Good Saturday morning to you. Ben Ferguson with you, and
these are some of the stories that you may have
missed that we talked about this week on the forty
seven Morning Update. First up, we have the list of
the likely tax cuts that could save you and your
family a ton of money that Donald Trump wants in
the reconciliation bill. Will have those details as well. Also,

Donald Trump says it's time to make a deal with Iran.
He would rather make that deal than well go to war.
I'll have the latest on the threat against Iran, especially
with their nuclear program. And finally, Democrats trying to figure
out how to stop Donald Trump. Well now they are
leaning on liberal activist judges to an act It's lawfare

to stop Trump at all costs. It's the forty seven
Morning Update, and it starts right now.

Story number one.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
I have an important list for you today, and is
the list of the likely tax cuts that now Donald
Trump wants in the Reconciliation bill. What this means for
everyday Americans is real savings for you. Now the plan
has become even more ambitious, mainly because of all the
well abuse of your tax dollars that the Trump administration

has found in the last three weeks. The Press Secretary
Carolin Levitt came out to explain just one of the
abuses of your tax dollars being used against you, and
it was when the money they found was going to
media outlets including Politico. This is what has spun the
President up to give more of your money back to you.

Speaker 4 (01:47):
So upon coming out here to the briefing room, I
was made aware of the funding from USAID to media
outlets including Politico, who I know has a seat in
this room, and I can confirm that the more than
eight million taxpayer dollars that have gone to essentially subsidizing
subscriptions to Politico, the American taxpayer's dying will no longer

be happening. The Doge team is working on canceling those
payments now, so.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
When they find the money and then they decide to
cancel these types of payments, the question many asked was, well,
what's going to happen next. Well, it now is clear
the president saying he wants you to keep more of
your money and stop giving so much of it to
the government. President Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans are in
deep negotiations and went all weekend long on a tax

package that a budget watchdog group estimated would actually save
you five to eleven point two trillion over the next decade. Now,
if you read the media's explanation of that, they'll tell
you it's going to cost you between five trillion to
eleven point two trillion. No, No, that's how much the
government will not get from you. A series of tax

policy changes that Trumps supports appear to have rod support
among Republicans in Congress. The Committee for a Responsible Federal
Budget has released a study that projects the cost of
each item over a ten year period is going to
be huge for you, the American people. Now, on that list,
at the top of it was one big thing, eliminating

(03:19):
taxes on tips. This was a huge promise from Donald
Trump during the campaign, something he said he would work
on as soon as he got into the White House.
It would result in a one hundred billion to five
hundred and fifty billion reduction in federal tax revenue, meaning
one hundred to five hundred and fifty billion of taxes
that you wouldn't have to pay to the government. We

also found out exempting overtime pay from federal taxes would
also give two hundred and fifty to three trillion back
into the pockets of American workers. And finally, exempting Social
Security benefits from federal taxes would now cost between five
hundred and fifty billion and one point five trillion. That tew.

(04:00):
The government is reporting it to the media as they're
trying to keep more of your dollars. So what does
it really mean. It means that Donald Trump and the
Republicans are wanting you to keep between five hundred and
fifty billion to one point five trillion that you normally
would have paid in taxes. We also have been told
that the present wants to lower taxes for US production
of certain goods that would save you between one hundred

to two hundred billion, and reducing tax benefits for stadium
owners and ending the carried interest loophole. They would also
save the taxpayers one hundred billion dollars. Now, all of
this is being put together in one of the biggest
tax plans we've ever seen. But this is not a
big tax plan that's going to raise your taxes. It's

(04:43):
going to go down in history as one of the
biggest tax cuts in American history. And this is the
reason why Democrats right now are so terrified of Donald
Trump and his success because three weeks in we also
know that Donald Trump has a new high approval rating,
meaning the American people are paying attention and the American
people are in favor of exactly what Donald Trump.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Is doing now. Story number two.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
It is very clear that Donald Trump's foreign policy is
one that he is willing to make changes, especially when
it comes to different countries. The way he treats Hamas,
for example, is very different than the way he's talking
about Iran right now. How do we know this because
of a sit down interview that the President has done
talking about Iran and saying he's ready to make a deal.

(05:29):
It's also very clear that the President is not going
to let Iran get a nuclear weapon, take a listen.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
They went down to nothing. Now they are up to
a tremendous amount of money.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
I think there's a deal there in Iran.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
Yeah, I think we're going to make a deal in
a run. I think I would rather okay, And you know,
there are a lot of people think that we are
going to attack or Israel or with our blessing or
is what Israel needs us? Everybody needs us. We have
the weapons, we have the strength. We're very strong. I
rebuilt on militiam people forget. I rebuilt our mood. Now
they shouldn't have given a lot to Afghanistan, which they did.

(06:04):
They gave a lot. There was no reason for that.
But we're very strong. We have things that nobody else has,
so they need us. But everyone thinks Israel, with our
help or our approval, we'll go in and bomb the
hell out of them. I would prefer that not happened.
I'd much rather see a deal with Iran where we
can do a deal, supervise, check it, inspect it, and

(06:26):
then blow it up, or just make sure that there's
no more nuclear there. We just a better deal than
the Obama nuclear deal. Well that that was the dumbest
see by the way, that would have expired by now.
That was a road to a nuclear weapon. It was
a short term deal. You can make a deal with
just a few years on it. That deal would be
expired by now, think of it, and they would have
a legal right to have a nuclear weapon. You can't

(06:49):
allow them to have a nuclureban. But there's two ways
of stopping them with bombs or with a written piece
of paper. And I'd much rather do a deal. That's
a deal. It's not going to hurt them, and I
think they wanted to. I think that Iran is very concerned.
I think that Iran is very frightened, to be honest
with you, because the defense is pretty much gone. Maybe

they get to trying to get new defense as we speak,
you know, they're meaning air defense, but their defense is
largely gone. They've had some very bad moments. The whole
thing with the Pages was a disaster for them. The Pages,
you know what I'm talking about. It was a horrible thing,
but it was you know, knocked out a lot of
leadership like nobody's ever seen before. But I think of

Iran is very nervous. I think they're scared. I think
Iran would love to make a deal, and I would
love to make a deal with them without bombing them.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
This is making liberals' heads explode. They want to blame
Donald Trump is a guy that's going to get us
into war War three. But it's very clear the presence
willing to make a deal. That's the question that everyone
asked at the very beginning, could Donald Trump make a deal? Well,
he's walking up to a Ran right now saying let's
make a deal instead of us having a major war.

(07:59):
Presence says he believes he will get that deal done.
And there's many in the foreign policy arena that believe
that Iran is willing to now make a real deal
for a long term stability with an Iran nuclear program.
And if it doesn't happen, the president's also saying he
is going to make sure they don't get a nuclear weapon.
So it's up to Iran now what happens. But the

President clearly is saying let's talk.

And lastly, story number three, if there's one.

Thing that we know right now, it's that Democrats are
in disarray. They're in disbelief, they're angry, they're lashing out,
and they're upset that what they've been doing and the
control they've had in our government and the funneling of
money to NGOs and even terrorist organizations is now being exposed.
So how can they fight back? Well, apparently they're going
back to something they feel has worked in the past,

(08:49):
law fair. As liberal judges are now making unprecedented moves
and efforts to shut down Donald Trump's agenda. It only
took them three weeks in the President Trump's sec and
the Democratic Party is clearly rudderless. They lack compelling charismatic leadership.
They are rapidly losing ground in the culture war that

(09:10):
they've dominated for so long. They don't have any favorable
issues or narratives that are breaking out into the broader
culture consciousness. Their tribe and true tactic of public shaming
and cancelation well hasn't worked, even though they keep coming
after conservatives. We clearly now are living in different times,

(09:32):
but there's one element of the activist left that still
poses a significant threat to Donald Trump and his agenda,
and it's law fare. Many of the same elements of
our system of justice that were used to harass, to bankrupt,
and even try to jail President Donald Trump in years
past are unfortunately still in place. And are now being
weaponized against the MAGA movement. Here are several of the

activist judges who are trying to take control of the
government for the deep state as we speak. A judge
by the name of Angel Kelly is a US District
Court for the District of Massachusetts nominated by President Joe Biden,
who has granted restraining order against the NIH funding cuts.
Kelly has a history of judicial activism and this is

(10:15):
hardly a secret. Is Sendor Elizabeth Warrens said in twenty
twenty one that Judge Kelly has made it a personal
mission to bring about change through her role on the bench. Yes,
this is a real statement, a real quote, and it
is entirely accurate that this judge does not believe her
job is to actually enforce the law, but to actually
do radical things to change the country. Another judge, a

senior judge by the name of Amy Berman Jackson, the
U S District Court for the District of Columbia, nominated
by Barack Obama, recently made news by temporarily reinstating the
fired head of the Office of Special Counsel, a Biden appointee,
Judge John McConnell, junior of the U s District Court

(10:58):
for the District of Rhode Island. He is a major
Democratic donor, and he is attempting to block another spinning
freeze from Trump and is even taking the extreme approach
of threatening the administration officials with criminal charges if it
is not reversed. Yes, this is another judge, an activist
judge who is working clearly for the deep state. And finally,

(11:21):
another senior judge by the name of Colleen Kohler Cutt
Telly is a US District Court for the District of
Columbia and a nominee of President Bill Clinton. This judge
stood against Trump's efforts to cut government access by blocking
DOGE from obtaining access to certain Treasury Department payment records,
which handles an estimated ninety percent of all federal payments.

(11:45):
This judge is also known for having sent seven pro
life activists to federal prison in a particularly cruel fashion.
These are just some of the judges that are coming
out of the woodworks to try to stop the agenda
of the American people. Remember, it is a manda from
the people. They've given Donald Trump the chance to do
what he's doing now, and these judges are standing in.
