Speaker 1 (00:00):
I am sharing, Mackie, and it's time for us to
go to God in prayer, and as always, I invite
you to join along with me in prayer. Today. I
was just thinking about so often we think about all
the things we've been through, and we share our testimonies
about the things that we've been through. And it's great
to share your testimony so that others can be edified

(00:22):
and encouraged. But I want you to just for a
few moments today to change that thing around and think about,
I'm still standing no matter what I've gone through, no
matter what battle I've had to fight, I'm still standing.
And that's what I want to pray about today. Heavenly Father,
we come before you today with gratitude on our lips

(00:44):
and praise in our hearts, because we declare God that
we are still standing. Not because life has been easy,
not because the road has been smooth, but because You
Lord have kept us. God, there were moments when the
weight felt too heavy, when the tears wouldn't stopped falling,
when the valley seemed too dark, in the battle too fears,

(01:04):
but you stepped in, You held us up. God, You
wrapped us in your strength when ours was gone. Oh, Lord,
you kept our minds. When anxiety tried to break us,
You protected our hearts. God, when disappointment try to harden us. God,
you restored our hope. When life tried to rob us,
You covered us. God, when the enemy tried to destroy us. Father,

(01:26):
thank you that every attack didn't work, Holly Lujah, Every
weapon form did not prosper. The enemy thought he had us.
But God, we're still standing. Depression did not win, Sickness
did not win. Betrayal did not win. Loss did not win.
God was still here by the grace and mercy of God. Lord,

(01:48):
help us to keep standing, not in our own strength,
but in yours. Remind us that when we are weak,
your power is made perfect. When the wind blows, you
are our shelter. When the ground shakes, you are our
solid rock. When the fire burns, God, you are the
fourth man standing with us in the fire. Come own, Jesus. God,
Thank you for every storm that didn't sweep us away.

(02:11):
Thank you for every valley that didn't swallow us up.
Thank you God for every trial that only pushed us
closer to you. Oh, let our lives be testimonies that
your grace is enough that even when life knocks us down,
faith helps us to rise again. That we may bend,
but we will not break. That we may cry, but

(02:31):
joy is still coming. So today God, we lift our
hands and we declare with boldness, with assurance, with victory
in our voice. We're still standing and we will keep
standing because we stand on the promises of God. In
the mighty name of Jesus, Oh, hollylujah, and thank you Lord. Amen.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
