Today's Word 07-01-25: Realize How Powerful You Are

It's your early what in praise party? I am Sherry Mackey,
and it's time right now for today's word. Realize how
powerful you are. Realize how powerful you are. Second Chronicles
one in one says Solomon, son of David, took firm

(00:21):
control of his kingdom. For the Lord his God was
with him and made him very powerful. You know, life
happens for us all, and you may be facing a
situation today that looks too big for you. The opposition

(00:41):
is too strong, the dream too big or too great
to accomplish on your own. It's so easy to have
a weak mentality, to feel intimidated, as though you're at
a disadvantage. This is probably the way Solomon felt when
his father, David died. David was an amazing leader who

(01:04):
had conquered nations and defeated giants. Solomon wasn't a warrior
king like his father, but he was suddenly thrust into
this position. I'm sure he was tempted to shrink back
and think this is too much. I can't lead a nation.
But today's scripture says he took firm control of the kingdom,

(01:28):
for the Lord was with him and made him very powerful. Well,
you may see yourself as limited. You may see yourself
as not enough, as inferior. But the creator of the universe,
the Lord, your God, is with you. He has made
you not just powerful, but the word says very powerful.

(01:53):
What you're facing today may be really, really big, but
is no match for you with God on the inside
of you, the same power that raised Christ from the dead.
Did you realize it lives inside of you. You're not ordinary,
you are not coming. You are very powerful. You just
need to realize just how powerful you are. Oh Father God,

(02:17):
thank you that every force of the enemy was broken
when Jesus rose from the dead. Thank you that you've
given us your power and that there will be no
situation that we will face ever that's too big, there's
no opposition too strong. We declare that you have made

(02:39):
us very powerful in Jesus's name. Hey, now that's your
word for today. I want you to take that apply
to your everyday life and you continue to be encouraged
and inspired. It is your early body praise party. I
