I am Sherry Mackie, and it's time for us to
go to God in prayer, and as always I ask
that you join along with me in prayer. You know,
I think about King David and how God called King
David a man after his own heart. But we know
that David had many, many flaws, and I'm grateful to
God that he doesn't judge us by our flaws, but

(00:22):
by our heart. And one of the things I consistently
pray is God, I want to heart that's peer and
perfect before you, and that's what we're gonna pray about today.
Heavenly Father, we come before you today with hearts bowed
low inhumility, longing for your presence, longing for your touch,
longing for you to shape us into who you called

(00:44):
us to be. Lord. Your word declares, blessed other peer
in heart, for they shall see God Father. It is
our crime today, not for riches, not for recognition, not
for earthly gain, but for a heart that is peer
and perfect toward you, Lord. Search our hearts, know us. God,

(01:04):
try us see if there is any wicked weigh in us.
Cleanse us from hidden faults, and purify us God from
secret sin. Wash us. God, with the blood of Jesus,
until our hearts be in the rhythm of yours. Father.
Strip away pride, strip away selfishness, Strip away bitterness, and
anything that clutters our souls. God replaces it with love,

replace it with compassion, replace it with humility and reference.
For you, Lord, we don't want to live with divided hearts.
We don't want to worship you with our lips while
our hearts are far from you. We want to walk
in integrity. We want to be consistent in our faith
and sincere in our worship. Lord, give us hearts that

(01:48):
are wholly devoted to you, hearts that say yes without hesitation,
hearts that seek your will above all else, hearts that
long to please you in every word, in every thought
and reaction. Father, Let our hearts be soft and tender
towards your spirit. When you speak, let us here, when
you convict, let us yield God, when you call, let

us obey God. We realize that purity is not perfection
in our strength, it is surrendered to your spirit inside
of us. So today God, we yield. We open the
deepest chambers of our hearts, and we invite you to
dwell there, to plans to renew to transform us God
from the inside out. Lord, we thank you for the

(02:32):
blood of Jesus that makes our hearten you. We thank
you for the Holy Spirit who empowers us to walk uprightly.
We thank you for the promise that those whose heart
are perfect towards You will see your hand move mightily
in their lives. So today, Lord, we declare creating us
a clean heart, renew the right spirit within us. Let
our hearts be pure God, Our motives be holy, and

our devotion be steadfast. God. Let our lives reflect Your
love shine as a testimony of what it means to
walk with a hard made perfect in You. God. We
give you all glory. God, we give you all honor,
and we give you all praise in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen, Amen,
