I am Sherry Mackie, and it's time right now for
us to go to God in prayer. And as always
I ask that you join along with me in prayer.
And today, you know, I think about, especially during the holidays,
but I think about all the time, how families are
so fractured, so torn apart by hurt, by pain, by

(00:25):
different things that divide us. And I just want to
pray for the fractured family. Heavenly Father and the name
of Jesus Christ. We come before you today with hearts
that ache for the families that are hurting, families that
are divided, families that are fractured. Lord, you see every
broken place, every wounded relationship. You see every silent tension,

(00:46):
and every unspoken to your father. You know the stories
behind the distance, the real stories, the words that were
said in anger, the disappointments that were never healed, the
betrayals that left deep scars, and the misunderstandings that build
walls instead of bridges. Lord, families are fractured by so

(01:07):
many things. Unforgiveness, pride, jealousy, sibling rivalry, broken trust, abandonment, addiction,
and fidelity. Old wolves that no one wants to talk about.
Secrets that fester, and pain that keeps getting passed down.
But God, none of these things are beyond your power

(01:29):
to restore. Father, You are the god who brings beauty
from ashes and life from what looks dead. You are
the God who softens hearts. You are the God who
men's relationships. You are the God who restores what we
thought was lost forever. So today, Lord, we ask for
your healing power to flow through our families like a river,

(01:51):
washing away bitterness, breaking generational curses, uprooting every lie of
the enemy, and tearing down every stronghold that is helped
our families divided. Give us the strength to choose forgiveness,
even when it hurts, to release what has kept us bound,
to let go of the need to be right, to

(02:11):
allow you to heal the places we've tried to hide,
to embrace the humility needed to say I'm sorry, and
even the grace needed to say I forgive you. Lord,
Heal the marriages that feel loveless. Heal the relationships between
parents and children that have grown distance. Heal the siblings

(02:32):
who haven't spoken in years. Heal the blended families that
struggle to unite. Heal the grieving the lost loved ones
and the empty seats at the table. Father, restore love
where anger has lived. Restore peace where chaos is rule.
Restore compassion where coldness has settled. Restore unity where division

(02:53):
has taken root. And God remind us that healing starts
when one person in the family says, Lord, starn with me,
heal me, so I can heal us. We thank you, Father,
that you specialize in reconciliation. We praise you because what
seems impossible for man is completely possible for you. Today
we declare that healing is happening. Hearts are softening, pride

(03:17):
is breaking, forgiveness is rising, and families are being restored
not by our strength, but by your supernatural power. In
the name of Jesus, the restore, the rebuild of the
Redeemer of families. We pray, Amen, Amen, and Amen.
