee has now released the bodycan footage of a traffic
stop that shows state troopers and their hands tied. Despite
these smuggling clues that he was smuggling people across the
United States of America. The Highway Patrol releasing that bodycam
footage of twenty twenty two in their encounter with Albrego Garcia,
(02:30):
where state troopers suspected that he was involved in human trafficking.
Garcia was twenty nine. He is a Salvadorian who illegally
entered the United States in twenty eleven and in twenty
nineteen was issued a deportation order. Now we have lots
of paperwork on the quote Maryland Father to previous judges
concluded that Albrego Garcia was likely affiliated with MS thirteen.
(02:55):
He was deported in March and sent to the Terrace
Confinement Center in Al Salvador. The Tennessee Highway Patrol pulled
over Albrego Garcia on November thirtieth, twenty twenty two. The
bodycam video that's now been obtained by Fox News through
a public records request shows Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers pulling
(03:15):
him over and he had eight other individuals in the
car for what was initially a speeding violation. All the
people in the car are mail how many rows have
you got in there? Four seats? Four rows of seats.
A state trooper can be heard saying, did y'all put
an extra one in, referring to a row of seats? Huh,
(03:36):
did y'all put another one in? No question mark? They
come like this. I've never seen one with that many
seats in it. The police officers then heard saying he's
hauling these people for money. Another state trooper said, in fact,
I want you to hear the actual bodycam footage and
exactly what they had to say. Listen carefully what you
(04:01):
got right?
Speaker 6 (04:02):
You know what you got here?
Speaker 2 (04:03):
Right.
Speaker 7 (04:06):
He's hauling these people for money, is what he's doing.
Speaker 6 (04:09):
But sometimes they kim mingled opener. But you know.
Speaker 7 (04:15):
There's some eight people in the id' that's what an
extra own sense idea.
Speaker 4 (04:21):
So he's getting paid all these people, probably to Maryland.
I would say, if I had my guests, to make
matters worse.
Speaker 5 (04:27):
A source familiar with the situation is also told Fox
News Digital that there was, in fact a conversation in
the redacted portion of the video where state troopers in
Tennessee discussed calling US Immigration and Customs Enforcement known as ICE.
The troopers called ICE, which didn't come to pick up
(04:48):
Albrigo Garcia. The source added that when state troopers entered
Albrigo Garcia's name into the National Crime Information Center, a
warning appeer that showed he was suspected of.
Speaker 4 (04:59):
Being a gang member or a terrorist.
Speaker 5 (05:02):
In the video, you can hear the troopers saying Albrigo
Garcia was in possession of one four hundred dollars in cash,
saying it was probably his payment. A trooper also noted
that Obrego Garcia had an invalid Maryland driver's license, and
the state trooper who pulled over Garcia said they suspected
he was involved in human trafficking. That according to part
(05:24):
of what you just heard on the body camera video.
During the traffic stop, Abrega Garcia was heard changing his
story several times as well. Garcia first said he was
headed back to his residence in Maryland, then said he
was going to a different town for work. He said
the group of individuals were initially driving from Saint Louis, Missouri.
Court records filed in Prince George County's Maryland also revealed
(05:48):
that Albrigo Garcia has a history of being a violent
wife beater quote unquote. In twenty twenty one court filing,
Jennifer Albrego, Garcia's wife wrote at this point, quote vote,
I'm afraid to be close to him. I have multiple
photos slash videos of how violent he can be and
all the bruises he has left on me. The US
(06:10):
district judge previously ordered the US government to quote facilitate
Albrigo Garcia's return to the United States of America, as
the Democratic Party continues to double down, saying that this
is a Maryland man or a Maryland father. We also
now know this the Malusian tweeting out this. The current
checklist for the quote Maryland man the Salvadorian illegal alien
(06:33):
is now including alleged MS thirteen gang member reaffirmed in
immigration court by a judge, accused of being a repeat
wife beater, domestic abuser by his own wife multiple times,
suspected of human trafficking in Tennessee while driving convicted human
traffickers vehicle with eight people and no luggage in it
(06:55):
from Texas to Maryland. Kimar Albrigo Garcia's wife written out
allegation separate by the way from the twenty twenty one
protective order that she requested, also goes into the details
about how afraid she was of her husband. Stephen Miller
also saying this about the entire situation, the difference between
(07:15):
the Biden administration and what Donald Trump is doing right now.
Speaker 8 (07:19):
You talk about due process. The Body of Administration made
the decision to give extensive due process to two trained
Aragua terrorists that were apprehended at the border just a
couple of years ago. The two gentlemen, they were from Venezuela.
There were members of Trained Aragua. The Body of Administration
and Border Patrol apprehended them and made the decision to
(07:40):
provide them with extensive due process, put them onto a
program on a supervised release, and put them on inkle
monitors so they could go through a lengthy legal judicial
determination as to whether these legal aliens who had just
put on US soil might want to live in the
United States for the rest of their lives. What was
the result of that decision. What was a result of
(08:00):
that choice that was made. Those two men kidnapped a
young girl named Jocelyn Hungary from her family. They beat her,
they sexually assaulted her, they tortured her, they stripped her,
they murder her, and they dumped her body.
Speaker 5 (08:13):
Yet again, the Trump administration putting Americans first, and a
story that continues to get worse for Democrats as they
continue to stand with an MS thirteen gang member, a
man that is accused of beating his wife on multiple occasions,
human trafficking, and yet the Democrats still want to visit
him out of the country and demand that he's brought
back to live among us.
Speaker 4 (08:35):
Next story number two.
Speaker 5 (08:37):
There is one story that maybe hasn't been getting that
many headlines lately, and that is the fact that DOGE
is still finding waste.
Speaker 4 (08:44):
Fraud, and abuse.
Speaker 5 (08:45):
It's certainly a story that the media doesn't want you
to know about, and that's exactly why Elon Muss brought
many of his staffers together to tell what they are
now finding. They did this with Jesse Waters on Fox
News Channel Now. The Doffers revealed something shocking that the
Institute of Peace is not actually that peaceful. In fact,
(09:06):
some of their money was going to members of the Taliban.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
Take a listen to this.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
Yeah, So it was by far the least peaceful agency
that we've worked with.
Speaker 6 (09:15):
Yeah, ironically, of course.
Speaker 2 (09:17):
Additionally, we found that they were spending money on things
like private jets, and they even had a one hundred
and thirty thousand dollars contract with a former member of
the Taliban.
Speaker 6 (09:25):
This is real.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
We don't encounter that in most agencies.
Speaker 6 (09:28):
What was the money going to the Taliban for? So
it was a contractor.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
They received one hundred and thirty thousand dollars for generic services.
And to Elon's point, there was not actually a clear
description of what the contractor services were for. But was
it for opium unclear? Or weapons or nothing or nothing
for a broad or yeah, And you actually have to
ask the question how did we get here? Like when
the country was founded, there were only four agencies. Today
(09:56):
there are over four hundred, so there's been a one
hundred x increase in the number of agencies since the
founding the nation. And thanks to President Trump, he's now
signed two executive orders to start to reduce the number
of agencies in the government, and the Institute apiece was
one of them, which is why our team went into
try and understand what was going on, and that's when
we found all the craziness, like the weapons and their armory.
We found the payments to the Taliban.
Speaker 6 (10:17):
Oh yeah, idea of it right.
Speaker 2 (10:19):
So just a few hours after we got into their headquarters,
we found that their chief accountant had actually deleted over
a terabyte of accounting records from several leaders, so you'd
have to ask the question, well, why would somebody do that?
If the Doch team fortunately was able to recover that
data with the help of a few great employees at
the Institute a piece. And I think the most troubling
thing was they received fifty five million dollars a year
from Congress, and any money that went unspent, instead of
(10:40):
returning that to Congress, they would sweep it into a
private bank account which had no Congressional oversight, and that's
what they would use to fund things like events at
their headquarters and the private jets. And so I think
it's a great example because most Americans don't know what's
going on at a lot of these smaller agencies, and
this is a I think the most extreme case of
some of the wasteful spend that we're finding.
Speaker 7 (11:00):
So the agencies are hiding money from you, they're sending
it to the Taliban.
Speaker 6 (11:04):
They have loaded weapons in the department.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
Buildings at the Institute of Peace.
Speaker 7 (11:09):
At the Institute of Peace, that's right, So this is
a cover up.
Speaker 6 (11:12):
When you guys roll in.
Speaker 8 (11:13):
If this wanted a cover up, the delete a vast
amount of financial information that's really a definition of a
cover up.
Speaker 6 (11:21):
Isn't that illegal to delete evidence? Yes, shred documents.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
It's certainly illegal to delete accounting records that the Congress
would certainly want to know where the congressionally appropriated funds
are going from taxpayers.
Speaker 7 (11:34):
When you catch them going Hillary style on their computers,
do you refer this to the Department of Justice?
Speaker 2 (11:41):
In this case, we did refer the evidence in the
accounting example to the FBI and DJ We're proud to
do that.
Speaker 6 (11:48):
So yes we did.
Speaker 5 (11:49):
Not only did they say it was a cover up,
but it may have actually been criminal, and that is
exactly why they have references to the Department of Justice.
So if you think that Doge isn't still digging, don't worry.
Speaker 4 (12:00):
They are.
Speaker 5 (12:01):
In fact, the Dog's team also says there was a
four billion dollar COVID fund in the Department of Education
that had no receipts required, so government and poyees could
draw down on it and use the money for parties
and to rent out venues like Caesar's Palace. Another example
of why so many are fighting against Donald Trump in
(12:23):
the deep state and doing everything they can to get
rid of their receipts, and thank goodness Elon Muskin Doge
keeps finding them.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
And finally, story number three.
Speaker 5 (12:32):
The liberal Washington Press Corps was going berserk earlier in
the afternoon amid rumors that Mike Waltz was being fired.
Well guess what, he wasn't fired. In fact, Donald Trump
putting this out on true social quote, I'm pleased to
announce that I will be nominating Mike Waltz to be
(12:53):
the next United States Ambassador to the United Nations, high
profile job, by the way, that many were hoping that
they would get this job. President went on to say,
from his time in uniform, on the battlefield, in Congress,
and as my National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz has worked
hard to put our nation's interests first. I know he
(13:14):
will do the same in his new role. In the
interim Secretary of State, Marco Rubio will serve as National
Security Advisor while continuing his strong leadership of the State Department. Together,
we will continue to fight tiresly to make America and
the world safe again. Thank you for your attention to
this matter. Now, why the President put it out there
this way simply because he knew the media was lying
(13:37):
looking for a scandal and trying to make it a
big deal that Mike Waltz was fired from the administration.
In reality, Donald Trump gave him another top administration job.
How me and the media are going to apologize for
all of the lies they put out in the last
twenty four hours, I'm going to guess none of them.
The best part is we've got the receipts of all
(13:59):
the lies on social media and the articles they wrote,
and that's exactly why Donald Trump called them out.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
