Don Hughes, a psychologist, a board certified clinical psychologist, not

who just reads terror cards. Provided the jury with information

about domestic violent, sexual assault and traumatic stress. So that

it's not easy for them to leave situations like this,

actually invoked his Fifth Amendment right not to testify on
the grounds of potential self incrimination, but the judge indicated
that he was going to sign an immunity order that
would require him to testify, but he's safe, so he's safe.
