And it's time for us to go to God in prayer,

and as always I invite you to join along with
me in prayer. You know, sometimes we just need a
reminder that the Lord is good. When we take a
reflection over our lives and we look at how God
has brought us through. We think about what He's done
in our family, on our jobs, in our finances. Yeah,
(00:21):
we may need him right now, but when we look
at his track record, we know that the Lord is good.
And that's what we're going to pray about today, Father, God,
in the name of Jesus Christ. Today we pause to
simply say, thank you, Thank you, Lord. You are good,
not just when life is easy, not just when everything
makes sense, but even when the road is rough our

hearts are heavy, you are still good. Lord. We thank
you that your goodness is not dependent on our circumstances,
is not measured by how much we have or how
well things are going. Your goodness is who you are, steady, faithful, unchanging, everlasting.
You were good yesterday, you are good today, and you'll

still be good tomorrow. Father. Sometimes life makes it hard
to see your hand, when prayers seem unanswered, when doors close,
when loss and pain press in we start to wonder,
where are you? God? But even then your word reminds
us and solves one hundred and five. For the Lord
(01:26):
is good, His mercy is everlasting, and his truth endures
to all generations. So even through tears, God, we will
say the Lord is good. Even in uncertainty, we will
declare the Lord is good. Even when we don't understand
the why, we will trust the Who, because You've been

too faithful for us to doubt you. Now you've carried
us through the valleys who we thought we wouldn't survive.
You've opened doors we didn't even deserve. You protected us
from dangers we never even saw coming. And when we
look back, all we can see is your goodness following
us every step of the way. Lord, remind us that
your goodness is not just what you do, it's just

who you are. You are good in your mercy that
forgives you are good in your grace that sustained. You
are good, and your love that never fails. You are
good in every sunrise. You are good in every breath,
every answer, prayer, and even God in the waiting Father,
we pray for hearts that recognize your goodness, not only

in the blessing, but also in the breaking, because even
when you allow us to be stretched, it makes us stronger.
Even when you're prone us, it's to make us fruitful.
Even when you correct us, it's because you care about us.
So today, Lord, let gratitude rise from our hearts. Let
worship feel our mouths. Let peace flood our spirits, For

no matter what comes our way, we will stand on
this truth. The Lord is good, and his mercy endures forever.
You are good when you are good when we're waiting.
You are good when we don't have the words to pray.
You are good when we fall. You are good when
you help us stand back up again. So, Father, we
thank you for your goodness that never stops pursuing us,

for your love that never lets go, and for your
faithfulness that will carry us all the way home. We
give you all the praise, we give you all the honor,
we give you all the glory, because no matter what
it looks like, you are good and you are God
in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen, Amen, Amen,
