Speaker 1 (00:01):
On the Bulldog Sports Network from Learfield.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
This is the Bulldog Football Hour, presented by American pistachio Growers,
powering the Valley one.
Speaker 3 (00:11):
Nut at a time.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Also brought to you by Table Mountain Casino Resorts, Lucky
Days and Epic Nights, and by Pepsi, official soft drink
of Fresno State Athletics. Now live from the Point Pettio
barring Pistro, here's your host, the Voice of the Bulldogs,
Paul Leffler.
Speaker 4 (00:32):
Hey, Hey, Hey, great to be back out here on
the patio of the Point Patio Bar and Bistro. We've
got a packed house tonight, as you can hear. Last
week was a bye week and then we met seeing
everybody out here, but coach Skipper is here. Malachi Langley
is coming later, the Bulldog senior linebacker. We have some
prizes to give away. We have the coach here, but
(00:54):
before he says a word, we've got to give a
little practice to another voice. You're gonna be hearing at
the stadium. Say afternoon, four o'clock kick, Get in the
stadium early two thirty to three thirty is the red
hour four o'clock to kick and when the Bulldogs are introduced,
You're gonna hear the voice of the one and only
Matt Leeaver, who's gonna introduce our head coach for us.
Speaker 5 (01:14):
Matt take it away, ladies and gentlemen, Boys and girls,
please welcome, fresh off of bye week and ready to
take Valley Children's Stadium by storm against a PAC twelve
rival in future PAC twelve rival Washington State. You're head
coach of the Bulldogs, Ladies and gentlemen, Tim Skipper.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
So I guess the first question I've got to ask you, coach,
since we haven't, you know, seen you out here at
the point in a couple of weeks, is have you
been anywhere else around town or around the country where
Matt's been there to introduce you to nowhere?
Speaker 6 (01:55):
Nowhere at all? First, right here in two weeks. Watch out.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
It may happen one of these days next we might
have trumpets before he talks, or you'd never know. And
for whatever reason, you and I have ended up joking
about headwear this year, about cowboy hats and skipper hats,
and it's boots and buckles week, and we have a
couple of these hats here that the students are gonna
be wearing or be gonna be given. The first three
(02:20):
thousand students on Saturday night get a free hat courtesy
of eight one one. Always call eight one one before
you dig. Have you tried one of these on you?
Speaker 6 (02:28):
Coach? I have not, have not. My head might be
too big.
Speaker 4 (02:32):
I know mine is literally, hopefully not figuratively, but literally. Yes.
We're here at the Point Patio Bar and Bistro. That's
the northwest corner of Willow and Knees. I didn't know
they had green beer here, but apparently they do, because
he's bringing some out right now. And I look, think
all the tables are taken, but you might find a
couple seats. Yeah, we can squeeze you in if you
come join us here in the northwest corner of Willow
(02:53):
and Knees. Here till seven o'clock prizes to give away,
including this football that just found its way here.
Speaker 6 (03:00):
Coach.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
It's got a Bulldog for Paw logo on there and
a panel that looks like it would love to have
Tim Skipper's autograph on there. Do you think you might
be able to do that for us? All right, before
the end of the night, he'll sign it. Maybe Malachi
Langley will sign it, get hand me, somebody else will
sign it. We also, thanks to a kind couple who
are longtime Bulldog boosters, we have four red seats in
(03:22):
a parking pass to give away tonight too, to another
lucky winner out here on the patio of the Point.
So if you'd like to enter to win any of
those prizes, you've got to grab a slip of paper
at the long table over there. You know what I'm
talking about. There's only one really long table. Write down
your name and at the end of the night we'll
draw some winners. All right, Coach, I know you're sick
of talking about waiting and waiting and waiting. How long
(03:45):
has this bye week going into game week felt for you?
Speaker 6 (03:49):
It's been forever.
Speaker 7 (03:50):
To be honest with you, you know, you play a
game the last game we played, and it wasn't up
to our standards. So you're itching to get back on
the field and do everything that you need to do
to make up for that. So finally the days are
starting to get closer and closer the game time.
Speaker 6 (04:05):
So I'm excited about that. But I'll tell you one
little thing.
Speaker 7 (04:08):
When we got back on Sunday, we took a team
pitcher so the whole team took a picture and then
usually we meet and we go all day, We go
for a couple hours, we watch the game, then we
get ready for.
Speaker 6 (04:17):
The next game.
Speaker 7 (04:18):
Well, I told everybody, all right, we're gonna have the
meeting right now. We went in the meeting room and
I kicked everybody out. So I told everybody, we're gonna
go home, We're gonna reflect for forty eight hours. We're
we'll come back on Tuesday and we're gonna get back
to work. So that's what's happened. So we've been working
since that Tuesday, and I'm excited to see what happens
this Saturday and ready to go.
Speaker 4 (04:37):
You know, and everybody, I'm sure you're getting the same
kind of questions I'm getting her Coach Hills getting, or
cam or anybody that's around the team. Everybody wants to
know what happened in Las Vegas? What happened, what happened,
what happened. Let's get that out of the way. Let's
get it over with. When people have asked you that,
have you come up with an easy way to answer
that question that gets the point across without dragging you
(04:58):
back into the frustration of them.
Speaker 7 (05:00):
There's no easy answer to it, because to me, it's
just we didn't play up to our standard. We didn't
play bulldogg football. We lost all the critical situations like
the turnover battle on the red area and bos security.
Stuff was just crazy and a kicking game. And then
you just keep by adding on and on time of possession.
I could keep going and going and going third downs,
so all you can do. Sometimes you get knocked down.
(05:21):
You got to pick yourself back up. You got to
swing back. So we need to swing back when.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
We get going, ready to do that, and that opportunity
to swing back is coming Saturday, four o'clock kick family
friendly kicktime. It's gonna be a sellout. So if you
don't have your tickets yet, get them now at go
Bulldogs dot com or come join us over here at
the point Patiobarnbistro and you might win some tickets to
Saturday's game. We're brought to you tonight by Resort life Carts.
Looking for the perfect golf cart or street legal ride.
(05:46):
Resort life Carts they're your local experts. Discover your dream
cart today at Resort lifecarts dot com. Now I've got
plenty of questions for the coach. If some of you
have them, you can write them down on one of
those slips of paper, or you can get on the
XP or Twitter and send it in with the hashtag
ask fs. Anybody can do that and I'm sure we'll
get some doozies. But one of the big questions coach
(06:07):
was Devo Bridges. Most people were looking around during warm ups,
where's number five, Where's number five? Where's number five? Good
news is at number five is back practicing, says he's
one hundred percent ready to go for Saturday at four o'clock.
How scary is that as a head coach when when
you realize, you know what, I'm not going to have
this guy available, and more importantly it's it's for a
(06:28):
medical reason.
Speaker 6 (06:29):
Yeah, it was very scary.
Speaker 7 (06:30):
So we went out for warm ups, like before we
even get to the real warms.
Speaker 6 (06:34):
It was like the pre pre warmups.
Speaker 7 (06:36):
We're in warm ups and he does one little drill,
simple drill, we don't have pads on or anything, and
then he can't breathe. He was completely gasping for air.
So we had to kind of carry him to the
locker room, get him in there, and then he's just
it's even worse by the time he gets there. So
long story short, they had to take him to the hospital.
He settled down. He was in the hospital the whole
(06:57):
first half, then he settled down about half time. Then
he the team, where I should say he was back
in the locker room in the second half. Was able
to join a team and fly home, but obviously wasn't
able to play in the game, and that was a
big loss for us, not just the playing but the
emotional side of it.
Speaker 6 (07:13):
I mean, he's an emotional leader for us.
Speaker 7 (07:15):
He's a captain, and to see somebody that you look
up to and he's a hero and he's a strong
guy and he's kind of like Superman per se. To
be where he can't breathe like that kind of took
a toll. So we had to shrug it off and
go ahead and play through the game.
Speaker 6 (07:31):
But it was hard.
Speaker 7 (07:32):
It was emotional, but it's great to get him back
and he's just like normal now and we're rolling.
Speaker 6 (07:37):
So it's good to have him back out there.
Speaker 4 (07:39):
I knew he was normal when we all went to
interview him at practice yesterday and he saw that he
was going to have every TV camera in town on
about four or five other people there, and he told
one of his teammates to get a picture of that
right where he was the center of attention. That's when
I knew he was feeling fine. That's Devo, not nervous
about greedy rigs. Let's get our practice update brought to
you by PEPSI. The officials saw drink of Fresno State Athletics.
(08:01):
So you talked about kicking everybody out, giving them a
couple days to process it themselves, then getting them all
back together. What have you seen from the team in
practice as you lead up toward this huge opportunity Saturday
at four against Washington State.
Speaker 7 (08:14):
Yeah, I think the bye week hit perfect timing for
us to get healthy, get our minds right. We played
five straight games, three of the five are on the road,
had to go all the way East coast time we
came back, so a lot's happened in five weeks, So
it was perfect timing. But as far as practice goes,
last week on we practiced Wednesday and Thursday. We did
a lot of just playing bulldog football. We didn't worry
(08:35):
about the next game, We didn't scheme anything all that stuff.
We just wanted to play fast, wanted to play angry,
wanted to play with aggression. We wanted to play with
just that fundamentally sound, fanatical effort. That's what we wanted
to do. So we did that last week and then
we got it. Sunday, we actually practiced. We usually don't
practice on Sundays. We practiced on Sunday this week just
to get a little jump start on Washington State, which
(08:56):
I thought was great.
Speaker 6 (08:57):
The guys attacked it.
Speaker 7 (08:58):
It was a night practice where a day practice or
a morning practice team and we practiced that night.
Speaker 6 (09:02):
They attacked it. And then it's been a great week
so far.
Speaker 7 (09:05):
Tuesday and Wednesday, you know, as we nickname our practices,
Tuesdays are dirty Tuesdays and Wednesdays are situational Wednesdays. I
thought they went great, a lot of energy. You can
tell we're fresh again. You know, we're starting to love
ball again. Bodies aren't hurting, because when you see guys
out there playing, you think they're just automatically healthy.
Speaker 6 (09:21):
But really some guys are out there playing.
Speaker 7 (09:23):
On one leg and they're just toughening it out and
they're just getting through it, you know what I mean.
So to see guys actually playing closer to one hundred
percent was awesome, and I think it'll show on Saturday.
Speaker 4 (09:33):
You know, I'm glad you brought that up because it's
I think it's even a more emphasized or accentuated, heightened
dynamic now than it was when you were playing. The
era of analytics has the danger of turning players into robots, right,
and we're just pressing buttons thinking, oh, yeah, that's that guy.
Well you know what that guy feels like about half
of that guy right now, exactly so, why did you
(09:55):
expect them to do.
Speaker 6 (09:56):
The same thing? Exactly right?
Speaker 4 (09:58):
Anyway, they're all human now, they're a little more arrested
and we're excited about that.
Speaker 6 (10:02):
You know.
Speaker 4 (10:03):
I did want to ask you one more question with
regard to the game at UNLV, which felt like a
snowball building. There are a lot of things that the
Fresno State did that weren't Fresno State. Right, we're uncharacteristic,
two special teams, touchdowns that never happens. Four picks certainly
haven't seen that kind of stuff when you have a
game like that, because you had a couple of those
as a player. I know you've had some of those
(10:24):
in your coaching career, whether it was in the Mountain
West or the MAC or the SEC where those games happened.
Is there something that another coach you were around, or
maybe someone that spoke into one of those situations said
in one of those opportunities over the years that maybe
helped you frame this one up a little differently and
move on to this opportunity in front of you.
Speaker 7 (10:46):
You know, you know, every coach has their sayings and
things like that, but really, truthfully, honestly, it's always you
have to find yourself again because when you have those moments,
you're not yourself because yourself is not to get knocked
down and beat up in every situation in the game
doesn't go your way.
Speaker 6 (11:03):
So even like coach just always say, you know, look
in the mirror.
Speaker 7 (11:06):
That was his big thing, and then he'd go, we
got to be a fiss because at times of adversity,
you're never a fist. You know, somebody's pointing at somebody
and things like that. So we have to stayed at
this And I think that sits perfectly for how I
approached it and then how he was talking to us
when I was a player. You know, we have to
stick together we have to continue to keep playing together
and not blame anybody, but collectively figure out what went
(11:29):
wrong and collectively get it fixed.
Speaker 6 (11:31):
So that's where we're at with everything right now. And
I like where we're at as a team right now.
Speaker 4 (11:35):
And the Bulldogs face a nice test Saturday, four o'clock
against Washington State, a four and one Cougar team that
had a bye week last week as well. That lone
loss for Washington State was against Boise State. The Cougar's
had that double overtime thriller against San Jose State as well.
It was that triple overtime to go back, and I
think it was I smelt some double. It was double double.
(11:57):
I smelled something really good coming out. Jim, what'd you
get over there? Brussels sprouts? I asked him a question
with his mouthful. Sorry about that, Jim. We've got a
great crowd out here at the Point Patio Bar and Bistro.
I'm curious, has anyone come here tonight from out of state? Anyone? Hey,
there's Sue. She came all the way from Michigan. She
(12:18):
even brought us some fudge. Thanks Sue. We're all here
for Coach Skipper and Malachi Langley's coming later. We're going
to be here till seven o'clock at the point patio
bar and Bistro. Come find us on the northwest corner
of Willow and Knees and keep it here on the
Bulldog Sports Network from.

Here in the heart of California, traditions are as deeply
rooted as the abundant fields that drape our valley. They
link us across generations. They make us who we are.
So what does it mean when traditions unite? When a

Welcome back to the Point Patio Bar and Bistro and
the Bulldog Football Hour. Great to be back with you
this week after a one week hiatus. By the way,
next week's program here at the Point is going to
be on Tuesday night from six to seven because the
Bulldogs are playing a Friday game next week in Reno,
So put that on your calendar. Next Tuesday, be here
at the Point. Next Wednesday, be at the airport. We've
(15:59):
got their honor flight coming in next Wednesday night. We're
here with coach Tim Skipper. Malachi Langley, senior linebackers here
as well. We'll hear from him in a little while.
He's probably ordering that steak right now. I would guess
if I know Malachi and Coach Skipper, you've made it
clear what a creature of consistency you are, even when
it comes to your dietary decisions. Are you ordering the
(16:23):
same thing here at the Point that you always get
you're gonna shake things up.
Speaker 7 (16:25):
I'm not shaking it up. Same thing be a wedge
salad in the wings.
Speaker 4 (16:30):
Wedge salad and the wings that Savannah orders.
Speaker 6 (16:35):
What doesn't Savannah do? I don't know that answer. I
don't even I don't know that answer.
Speaker 4 (16:40):
Have you ever tried having them add a chopped fresh
holapano on that wedge salad?
Speaker 6 (16:44):
I have not tried that that would be a change. Though.
Speaker 4 (16:46):
It's pretty good. I just got to say it's pretty good.
Everything's good here at the Point Patti O'barnbistro. If you've
never been here, come on out and join us. We're
here till seven. You may win prizes. We have a
couple of hats to give away tonight, not just any hat,
but the boots and buckles seemed cowboy hats that usually
you have to be a student to get. The first
three thousand students are going to get these on Saturday,
(17:07):
on game Day, but maybe some former Bulldog students, some
alums here can take these home. We've got tickets to
give away and an autographed football as well. We're brought
to you tonight by American Pistachio Growers, powering the Valley
one nutt at a time. We want to thank the
American Pistachio Growers for their continued support of Fresno State
Athletics and for being the presenting sponsor of our program
here and we're going to move into the Trip Ahead
(17:29):
presented by Golden Eagle Charter, the preferred motor coach and
executive transportation service to Fresno State Athletics. It's a short
trip to the corner of Cedar and Barstow or Cedar
and Bulldog Lane, however you want to do it Cedar
and Bulldog Boulevard, if you're going to go hang out
there early and see or bring the juice Taale Gate,
the Ck and Frank and all those guys. And then
(17:50):
you know, Coach, I was thinking about this. I think
you may have had something to do with this, or
at least inspired it. You've been telling everybody, don't be
late getting in the stadium. Your first home as head coach,
you guys score on the very first play from scrimmage.
The second home game, you slack off and wait till
the second play from scrimmage. So and you've been saying, hey, look,
(18:10):
if you're not in the stadium early, you're gonna miss
some fireworks. So now the school did something to try
to get people into the stadium earlier. They're doing this
red Hour from two thirty to three thirty, where it
costs less to get a beer. I think it's a
you get a bud Life for six dollars in the
stadium from two thirty to three thirty. So if people
do that, I guess they'll be in their seats for
that four o'clock kickoff. And if they're go doing all
(18:32):
that to get people in their seats early, I know
you guys aren't going to disappoint no way.
Speaker 7 (18:36):
We'll be ready to go and that'll give them hour
early into the stadium.
Speaker 6 (18:40):
And I was calling for like thirty minutes. So that's
that's huge. That's great. I know I take advantage of that.
Speaker 4 (18:48):
Well, maybe not on game day, maybe not the best.
Well you never know after. So let's talk about Washington
State because this is a team that the Mountain West
teams are playing this year, but in two years you're
going to be in a conference with him in the
Pac twelve. Been some great games between these teams in
the past. You guys played a whale of a game
(19:08):
against him just a couple of years ago down in
La at Sofi in the Bowl game. In fact, Devo
Bridges with a defensive MVP of that game, same coaching staff,
some new personnel, including a quarterback.
Speaker 6 (19:20):
Who can really move in John Mattire.
Speaker 4 (19:22):
You just played a mobile quarterback at UNLV, but didn't
have time to prepare for him. You've had some time
to prepare for John Mattire. How would you describe the
challenge that comes from trying to contain him and all
the things he does?
Speaker 6 (19:33):
So he has a live arm.
Speaker 7 (19:35):
He has a baseball background, so he's always changing his
platform and his angles of his throats.
Speaker 4 (19:39):
He does a great job with that.
Speaker 6 (19:41):
The other thing that I really want to talk about
is that he can run. He can really run.
Speaker 7 (19:46):
Like I tell the team, it's like tackling Christian McCaffrey.
That's how we have to attack this thing. He does
a great job of keeping his balance in traffic.
Speaker 6 (19:54):
He won't just go down easy.
Speaker 7 (19:55):
He has a little He likes to jump before you
tackle him, so he'll change where you're You know, everybody's
trying to aim down at the lag, so you try
to get it to where you now at his ankles.
And then I was watching a TV copy of the game.
They were talking about him benchy or squatting six hundred pounds,
so you can see that as he's playing. He's very
very strong. He does not go down easy at all.
(20:16):
That's why I call hi Christian McCaffrey. So we're gonna
have our hands full with him. It seems like college
football nowadays, everybody's mobile, so we're gonna have to execute
our plan, play together. So we're gonna have the gang tackle.
It's not gonna be one guy just making tack. We
don't have the gang tackle. If we do that, we
should be successful.
Speaker 4 (20:34):
Well, one of those guys who's gonna be trying to
tackle him is here tonight, Malakai Langley. We'll hear from
him in just a little bit. I just got to
put it in perspective, coach, and you've been really gracious
with me answering a lot of goofy questions. I don't
know if I've ever asked any other coaches on these shows,
But since you brought up Matier as a quarterback and
he's only six to one, he's not a huge guy
right at six to one, I think they list him
(20:55):
around two ten something like that. As you said, can
really move quick feet, kind of looks like the road
runner running around out there. But you said he squat
six hundred. So take me back to number fifty one.
You know, twenty five years ago in the Bulldog program,
trying to max out in the weight room, what was
your best squad?
Speaker 6 (21:13):
So I did five.
Speaker 7 (21:14):
Fifty when I was a sophomore, and then my junior year,
I actually hurt my knee. So I hurt my knee,
has surgery, and I quit doing all the squat in heavyweight,
so I kind of maxed out.
Speaker 6 (21:27):
The most I ever did was five to fifty. But
Malachi might be a lot more. You need to ask
him that. But I stopped the squatting stuff to save
my knees.
Speaker 4 (21:35):
Wise decision, But that puts in perspective a little bit.
I think for the people out here, if this quarterback
is squatting six hundred and you were doing that as
an All conference linebacker a quarter century ago, that is significant.
And you know he's got some weapons too to get
the ball to, especially on the outside.
Speaker 6 (21:52):
Yeah, big time.
Speaker 7 (21:54):
So the main thing, you know, you always play these teams.
You look at stats and you look at the averages.
There's always one guy at average is like twenty yards
or whatever, eighteen or whatever. They have like four to
five guys that average that much so they're very explosive,
make a lot of plays. We're gonna have to cover them.
They're schemed. They scheme up your coverages and they read
your leverage and all those type of things, so we're
gonna have to change some stuff up. But it's exciting,
(22:17):
you know, as a player, as a competitor, this is
the type of.
Speaker 6 (22:19):
Games you want to be in.
Speaker 7 (22:20):
So I know our back end guys are excited for
the challenge and we're ready to go for Saturday.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
Saturday, four o'clock will be the kick time. And I
just had a question come in on the x HAP
using that hashtag ask fs. This is from our friend Steve,
who's here tonight. I think I saw him there. He
is right there from the Quarterback Club. He says, you know,
having a four o'clock start instead of seven or seven thirty.
I know a lot of our listeners are happy, especially
those who live outside of Fresno proper. If they're in
(22:48):
Porterville or Mercet or Modesto or Fireba or Doss Palace
or you know, Wood Lake wherever. If they are a
little ways away, they can still get home at a
decent time with the four o'clock kick what about the team.
Does that make a difference for you guys. You're guys
excited to play at four instead of waiting around all day.
Speaker 7 (23:05):
I think they like when it kind of changes up.
I don't think they like it to always be a
night kick. Seven point thirty and eight. We've done eight
o'clock before. I think they kind of like the change up.
I think four will be great. You know, we'll play
some ball, then the guys can go eat, and then
they have a little bit of freedom.
Speaker 6 (23:22):
So I think they'll like that.
Speaker 7 (23:23):
As coaches, we're gonna take advantage of it, and we're
gonna have official visits for recruiting, so when the game's over,
we're gonna actually go back to work on the other
side of things and do some recruiting stuff with the
parents and the kids that are visiting.
Speaker 6 (23:35):
So it's gonna help that way.
Speaker 7 (23:37):
So usually, like last game, we had a late kick
and then when the game was over, everybody just went home,
you know, and we couldn't do anything with our recruits
and stuff like that.
Speaker 6 (23:46):
So we find benefits in the early kick.
Speaker 4 (23:49):
We'll I have a follow up question about that when
we come back. We're here at the point patiobar and bistro.
Coach Tim Skipper is here. Senior linebacker Malachi Langley will
join us shortly as well. I see some good food,
some good food. Maybe later I'm gonna eat some good food.
I know. Coaches, try that wet salad and the Wings.
Get to the Tim Skipper special and keep it here.

We welcome back to the Bulldog Football Hour. We're out
here on the patio. What a gorgeous evening.
Speaker 6 (27:21):
Huh yeah.
Speaker 4 (27:24):
And not only can you come talk Bulldog football and
what a huge home game Saturday four o'clock. It's going
to be a sellout right four o'clock kicks Saturday against
Washington State out of the PAC twelve. But if you
come talk to us here at the point tonight, not
only do you have a chance to win a football
the coach Skipper's going to sign and Malachi Langley's going
(27:45):
to sign. Not only could you win four tickets in
a parking past two Saturdays showdown with the Cougars, you
could win two of these hats that usually you have
to be a Bulldog student to win the Boots and
Buckles hat that's going to be given to the first
three thousand Bulldog students at Valley Children stadiums Saturday. But
you can even watch former Bulldog Aaron Judge and the
Yankees in their playoff game against the Royals on one
(28:06):
set of TV or you could watch the Padres and
former bulldog Benfritz, their bullpen coach, trying to upset the
Blue crew there in San Diego. That's all happening here
at the Point tonight, not to mention the awesome menu
and anything you want to drink. We've got a few
more minutes with the coach before we bring Malachi Langley on.
We're brought to you tonight by Table Mountain Casino Resort.
(28:26):
Have a lucky day followed by an epic night only
a Table Mountain Casino Resort. So, coach, you were talking
about the fact that when the game ends Saturday evening,
the day kind of just starts for you guys as
a coaching staff, because you're going to have a bunch
of recruits in on official visits, and there are rules
around that, right is what people can do, what they
(28:46):
can't do. But a lot of times what sways a
recruit is not necessarily what you do on the field,
but the environment at a game. So are there some
things that the fans who are here tonight at Point
or that are listening that are going to be there Saturday,
or there's some things that they can do that backs
you up in that recruiting process, or there's some things
(29:07):
you've heard from recruits over the years. Hey, when this
happened at the stadium, that really fired me up. Or
I saw this, heard this experience that.
Speaker 7 (29:14):
The number one thing that the recruits mentioned is everybody's
wearing red. That's like a big deal. They see everybody's
wearing the same color. So wearing red is huge. And
I think just being loud and selling out and filling
every single seat all that makes a difference because not
a lot of schools are getting these sellouts and packing
in their house, you know what I mean.
Speaker 6 (29:34):
And we do we do, we do on a consistent basis.
So we need to keep that rolling.
Speaker 7 (29:39):
We need to be loud, We need to give you
something chure about which we will do and just make
it the biggest party in the valley come Saturday.
Speaker 4 (29:47):
Now it is boots and buckles Nights, so there might
be a little flannel red in there compared to just
the red T shirts this time, and some shiny buckles.
Speaker 6 (29:55):
Themes are important too, So that's all good.
Speaker 4 (29:59):
When it it comes to this matchup with Washington State.
I asked you about the quarterback and some of the
weapons on offense, but their coach, Jake dickerd like he
was a defensive guy. What's impressed you about Washington State's
defense so far this year. I know there's some big
points that have been scored against them in some of
the games, but there's some playmakers there too. Can you
highlight maybe some things about that defense that jump out
on five games worth the film?
Speaker 7 (30:20):
Definitely as far as scheme wise, they mix it up
more than a lot of teams I've ever seen. They're
gonna mix all their coverages. They're gonna mix what they
do up front. I think the heart and soul of
their defenses the front, the front is very good. We're
gonna need to block those guys. We're gonna need to
confuse them. They're gonna twist and do all kinds of
stuff to try to confuse us. So we need to
keep them off balancing off track. And then, as I
was saying, they're gonna mix the coverages up, their linebackers
(30:42):
get displayed. Sometimes they're in the box, sometimes they're walked out.
Means they're gonna slant move according to where they are.
And then coverages you get everything. You're gonna get all
the zones, you're gonna get cover zero, you're gonna get
cover one. They do it all and that's the thing
that makes it a challenging game is you kind of
really don't have.
Speaker 6 (30:58):
Tendencies on them that way.
Speaker 7 (31:00):
You know you're gonna have to see what they're giving
you on this particular play and then execute what we have.
So it'll be a challenge of minds, I think, not
so much just playing physical and stuff.
Speaker 6 (31:09):
We're gonna have to play smart. Also.
Speaker 4 (31:11):
It's amazing how big a difference that can make some times.
We're here at the Point Patio Barnbistro, northwest corner of
Willow and Knees here till seven. We've got a few
more minutes with the coach. Then we're gonna bring in
Malachi Langley, the senior linebacker. I want to talk to
you about Malachi in a moment, but let's talk about your quarterback,
Mikey Keane, because we've seen him have some really strong
games in a Bulldog uniform, really accurate games. Certainly the
(31:33):
bowl game last year comes to mind, what he did
at Arizona State at Purdue, and he's coming off a
tough one. He only threw two of the four interceptions,
but the team was picked off four times. When you
come off a game like that, do you have to
do anything different in trying to prepare him? Are there
some things you need to help him process to get
(31:54):
to where he's playing with confidence again, a little swagger?
Speaker 6 (31:57):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (31:57):
You know.
Speaker 7 (31:58):
Stats anytimes interceptions they go to the quarterback right, but
there's a lot more into it. We need to protect
him a lot better because he's getting hit left and
right way too much. Not necessarily getting sacked, we're getting hit,
so we need to make sure we get that handled
so he can take his time in the pocket and
do what he needs to do. Also, our rhythm and
timing on the outside, we have to be in the
(32:18):
right spots, whether we're a wide receiver or a running
back or or a tight end whatever. We got to
be where he's expecting us to be. We can't be
if it's a fifteen yard route, you can't be at
twenty or shorter, you know what I mean.
Speaker 6 (32:29):
Those type of things. We have to be in one heartbeat.
And when you see.
Speaker 7 (32:32):
Interceptions, usually it's not just the quarterback. There's usually something
that broke down within that. So Mikey's very smart, He's
gonna he's been working, he's been grinding, He's in meetings
before I came over here.
Speaker 6 (32:44):
He'll be fine. He'll be fine. He's played a lot
of ball.
Speaker 7 (32:46):
We just need to all be on the same page
all the time and we'll be We'll be all right.
Speaker 6 (32:50):
We'll be good.
Speaker 4 (32:52):
Speaking of playing a lot of ball, Malachi Langley has
played a lot of games. He's a six year senior,
came here as a walk on initially, but earned his
scholarship and has just been a mainstay at that linebacker
position and a guy whose presence.
Speaker 6 (33:04):
Is always felt by the other team.
Speaker 4 (33:06):
If you know what I mean, and I know you
know what I mean, because that's who you were with
four hundred and eighteen career tackles the time that you've
spent around Malachi. What are the things that you see
that we don't all see that you've come to really
appreciate about who he is and how he does what
he does.
Speaker 7 (33:21):
Definitely so going into year three coaching Malachi, and Malachi
is a guy that stays off the list. He's never late,
doesn't miss anything. You never have to worry about him.
You know, to me, he's like a forty year old man.
I tell him all the time. He's an old soul,
so I love that about him. He's a leader, very smart, intelligent,
(33:42):
understands ball. You know, to be able to walk on
and earn a scholarship and be a starter of the
way he has is not easy thing to do.
Speaker 6 (33:48):
But he's that type of kid.
Speaker 7 (33:50):
He's that type of guy that's gonna always attack obstacles
and difficult situations and adversity.
Speaker 6 (33:55):
He'll knock the mess out of you. He lifts a
tonne of weights in the.
Speaker 7 (33:59):
Weight he's just he's with you would think a linebacker is,
you know, that tough, physical guy that's a little crazy, wired,
a little different.
Speaker 6 (34:07):
He's that guy.
Speaker 7 (34:08):
But the last thing I'll say about him is he
already has his degree, and then I think it'll have
your masters and at this semester to the next one,
so he'll have it this semester.
Speaker 6 (34:17):
So give it up for Malakoff for getting that done.
Amen to that.
Speaker 4 (34:21):
Maybe we'll talk to him about that a little bit.
I just have to ask as a follow up, because
you called him a forty year old man, and I'm
looking around the room and i know I'm not the
only one here who wouldn't mind going back to forty
right now.
Speaker 6 (34:32):
I've got a birthday coming on me too.
Speaker 4 (34:34):
Yeah. Well, I'm wondering when you were playing, is that
something that Coach Sweeney or Coach Hill or Coach Coyle
or any of those guys said about you.
Speaker 7 (34:42):
Probably, You know, I try to not listen to all
that stuff. Linebackers are crazy, we're different. We just we
just want to hit somebody, you know. So that's you
don't listen to all the kind words. It just makes
you madd You know. It's funny you mentioned that you
want to hit somebody.
Speaker 4 (34:56):
When I first saw the graphic that Fresno State put
out for tonight's show, you and Malachi and had said
something about a couple of linebackers coming here. I was
going to say, shut up and hit somebody. And then
I said, wait, it's a talk show. You don't want
us to shut up. We got to talk a little bit,
talk and hit somebody. Thanks for talking with this, coach.
You gotta sign this football before you go eat some
great wings in.
Speaker 6 (35:16):
I will do that. I'll sharpe right here for you.
Speaker 4 (35:18):
We'll get an al Chai up here too. When we
come back. You'll be hearing from Malachai Langley if you've
got a question for him, centered our way on the
x app of Twitter with that hashtag ask fs. And
if you want to win tickets or cowboy hats or
this football, hurry up and join us on the patio
of the Point Patio Bar and Bistro, Northwest corner of

Guest, Ladies and gentlemen, Raising Havoc at the linebacker position
with his buddy CV to Mura number nine in your program,
number one in your heart, Ladies and gentlemen, Malachi Langley.
Speaker 4 (39:32):
So if you ever decide in your post football career,
Malachi to get into MMA or boxing or something, maybe
you can take them on the right there. I get that,
all right there, man, have you ever thought about that
boxing anything like that?
Speaker 15 (39:45):
Maybe you just get my hands faster and stuff. I'm more,
I think more wrestling.
Speaker 6 (39:48):
I like that better. I can see that. Yeah, all right.
Speaker 4 (39:51):
Well, we're brought to you tonight by the Bulldog Bread,

Speaker 6 (40:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 15 (40:07):
I think they should make more of them though.
Speaker 4 (40:08):
Yeah, it's got the number nine, says Bulldog Bread. Got
a little knock bole up there, real nice And I
see you're also you got a gold chain with your
old number thirty five on it. I think I spoke
to you about this last year. Maybe when you first
changed numbers, when you first got here, thirty five was
all that was available. Was that the story?
Speaker 6 (40:26):
It was just given I didn't have. I don't know.
Speaker 15 (40:28):
This is given to me. I got here and this
threw a number on my back of lay here.
Speaker 4 (40:32):
So when you had the opportunity to change, why was
nine at the top of your list.
Speaker 15 (40:37):
I feel like all the players who wore before me
did something special, you know, So I feel like this
number means a lot of the program, like that Kevin
Sweeney guy, Yeah, very minim a couple of times.
Speaker 4 (40:46):
A great guy, man, great guy you have. And you've
been here a long time. You ever blink and say,
wait a second, is this really six years?
Speaker 6 (40:54):
That's crazy?
Speaker 15 (40:55):
Think about all the people I've come with, like going now,
but then your six years it's like the first of
the I guy here, physicals and stuff, and everybody's looking young.
Speaker 6 (41:03):
You know.
Speaker 15 (41:04):
A couple people have been with some league like Veil
this crazy team him there.
Speaker 4 (41:08):
Yeah, in that retro Bronco jersey the other day, Lavelle Bailey,
one of last year's team captains. Let's you know, since
we're on that topic, and when you first got here
six years ago, I don't know if all the folks
here have heard that story. Some guys, you know, are
are being recruited really heavily, and it's a battle and
they've got ten and twelve authors. Other guys they have
(41:31):
to go prove themselves, and and you ended up being
one of those guys who had to come prove yourself here.
Can you walk us through what your expectations were when
you showed up on campus way back when.
Speaker 15 (41:41):
Uh, I thought I was underrated out of high school
because I didn't I didn't come out of one of
the bigger high schools or a winning program. So I
came in as it's like I got to work and
get to it, you know, no days off. That's that's
been my set since I've been here. You know, can't
get comfortable, but I feel like I deserve to offer
coming in deserved a Scottish So I just came to
(42:01):
that mind said that I need to get it, you know.
Speaker 6 (42:03):
That's why that's my reach for being here.
Speaker 4 (42:06):
And and you earned it pretty quickly by finding your
way on the field and getting reps at linebacker. We've
seen you, you know, leave an impression on some opposing
ball carriers. We've seen you get your hands on some
footballs and and when you do, it's kind of like
that that thick six we saw in the NFL the
other night, or that thick pick right where when you
get the ball you're looking to do some damage.
Speaker 6 (42:27):
Yeah, a little bit.
Speaker 15 (42:28):
I had a good return a couple years ago against
Wyoming thirty five yards. I think hit my top speed
that that game. But I'm trying to go score you
hit your top speed? Is that something where they give
you analytics? Like yeah, after on Sundays you come back,
they get they had you a paper like upr right there.
Speaker 4 (42:45):
So you're going like twenty one miles an hour or
something like that, something like that, something like that. And
I remember talking to you once before when I saw
you return that one against Wyoming. I think you told
me that in high school for the Pasadenadogs, you play little.
Speaker 15 (43:02):
Running back, playing maybe running back my senior year. Uh huh,
first played in my highlight table of eighty yard run.
Skip wouldn't believe it, but yeah, well.
Speaker 4 (43:09):
Maybe we have to dust that puppy off and refresh
his memory because already this year we've seen one of
your fellow linebackers go in as a fullback and I
formation and catch a touchdown.
Speaker 15 (43:19):
Test That's that's the moment of the year right now,
Tyler Mellow.
Speaker 6 (43:22):
I was hap to see that.
Speaker 4 (43:23):
So did that make it a little envious?
Speaker 6 (43:26):
Not at all? Man, I want it, But what's happened
for him? Good?
Speaker 4 (43:29):
Well, maybe your time is coming. It's coming soon, man,
And what is coming real soon is Saturday, four o'clock
against Washington State. And you know, you've played in a
lot of big time games for this team. You were
a key part of winning a championship two years ago
on something that had never been done. No team in
college football history had ever started one and four and
end up winning ten games, and you guys pulled that
off with an incredible run and you were a big
(43:51):
part of that. But the last game was one of
those that wasn't one you want to remember fondly. Can
you describe for us how that he's to you guys
as players, especially a leader, a six year senior, And
what's gonna make the difference to getting back in the
win call on Saturday?
Speaker 15 (44:08):
Uh, he's a nasty taste. And you don't want to
go into the field and put that on tape, you know.
But I feel like that happened to give his more
motivation not to get comfortable, not not not to take
any plays off or like not folks on film, because
last Saturday you get to tell none of us are
doing our jobs right. You know, so this this Saturday,
it's just folcus on doing your job right, doing doing
what you gotta do, and it will come out the.
Speaker 4 (44:31):
You know when when Matt Leaber was introducing you there
for us, he mentioned the guy who plays next year.
We look at those linebackers you see eight and nine,
and they're easy to tell apart because one of them's
terror is down to about the middle of his back
and that's not you. Uh, what's it been like playing with.
Speaker 6 (44:48):
CEV this year.
Speaker 15 (44:49):
He's a great guy man, very vocal guy, very got
fun gotta be around he like, uh lends with the
whole team. You know, he's a great person to be around.
He bus, he brings energy on the field. He's gonna
make a play. He can depend on him. So it's
really cool being around them.
Speaker 4 (45:01):
And I was talking to Skip about the quarterback you're
up against Saturday and you face some some mobile quarterbacks
already this year, but this guy Materer is really dynamic.
I mean, he's their leading rusher. He keeps plays alive.
He's tough to bring down. Skip said, he squat six
hundred pounds. What's your top on the squad?
Speaker 15 (45:17):
I think five to forty five you got me beat
right now.
Speaker 4 (45:19):
I'm not gonna lie, but wow. Yeah, so you got
to wrap up Saturday?
Speaker 15 (45:24):
Well yeah, definitely, without was the biggest squad I've got
to wrap up anyway. You know, the layer numbers, they're cool,
but it's about what you do in the field.
Speaker 6 (45:31):
Mm hm.
Speaker 4 (45:34):
And I was asking coach too about you know a
lot of recruits coming in this weekend for official visits
and what could the fans do to make a strong
impression on these recruits when you think back over almost
six years worth of Bulldog football. Well, one of those
years the fans weren't allowed to stand, so I guess
that wouldn't stand out. But are there a couple of
things you think of that weren't necessarily plays on the field,
(45:57):
but moments in that stadium that you're always going to
take with you that you're always going to remember.
Speaker 15 (46:02):
Just how loud the crowd gets, man, it's to be vocal.
Make sure you feel your presence, you know, when they
do the little white the light wave the night I.
Speaker 4 (46:11):
Forgot what you call it the week when they turn
their flashlights on their phone.
Speaker 15 (46:15):
They do that too, But just being being vocal, you know,
make sure we know we.
Speaker 6 (46:19):
Know you're there.
Speaker 4 (46:20):
You mean, don't stop believing it.
Speaker 6 (46:21):
Don't stop believing.
Speaker 4 (46:22):
Yeah, I'm not going to sing, don't worry.
Speaker 15 (46:26):
I think you should.
Speaker 4 (46:27):
How about you?
Speaker 15 (46:28):
I think you got to be right now.
Speaker 6 (46:29):
No, you don't want to hear that.
Speaker 4 (46:32):
You seem to like these cowboy hats though I do.
Speaker 15 (46:34):
I was gonna wear it but couldn't fit.
Speaker 4 (46:35):
Then did you go through a phase growing up where
you want to be a cowboy?
Speaker 6 (46:39):
I'm from l A. We don't do that.
Speaker 4 (46:43):
Well. There are a lot of Hollywood cowboys over the years.
You know, the duke comes to mind. We're gonna take
a break. When we come back, we'll get into some
more football talk with you. Right now, I got to ask.
I know you've been here before at the point, what's
your go to on the menu here?
Speaker 6 (46:57):
I don't know. I'm just my second time here. I
try some to do back.
Speaker 16 (47:00):
I'm getting a calimory macrona cheese. Oh really, yeah, calamari
macaroni chief Calamari and macaroni and cheese. Oh okay, yes,
Ivanda may fund and be earlier for that, but I
think might combination.
Speaker 4 (47:12):

Hey, this is coach Pat Hill here on behalf of
my friends at American Pistachio Grs. It is my favorite
time of the year because Bulldog football is back. This
also means that California pistasure goers are working hard to
harvest my favorite healthy and delicious nut. Just like building
a winning team on the football field, American Pistaschuo Goers

protect your investment now and into the future. So this

Speaker 4 (50:38):
Back here at the point Pattiobar and Bistro, we got
about ten minutes left. Here we're talking to Malachi Langley,
Bulldog senior linebacker. You'll see him running around and hitting
people with that number nine uniform on Saturday at four o'clock.
I don't know if are we allowed to say what
uniforms you guys are wearing Saturday yet? I don't know,
so you could say I'm unaware. I guess people have
(50:59):
to show up to find out exactly. And it is belts,
it's boots and buckles nights. So if you have some boots,
if you have a buckle, you can wear it. I'm
gonna have the privilege of wearing our late great bulldog
friend Jack Hanna's belt buckle again Saturday.
Speaker 6 (51:12):
Can't wait to do that.
Speaker 4 (51:13):
And these hats that we have here tonight with sponsored
by eight one to one. I always call eight one
to one before you dig. They are going to be
given to the first three thousand Fresno State students who
come through the gates at Valley Children Stadium Saturday for
that four o'clock kick against Washington State. We're talking to
Malachi Langley, who grew up in southern California played for
(51:33):
the Bulldogs of Pasadena High before coming here to Fresno State. Man,
I think about that six years. That's like almost a
third of your life right now. I bet your family's
gotten pretty used to coming up to the valley on
game days.
Speaker 15 (51:45):
They're very used to. Man, they've been coming for a
long time now, so they're used to that drive. They
do up in backs like most Saturdays.
Speaker 4 (51:52):
So, Wow, Road Warriors, you ever get that call of hey,
we're stuck on a backup on the Grapevine and.
Speaker 6 (51:58):
They know ought to be that they're not. It'll get that.
Speaker 4 (52:01):
I might need to take some notes from them then
when I'm going down and see my daughters down there.
So Coach Skipper, I thought, pointed out something that's really
important for us to remember, especially in this age of
nil and the transfer portal and all the things we hear.
What we don't hear a lot about is what you
guys do in the classroom. So the fact that you've
been here the amount of time that you have, you've
(52:21):
already earned an undergrad degree in sociology. Now you're working
on a master's in curriculum and instruction. I bet you've
had some memorable classes in six years. Here are there
some things that you look back on You're like, you know,
I'm really glad I took that class, or met this
instructor or had this experience. You have a.
Speaker 15 (52:43):
Couple of good teachers at Wasn's great teachers. Actually a
recent one, Susan Slivert. She's a great teacher. I really
appreciated her. You know, she's always there, she's understanding, you know,
she enjoys teaching. So but I've had a lot of
good class I can't remember the name of the courses.
I remember like the topics on and stuff, and it's
they've been fun.
Speaker 4 (53:02):
Well, you also have a course every Saturday on the
grid Iron and a lot of homework that goes into it.
And I know you've been doing your homework on Washington State.
You also probably do a lot of study. And when
it comes to your teammates and getting to know these guys,
is there something that you've seen in your teammates, whether
it's guys in the linebacker room, guys on your side
(53:24):
of the ball, or even the guys you go up
against and maybe jaw with a little bit. That just
encourage you that this team can be a championship team
like teams you played on here in the past.
Speaker 15 (53:36):
Having great leaders, you know, like Mike's a great leader.
You know, he might be young, but he's a great leader.
And having other guys to be able to step up.
Doesn't matter like the age or how much you player,
but just step up and hold people accountabless, like championship
team right there. Let's you have talented people that help
all the time, a.
Speaker 4 (53:55):
Lot of talent, a lot of experience, and we see
that experience in your game. And you also have have
more experience with your head coach than a lot of
your teammates because he was your position coach before. I know,
he's still standing over there talking. Maybe he's distracted and
not listening to you, but you know, has getten that
promotion to interim head coach. Change the way you guys
interacted all.
Speaker 15 (54:15):
Uh No, he's always there. He's still he's still he's
gonna be there regardless. You know, if you messed up,
he's right there, he's right there. He still make you
laugh every once in a while. Yeah, he's a big comedian.
Back to the meaning rooms. He's always making a funny joke.
Speaker 4 (54:32):
What's the side of number nine, Malachai Langley that we
don't get to see on game day? What are some
of your secret abilities or characteristics that don't stand out
when you're thumping a guy and dropping him on the
turf or picking off that pass and running thirty.
Speaker 15 (54:47):
Five year old side? You don't see a big R
and B guy. You know, big R and B U
do a lot of yoga stuff like that. What else
big nature guy?
Speaker 3 (54:57):
This?
Speaker 4 (54:58):
I think basic stuff, big nature guy. Yeah, Like you
like to go hiking and stuff the mountains or the beach.
Speaker 15 (55:04):
Uh more like big parks like Woolberd Park. I'll be
with there walking sometimes, just taking it in.
Speaker 4 (55:13):
So you go into a game this week against the
Pac twelve opponent team that's four and one, back at home,
haven't played at home in a month, haven't played anywhere
in two weeks. When you guys first come down that ramp,
when the lights go off and everybody's cheering and the
smoke swafting around and all that, what do you think
about in those moments? Is it the same every game?
Is it different from game to game. Take us inside
(55:35):
your helmet, like, what are you focused on at that
part of the game.
Speaker 6 (55:39):
That's a good question.
Speaker 15 (55:42):
Going out there and doing my job, coming out with
their juice, you know, the same focused on the goal,
you know, winning the games. That's that's the biggest, the
biggest saying to know my my assignments going over in
my head, you know. Then to make sure I pray.
That's the biggest things before game.
Speaker 4 (55:58):
Yeah, I've seen a lot of you guys praying, and
I've seen one of your old teammates praying with you,
kam Lamba News. He used to be in your linebacker room.
Now he's leading chapel.
Speaker 6 (56:04):
Then I put the great guy man.
Speaker 15 (56:07):
It's crazy seeing his transformation. You know, you knew it
was coming when he was a linebacker room. He led
chapel one of the years. But he's always been a
real good leader, meaning were like a religious guy, you know,
just just teaching us the word and just holding us
accountable and just telling us to do better things.
Speaker 6 (56:21):
You know.
Speaker 4 (56:23):
And I know you went with the calamari and mac
and cheese here tonight at the point, and we'll get
your review on that later. But it's when you get
done with the game, do you ever like do you
have like a food you're always trying to gravitate toward.
Speaker 15 (56:38):
I'm going home making a Burger's That's what I'm yeah,
doing it yourself. Yeah, and a your fast foods. I
usually make my stuff myself, So that's your secret.
Speaker 4 (56:46):
Yeah, that's the one thing I wanted to ask you
before we run out of time, because you've been here
six years now. I hope you're not getting sick of
me talking about field it. I'm just wondering you can
probably look back. There's got to be a difference between
you know, that teenager coming out of high school earning
(57:06):
a scholarship to now I'm a six year senior leader
on the team wearing my custom Bulldog brand NIL shirt
at the point while I'm getting ready to eat calamari
and mac and cheese. What's the biggest difference you see
in yourself when you look in the mirror compared to
that kid who came here.
Speaker 6 (57:21):
Six years ago?
Speaker 15 (57:22):
Just mindset wise, I've grown a lot being here. I
take care of my body more since i've been here. Oh,
I didn't eat like fast food in high school, but
I got more into process like stretching and stuff, and
just make sure seeing how my body feels, make sure
I eat the right stuff. And I got this getting routines,
but just growing like into a man. This personality wise
(57:42):
is knowing certain stuff like sticking to routines, hold yourself accountable,
holding other people accountable, try to be a good man.
Speaker 4 (57:51):
Pretty good answer. Huh. Do you have any goals as
you look forward for this season? You know, besides the
op of winning a Mountain West Championship, winning a bowl game,
anything that drives you, motivates you.
Speaker 15 (58:06):
You're focused on just being with the team needs you know,
I'm not individually focuses being with the team, nees this.
Speaker 6 (58:12):
Whatever you need to do to win, I'm going to.
Speaker 4 (58:14):
Do that, even if it means popping out twenty tackles
on Saturday, whatever it takes, getting that pick six.
Speaker 6 (58:22):
Yeah, whatever it takes, well, we're ready to see it.
Speaker 4 (58:24):
Man, Thanks for hanging out with us tonight and enjoy
that calamaria mac and cheese and good luck Saturday night.
Speaker 6 (58:29):
Appreciate you.
Speaker 4 (58:29):
Man. That's Malachi Langley, you senior linebacker number nine. You
can catch him and the rest of the dogs. Four
o'clock kick on Saturday our pregame coverage. We'll started to
get in the stadium early and thanks for listening to
the Bulldog Football Hour. Remember next week we're here on
Tuesday night from six to seven with a Friday game.
This is the Bulldog Sports Network from Deerfield.
