I am Sherry KNACKI, and it's time for us to
go to God in prayer, and as always, I invite
you to join me in prayer. My aunt Lula Mila
ma a genie, she always shares these scriptures and prayers
every morning with my family, and we kind of go
back and forth, you know, praising God or encouraging one another.

(00:20):
And she shared something about waiting for God and Lord
that blessed me, and I want to pray that over
us today. Gracious and Almighty Father, we come before you
today with hearts that are longing, souls that are restless,
and minds that are weary from the weight of life's uncertainties.
Your word reminds us in Psalms sixty two and five,

(00:42):
my soul waits silently for God alone, for my expectation
is from Him. Lord. In this moment, we quiet our
spirits before you. We lay aside the noise of our worries,
the chatter of doubt, and the voice of fear, and
we lean into the stillness of your presence. Father. We

(01:04):
confess that waiting is not always easy. We live in
a microwave society. We won't answers quickly. We will break
through immediately, and we often grow impatient when things don't
move according to our timetable. But today, God, we declare
that our hope is not in people, Our security is

(01:24):
not in our possessions, and our future is not in circumstances.
Our hope is in you and you alone. Teach us
Lord to trust your time, and teach us God to
rest in your plan. Teach us God to believe that
you are always working behind the scenes for our good God.
For the one who feels overlooked today, let them know

(01:46):
that you see them. For the one who feels forgotten,
let them sense You're ever lasting arms holding them close.
For the one who's growing weary in the waiting, God,
breathe new strengthen to their soul. Help us to understand
that the waiting season is not wasted, that you are
shaping us, that you are refining us, that you are

(02:07):
preparing us for greater things to come. Lord, When our
hearts grow restless, remind us to return to the well
of your word. When our minds are clouded with doubt,
worst for your promises of peace, and when we feel
like giving up, remind us God that those who wait
on the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount

(02:27):
up with wings like eagles. They shall run and not grow,
wherein they shall walk and not faith Father God, we
wait with expectation, not with dread, God, not with fear,
but with hope, because we know that you are faithful.
You have never failed us, and God you never will.
So God, today we release our timelines into your hands.

(02:50):
We surrender our agendas to your will, and we rest
in the assurance that what you've spoken you will also
bring to pass. Thank you, Lord for being our rock.
Thank you Lord for being our refuge. Thank you Lord
for being our salvation. Thank You for being the peace
that comes when we wait silently in your presence. We

(03:11):
lift this prayer with confidence, believing that our expectations are
not in vain because it rests in You. In the mighty, matchless,
wonderful name of Jesus, we pray and we wait patiently
God for you. In Jesus' name, Amen,
