I am Sherry Mackie, and it's time for us to
go to God in prayer, and as always I invite
you to join along with me in prayer. You know,
I think about situations in our lives and our family,
in our cities and nation that cause us to remember,
or force us to remember, that our help comes from

(00:22):
the Lord, heavenly Father. In the name of Jesus, we
lift our eyes today, Lord, not to the mounds, not
to circumstances that surround us, but God, to You, the
creator of heaven and the earth, the one who watches
over us and never sleeps. Psalms one twenty one reminds
us that our help does not come from man, from money,

(00:44):
or from worldly solutions, but from You, the Lord, the
maker of heaven and earth. Father. Too often we try
to solve problems in our own strength. We worry about tomorrow,
we worry about our bills, we worry about our safety,
about relationship, about our family. But today, Lord, we choose
to lift our eyes and trust in you, knowing that

you are our help. You are our protector, You are
our provider. Nothing escapes your notice. Nothing is too hard
for you, No mountain is too high, no valley is
too low, Lord, no storm is too fierce, and no
enemy too strong for your power. Lord, we thank you
that you never slumber. You never sleep, You don't take breaks.

(01:29):
You're awake, watching and working on our behalf. So God,
our hearts, God, God, our minds. As we face uncertainty,
Protect our families, protect our homes, protect our steps. Cover
us under your wings, and let your presence be our refuge. Father.
Remind us that when we feel weak, you are strong. Father.

(01:50):
We thank you that when we feel anxious, you are
our peace that goes beyond our human understanding. When we
feel lost, you are our God. You are the one
who keeps our going out and coming in, the one
who preserves our soul, the one who carries us through
every trial. Help us, Lord to trust you fully. Let

(02:11):
our eyes remain fixed on You, not on the challenges
we face. God, Let us take courage knowing that the
maker of heaven and earth is holding us in his hands. Oh,
Let hope rise in our hearts. Let faith anchor our souls,
and confidence rest and the truth that our health comes
for you and you alone, Oh Father God. We lift

this prayer with gratitude, knowing that as long as you
are with us, we are never alone, never abandoned, and
never without help. God, Let us live each day with
our eyes lifted, our hearts steady, and our lives surrendered
to your mighty, faithful hands.
