Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's your early morning praise party.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
I am Sherry Mackie and it's time for us to
go to God in prayer. And as always I ask
that you join along with me in prayer. You know,
sometimes when things are going on around me, y'all, I
don't have any words, I just say Jus and somebody said, well,
I'm Shery. You always say come on Jesus. Yeah, that's
(00:22):
my saying, come own Jesus. That's when I'm excited. And
then sometimes, y'all, that's when I'm overwhelmed. Come on Jesus,
like I just need you. So today I want to
pray about calling on the name of Jesus, Heavenly Father.
We come to you today with hearts wide open because
we've learned there's power in the name of Jesus. When
(00:44):
life shakes us, when storms rage, when darkness tries to
overtake us, Jesus is the name that breaks through.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
Jesus. Jesus, Oh, what a sweet, strong, saving name.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
When we call your name, Shackles fall when we yesper
your name, Peace enters the room. When we cry out
Jesus and desperation, Heaven stands at attention, and angels are dispatch.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
There's no name greater, no name higher.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
No name stronger than the name of Jesus. Lord, your
word says in Romans ten thirteen, for whoever calls in
the name of the Lord.
Speaker 1 (01:22):
Shall be saved.
Speaker 2 (01:24):
So today we are that whoever we're calling, not out
of formality, but out of faith.
Speaker 1 (01:32):
God.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
We're calling from broken places, from weary places, from waiting places,
knowing you are faithful to answer. When we call on Jesus,
demons tremble, fear has to flee, Depression begins to lift,
chains begin to loosen, Healing starts to spring forth, Mountains move,
(01:52):
doors open, strength returns.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
Because there is power in your name.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
Jesus, you are our shelter. You are our savior. You
are our strong tower. You are the lifter of our heads.
You are the bridge over troubled waters. You are the
bomb for our wounds and the anchor in our storm.
And the moment we call your name, something in the
(02:19):
atmosphere shifts. Even when we don't have the words God,
even when tears our only languish. When we cried Jesus,
you come close, You rescue, you restore, you revived. So
today God, we call on you with boldness. Jesus in
our homes, Jesus in our families, Jesus in our cities.
(02:43):
Jesus over sickness, Jesus over fear, Jesus over lack, Jesus
over confusion, Jesus in the midnight hour, Jesus on our jobs,
Jesus in the morning, Jesus in our churches, Jesus in
our lives. There is victory in your name, there is
(03:04):
mercy in your name, there is joy in your name.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
There's salvation in your name.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
And we declare today we will not be silent, we
will not be ashamed. We will continue to call on
the name of Jesus, because when we do Chain's break,
peace comes glory false.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
Thank you Jesus.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
Thank you for being near, Thank you for being enough.
Thank you for always hearing the cry of your children.
You are mighty, you are matchless, You are americal worker.
And we pray in the name of Jesus.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
Amen.
