Good morning, Good morning, Good morning. I am Sherry Mackie,
and it's time for us to go to God in prayer.
And as always I invite you to join along with
me in prayer. And today I want to pray for
our families. Pray for our families. Heavenly Father, in the
name of Jesus Christ, we come before you today, lifting

(00:21):
up every family represented under the sound of my voice. Lord,
you are the foundation on which our homes should be built,
the glue that holds us together, and the love that
covers us. All Father, we thank you for the gift
of family, those we were born into and even those

(00:44):
God that you've placed in our lives through love, through
faith and friendships. God, we know that family isn't always perfect,
but it is sacred. And so Lord, we ask that
you would breathe your peace into every home right now,
in the name of Jesus. Where there's been tension, God,
bring unity where there's been silence, Bring understanding where there's

(01:07):
been brokenness. God, you bring restoration. God, we pray for
marriages right now. Strengthen the bond between husbands and wives.
Remind them that love is not just a feeling, but
it's a daily choice. Help them to forgive quickly, to
speak kindly to one another, to love each other unconditionally. God,

(01:28):
let their union reflect your love for the Church, sacrificial, steadfast,
and strong. God, let them love like First Corinthians, Chapter
thirteen talks about Lord, we pray for parents who are
weary trying to make ends meet and raise their children
in a world filled with chaos. Remind them that you

(01:49):
see their efforts, that you hear every late night prayer,
and that you are working behind the scenes even when
it doesn't look like it. God, give them wisdom to
guide God, patience to nurture, and faith to keep going.
We lift up the children God, Father, You cover them

(02:09):
with your blood and protection. God their hearts, their minds,
and their choices in a world that's pulling them in
so many directions. God, let your word be their achre
and your spirit be their compass. Help them to know
that they are loved, Help them to know that they
are chosen, and help them to know that they are
called for a divine purpose. Lord, we pray for families

(02:33):
who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Comfort
them with your presence and remind them God that even
in the valleys of life, that you are near to them.
We lift up the families divided by distance, divided by misunderstanding,
a hurt. God, be the bridge that brings them back
together again. God, we speak reconciliation over these families. Father,

(02:57):
make our homes places where your presence dwells, where laughter
is heard, where forgiveness flows freely and love runs deeply.
Remind us that family is a ministry, our first assignment,
and that when we honor you, our homes will be blessed.
O God, and You're gonna bless everything connected to us. Lord,

(03:20):
we declare it today that no weapon formed against our
families will prospered. Generational curses are broken right now in
the name of Jesus. Healing has come and peace is
taking his rightful place. God, thank you for being the
head of our homes, the keeper of our hearts, and
the healer of our household. God, we trust you to
provide and to protect and to preserve us. God, we

declare it by faith, our families are covered, our homes
are blessed, our hearts are united in You in the
mighty name of Jesus. Amen, Amen, Amen,
