Today's Word 06-25-25: Take What Belongs to You and Go

Nobody, and I do mean nobody. Does it like your
early morning praise party. I am Sherry Mackie in his
time right now for today's word. Take what belongs to
you and go. Matthew two twenty says, get up, take
the child and his mother and go to the land
of Israel, for those who were trying to take the

child's life are dead. When King Herod heard from the
Magi about the new born king of the Jews, an
angel appeared to Joseph and told him to flee with
marrying Jesus to Egypt, as Herod was going to try
to kill Jesus. Well, as a mom, I can't even

(00:44):
imagine someone trying to take my child's life. You think
about how on edge you would be, always looking over
your shoulder, y'all. Joseph's whole world had been turned upside down.
That's why I pray and plead the blood of Jesus
Christ over my children and my grandchildren daily, and you
should too, y'all. When Herod finally died, and angel appeared

to Joseph again and told him to return. And I'm
sure Joseph was thrilled to finally be able to relax,
but Can you imagine Joseph wanted to stay, probably in Egypt,
where he knew that he and his family were safe.
But unfortunately, sometimes in order to reach your true destiny,

you got to do what the Father requires. Want will
take you away from your comfort zone. Notice the take
and the go. Don't stay where it feels safe. When
the Father says to take and to go. Don't let
the set back keep you from pursuing your dream. The

(01:47):
people who were holding you back have lost their influence.
You don't have to worry. God is in control. The
power of sickness, the power of the addiction, or the
trouble at work, has been broken. Take what belongs to
you and go and obey what the Father has told
you to do. Father God, thank you that no matter

(02:09):
what challenges we may face, we can stay in peace
knowing that you have a safe place for us. Thank
you that you can turn every situation around and help
us move forward to the next level. God, we declare
that your power has broken anything that holds us back.
