It is time for us to go to God in praying.
As always, I ask that you joined along with me
in prayer. And I was thinking about you know, so
often we feel like we're functioning right, We're going from
one task to the other. We're doing the same thing
over and no, we're gonna work and we're doing this.
We're just doing enough to get by, and we are

tired and we need to reset. I think about when
our computers we've had them on a long time and
they start acting slow, or if they're malfunctioning, we have
to do what they call a reset on the computer.
That's where you shut it down and let it restart.
And sometimes in our lives that's what we need. We
need to restart, We need to refresh in our lives

because we've been going, going, going, NonStop and we haven't
taken the time to reset, refresh and rest. So Father,
that's what we're praying for. And the reason we can't
rest oftentimes, God, is that because we're trying to carry
it all and we were never meant or made to
carry this stresses and the burdens and the cares of

this world, or our family or our job. So God,
we're praying right now for rest peace. We're choosing to
cast our cares on you. We let down our guard
and we rest. We know you're our hiding place. We
receive your rest, We receive your restoration. We receive You'll

renewal shelter us, God from the storms of life. Give
us wisdom so that we're able to take the right steps.
Strengthen us God, where we're weary in our mind and
our body and our spirit. God, we know you're our shepherd.
You promised in your word that you would lie us
down in green pastors. You said that you would lead

us beside the RESTful steel waters. You said that you
would refresh our souls. God, that sounds like peace and
so rendered to me. We're gonna do it like your
word says. We're gonna be stealed. We're gonna be steal
and know that you are God. We're not gonna be
fearful of the economy. We're not gonna be fearful of
the doctor's report. We're not gonna be fearful of what's

happening in our community or on the news of the reports.
And we're gonna trust in you and rest in you.
We're gonna find our refuge, our safety, our shelter, and you,
and you alone, God, we put our trust and Father.
Today we're gonna enter that peace that you promised in
your word, that peace that goes beyond our human understanding.

We thank you Lord that when we lie down, we
won't be afraid. When we lie down, we're gonna have
some sweet sleep in Jesus' name, Amen,
